Trying hard to like this place more. Great location and nice bed, but fell short on a few things: not enough towels in the bathroom, and no tissues. Power out two mornings, but came back in 25 minutes. Second time Wi-Fi out and had to tell them to fix it. Good breakfast buffet. Surprise that laundry service was complimentary. Wish they had a fitness center.

This is an excellent five-star hotel! The hospitality is exceptional, and I will be returning. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast and midday snacks were really good! The complimentary desserts were also delicious! Any foreigner would be impressed by this hotel. A couple of things though, I ran out of hot water both in the bathroom in my room and in the pool area. The pool water itself was actually very cold, it would be more enjoyable if it was warmer. Also the sauna is $10., I think it would feel more luxurious if it was included. But this is the nicest hotel for your money In Dushanbe !

I was on a work trip recently, and this hotel delivered in many aspects and more. Loved the their staff, they even took care of me when I wasn't feeling well. I recommend this hotel!

As a person who used to run a hotel in Istanbul city I can say easily that Rumi became one of my favorite hotel in the world, Rumi’s service is the best ever service in all the Dushanbe!! From front desk to restaurant all staff are doing great to make you feel comfortable, I can’t count all of them but I remember some of the their names especially twin brothers Hasan&Huseyin, Aziza and Nigora from breakfast. They thought every single your needs in the rooms, design just perfect, a lot of things to say about this amazing place, thank you all guys!

An excellent hotel all around. Great pool, fantastic breakfast, modern touches in the room. I had a room on the third floor which affords a balcony which I loved. I can't rave too much about the place. Oh and the sugar cubes under glass in the coffee area? Blows my mind how classy that is.

A great central hotel in Dushanbe, which is affordable. I sadly thought the entire hotel was non-smoking but upon arrival this wasn’t the case. My room was clean and tidy, with all mod cons and plenty of space. What I didn’t like: - The shower button to switch between handheld and rain shower was sealed and I couldn’t budge it - Towels were quite rough, definitely need replacing for softer alternatives - Traffic noise from the Main Street was quite frequent throughout the night, although not the hotels fault it was difficult to get off to sleep - Air conditioning unit didn’t seem to work property, the room was really hot and no matter what setting I put it on nothing changed I didn’t get chance to use the pool, gym or have breakfast but it was nice to have these options included. If I visited Dushanbe I would stay again.

Looking for hotel in Dushanbe then I highly recommend you to check this amazing hotel not too far from airport with an incredible staff, friendly people, great environment. The hotel is not too small nor it's the biggest but they have one of the best bedrooms in the city. Man you'll love it...

Great hotel with excellent service, good variety of breakfast and very hospitality. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely I will stay next time

I am currently staying in the hotel and I can say that it’s quite good in terms of keeping the standard, staff is quite cooperative and it’s perfect in terms of room cleanliness as well however I had a terrible incident twice during last week; 1. Yesterday in the morning I came outside after taking shower, I was changing my clothes and I saw someone is opening the door. I noticed that it was a new guest and by mistake reception gave her the keys for my room. 2. Today in the morning I was sleeping and I noticed that someone came inside , i shouted and then I came to know that it’s the cleaning lady. 3. I gave my shirt for pressing and when I got it back, I noticed that it had a permanent stain on the shoulder. I thought it is a paint or I don’t know but it is permanent. I met the manager and recorded my concern, they apologized for this but I am not sure if they have taken any measures.

Airy, well lit, spacious lounge with an open plan restaurant on one side. Found the place to be very nice. But a bit hard to find the reception area for first time visitors; better if it was placed closer or in sight of the main entrance. Modern and well decorated hotel. Buffet lunch was priced at 140 somoni. Food was quite tasty but felt there could be a few more vegetarian dishes to offer some variety. Dessert had to be paid for, separately🤔. Serving staff speak English. In terms of facilities, I didn't see the rooms, but they expect to open a Spa in another 2 months. Overall, a very good hotel. Can highly recommend.

Very clean, new and nice hotel. Breakfast they could do more but in general it is worth to its money.

Disaster. There were hairs on my bed and unsanitary. It's because these guys don't change any bed sheets. They don't do laundry. There was no light above the desk. About the light, I can tolerate. But the chair was needed for my business tasks. so I requested a chair but didn't give me any. They don't give a sxxt. And the breakfast was also disappointed. Are these foods really hotel breakfast? Not even close. I really regret that I went to this terrible place. I recommend Hotel Hilton or Hyatt, 여긴 검증이 안되는 곳이어서 호텔 힐튼이나 하얏트로 가십쇼 괜히 돈써가면서 나처럼 스트레스 받지 말고

Very satisfied with the hotel end to end. The whole experience was great. The manager Nilufar acknowledged our wishes, even though they were quite many. The services are amazing, especially the laundry/ironing and the 24/7 drink/coffee and cake buffet. The staff is helpful and competent, for example Muslidin and Jumabek. The cleaning staff was forthcoming also. The location is perfect for trips around the city, with taxis available any time on short notice, on the street or by order. Will come again next time I am in Dushanbe and will recommend it to anyone.

Lovely hotel, great location with helpful and friendly staff. Free limited laundry is definitely the cherry on top.
