Lived in CA for 20yrs... but this still doesnt hit the spot! Tacos: Carne Asada- although a generous portion of meat, it was kinda bland and the guac very runny; recommend using the soft flour tortilla because the corn tortillas break apart easily Shrimp- Great flavor! Probably best one they serve! But still... the corn tortillas break apart easily. Fish- Very flavorful as well... probably their 2nd best taco. Bbq Pork- there was a weird orange flavor... so that was an unpleasant surprise. Not what I expected! Chipotle Chicken- generous portion of meat, but still kinda bland... Al Pastor- Probably 3rd best taco... would be perfect if it had a more flavorful touch to the pico and the guac. Carne Asada quesadilla- just ok... plenty of cheese, but this time short on the meat. Nachos- sorry excuse for nachos!!! STAY AWAY!! Little to no cheese nor guac... felt like I was simply eating chips.

Unedited. 2023/6: chips were all stale. Unedible. Very pricey if you compare to California mexican. Flavor not bad though. I would give 3.5 stars if can, but cant so 4.

Food quality has gone down significantly from a couple of years ago. Salsa is an extra charge because Chinese New Years saw a lack of salsa ingredients. Beef taco has some pieces that are too hard to be digested of chewed. Fish taco is not balanced in flavor. Shrimp taco was good, but needed salsa. Twinkeyz Tacos used to be my favorite Mexican food in town (when it first opened), but they've diminished exponentially in quality today. It pains me to say this, as I've always been a huge fan of this place, but I don't think I'll be going back here ever again. Total cost of my meal is $1090 (shown below). Salsa is not included as it was an extra charge that I did not pay for.

Carne asada, shrimp, and chicken all taste good. I’ve ordered their Mexican salad with grilled chicken on ubereat so many times. I think they have changed the tortilla from flour to corn- prefer flour, but corn still taste good. Highly recommend!

Walked in the restaurant and there was no staff there, restaurant was completely empty … at least that’s what it felt like during our time there as talking to the server was like talking to a brick wall. Refused to meet our needs and refused to seat us at a proper table despite the restaurant being entirely empty. Didn’t know that ghosts loved tacos as much as we do. Won’t come back until servers undergo a complete training overhaul.

I was craving for good Mexican style food tonight, and I got it!! Not my first time here, but was able to try some new dishes. Amazing flavors, fresh food, professional service, hip environment, and good music. Check check check ✅✅✅ Love the combo options which gives you great value. We got the Uno Uno, and El Chico, plus a horchata drink and carne Asada fries on the side. Our fav tonight was Carne Asada fries (but mainly the fries, will explain later) and Al Pastor tacos/burritos! And least fav was the horchata drinks and the Carne Asada “meat”. The fries were seasoned perfectly 👌 crispy with seasoning on the outside, and warm and fresh on the outside. The crispness was soooo good, that it stayed crispy until the very last bite, even with cheese & sauce on top and all, so so good. The only thing that was disappointing was the carne Asada beef cubes, I really enjoyed the flavor, but they were cut like the Taiwanese dice steak size, pretty big and kind of tough, I couldn’t chew through them, and had to spit out a bunch of the tough parts (same happened with the tacos). The Al Pastor pork has a great punch of flavor, cooked tenderly, and combined with pineapple chunks, just how I like it. The horchata drink was a bit too thick, which was not the texture we’re used to. Overall, we got our tacos craving fulfilled tonight! Very satisfying meal with a great ambiance. Clean bathroom too! And so happy to learn that they have Taco Tuesdays! We can’t wait to try other dishes next time!

I enjoyed the vibe there. Quesadilla and the chips are awesome. As for taco, I ordered diced beef steak taco and the steak was fine. However, the crust of the taco is not as good as I expected. Overall is a good choice if you somehow miss Mexican food.

I picked this place out because it had a veggie bowl that looked pretty decent and vegan to boot. On top of that we ordered the kimchi fries despite the fact that it has cheese and and unknown sauce (orange sauce) that I couldn't eat. Unfortunately it still came out with the orange sauce, which just seemed to be mayonnaise, and we had to send it back. But the servers were very good about it and the new dish came out very fast. The food was decent and the corona margarita was huge!!

We got the taco+quesadilla+nachos set. It was really delicious. Haven't eaten in an authentic Mexican restaurant before, but this one tasted really authentic

If you have never left Taiwan and are Taiwanese they you MIGHT think this is ok, not even good. But if you’ve ever left Taiwan, even seen a Taco Bell ad or tried even ultra low quality Mexican food then you’re going to feel pretty scammed eating here. This place makes Taco Bell look like a 5 star restaurant. Oh btw check out my neon yellow guacamole that was made with rotten avocados and attempted to be covered up with tons of lemon juice 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Good tacos, nice location, but the service needs to be better. It’s always a different issue everytime. Restaurant was empty but was still told to be seated in uncomfortable high chairs by the window “because we didn’t make a reservation”. The couple that came after us (also didn’t make a reservation) were seated at a regular table while we weren’t offered at all. Server also kept speaking to me in Chinese despite me communicating in English the whole time. The horchata (relatively new item) still needs major work. Lacks sweetness that you taste in authentic horchata.

We went to the restaurant on Tuesday and they have a promotion which you can get a second one for NT10. The chipotle chicken flavor is super spicy so make sure you can handle it before ordering. I really love the vibe of the store and they play sports game as well. Btw they have a minimum cost for NT200 per person.

Calling Mexican food lovers! I recommend tacos with beef. Ordered the set, dos chinos, for me and my partner. It’s a good portion and couldn’t finish for one meal. I love cinnamon so I like horchata. The drink is thick. If you want something fresh, you might want to order something else. Loved tacos better than quesadilla a bit better. They were all good tho. The service was impressive when a female waitress didn’t charge us service fee cuz she felt bad she didn’t tell us when we sat down. We didn’t expect her warm gesture and didn’t mind really. That’s when you feel they think for you! 💜💜💜

Was missing Mexican food and for not having some in several weeks it was pretty good. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Have been to this place multiple times and the quality of the food has degraded. Just been there yesterday and ordered nachos and an extra salsa on the side… the quantity was very low. Also had a veggie bowl to go and they didn’t even provide the hard shell along with it, just gave vegetables. Simply disappointing!

I grew up with Tex Mex there were chain restaurants and more authentic stuff. I ordered el pollo and carne asada Tacos. The flavor is there, then lots of misses. The meat should be slices in strips for folding up taco but it was cubed. The corn tortilla was too small to fold over. Tortilla wasn’t hot and fluffy, the texture was just wrong., oily on both sides. There is no (red or green) hot sauce to go with your taco either. And I am spoiled with free salsa with tacos order from the states, not feee here. I guess I am used to state version of tacos, the CP value frequently quotes by locals is pretty dismal.
