My Great experience with Hotel Ayni - Very friendly and welcoming Receptionists, Thank you for your warm welcome! - Clean room, didn’t find anything inappropriate - Breakfast is 8/10, could add wider selection. - Great view from the terrace.

Very good and clean. Staff is good. Close to Airport. Close to street with shopping and food centers. Across the street OK Bar with delicious menu.

One of the worst hotels ever been. Choose another property, if you want to rest. - Big gap in all doors and therefore a loud room the whole night including bright light from outside - Warm water only after hours of boiler heating - Breakfast kind of a joke (see pictures) - Incompetent staff

Great hotel on 14th floor of residential building with reception and breakfast room at the ground floor. Staff very good and helpfull. Variety of food for breakfast. Very clean. Rooms very comfortable with all you need. Hotel is close to the center and to the airport but not noisy. Many public transport lines to all parts of the city are 2 minutes away and taxi is very affordable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in Dushanbe for two nights because of a business flight and i was really impressed how nice, friendly and helpful the people and particularly the team of Ayni Hotel was. The hotel room was clean and well furnished, the breakfast was lush and delicious. The organization of the transfer to airport etc. and also inside the airport was absolutely remarkable. It would be a pleasure for me to come back to this beautiful country, thank you very much!

The place to stay in Dushanbe! I had complimentary airport pick up and drop off! Not only the driver met me by the airplane door but he also walk me through immigration and customs (so helpful as it was a mad house!). The hotel has a great location grocery across street and local restaurant called Noor just 500m away! The staff is one of the best I ve had. Breakfast was plenty!! I ended up staying twice in this hotel due to my pamir tour being canceled. They were very accommodating with this last minute change. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels in Dushanbe. Low prices, amazing rooms, perfect services, nice location. Also an amazing view from the terrace which is located on the 14th floor. In common I recommend it for sure.

The rooms are large and clean, however there is no place for lobby where you can sit and have a coffe/tea or meet for work. The corridor is not air-conditioned, and the hotel is placed at the 14th floor of the Apartments building. There is quite and the price has a grat value.

Well priced, very good service. Central location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are from very good to excellent. Again, I repeat, the service is superb. Breakfast is very good 😊 has AC which can be important for some ☺️

I stayed for week in this apartment hotel. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Hotel team made arrangements to receive us from the Dushanbe Airport, flight door and escorted as thru easy immigration. The hotel manager, Mr. Shahboz is very friendly person, helping us with all our request and also arranged for the airport pickup and drop thru airport authorities. The hotel staff are very friendly and making us to feel like home. I Will look forward to stay again!
