Well organized staff do their best to make organization of project activities such trainings and online meetings wonderful. Participants of the meeting were very satisfied with the lunch organized by Hyatt's kitchen. Clean and fresh rooms of the regency made our daily work comfortable.

The best hotel in Dushanbe, my favourite. Superb view, especially from the higher floors. Comfortable and clean rooms, everything works. What else could you wish for. Food is very good and there are some excellent bbq restaurants by the lake outside. If any issues, talk to the Manager, Mr Turakhonov. He was immensely helpful and put effort into making my stay very enjoyable. A very capable manager that Hyatt should be proud of! Thanks for all your hospitality. The Regency Club lounge on the 11th floor is closed but Globalist guests welcome at the ground floor bar, from 6 to 8 pm. Courtesy drinks and food are very good. Ask at reception how it works. Hotel staff are kind and welcoming which really adds extra charm to staying at Hyatt Dushanbe. Five Stars! A very enjoyable stay.

Excellent hotel for my business trip to Dushanbe. Great rooms amd excellent customer service. I had a great massage in their spa. If I come back, which I hope to do, I will stay here again. Their restaurant called The Lounge has a great outside patio with excellent views.

Poor breakfast, water in the shower is not hot, just warm. The hotel looks worn out. But the bar is nice, bartender is super friendly and professional

Nice, new hotel but not in a walkable area. I paid extra for a club Lounge Room but the lounge was closed. They did accommodate by offering breakfast and evening snacks in restaurant and lobby bar.

By far the best hotel in Dushanbe or even Tajikistan, I stayed 1 week the service is impeccable helped me with any of my needs and even got to know the manager who is also very friendly, the rooms are tidy, the view is very good, the shower is of good quality. The room is complemented by a desk and comfortable furniture, as well as the softest bed, air conditioning is of course always on.

By far the best hotel in Dushanbe, or even Tajikistan. My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay here, and were surprised by the amount of subtle touches the hotel has concerning the environment and health. The breakfast is legendary, and offers a lot of fat-free, healthy choices such as nuts, seeds, and different salads. The service is impeccable too - our bicycles were stored safely inside, we were helped with any of our needs and even got to meet the manager who’s extremely friendly as well. No forced friendliness, either! The rooms are neat, the views very good and the shower of considerable quality. A desk and comfy furniture complete the room, as well as the softest bed we slept in in the entire country. Air conditioning is of course always on! All in all, not of Tajik but rather European price, yet totally worth the money. Absolutely recommended, definitely after cycling the Pamir Highway!

Rooms are nice, most employees were very pleasant. If it wasn’t for the fact this place has the worst internet I’ve ever experience. I’ve been to over 50 countries in places like Africa and still have never experienced wifi so bad. I ask them if they can accommodate to get me better wifi and the prices are 70$ a day for better wifi which was probably still awful. It’s 2021 and your wifi is this bad you’re not a 4-5 start hotel. Upgrade your wifi, the system you have now is absolutely trash. AC wasn’t really working until someone came up and took the governor off. Cheap hotel for the glamorous looks. I advise if you’re staying here don’t be expecting to do much on the internet. Bring board games like its the 19th century because that’s practically what it is. Come here every year for the next 5 and oh boy do I promise you I WILL NOT be staying here. You should do the same look else where.

Great hotel and amazing service!

Modern, comfortable with great views from upper floors. Not really downtown but fairly central. Not too much in walking distance. No breakfast provided. Took a lot of effort to get any room upgrade with elite membership…not at all automatic. Coffee service in room not so great…one coffee packet. Workout facility is very limited, just a few free weights and some cardio machines. Toilet running continually and an hour after calling still nobody has come. Power went out in room an hour ago too. Expected more from Hyatt. Room AC was initially cold then shut off during night.

The hotel is somewhat removed from the city center. Cabs run about 12 to 15 somoni and you can have the concierge call one if you have trouble calling one by phone. The rooms are okay. The layout is a bit odd in many of them and the common space is not well designed. All that said, the staff are amazing and helpful with things like ice buckets, irons and other amenities.

Definitely the best hotel in town, but the service is lacking compared to other Hyatt hotels I've been to. The staff are friendly and management does its best. One morning at breakfast I ordered an omelette and ended up having to leave before it was ready (about 45 minutes later). There was no major breakfast rush at the time. I think staff just legit forgot 🤷🏻‍♂️

Clean and comfy rooms, good breakfast. There’s a souvenir shop on the 2nd floor worth visiting. Lobby toilets could be cleaned better, I felt disgusted every time when had to use it. Window views are terrific!

Truly 5 start hotel. One week on business trip and nothing to complain. Rooms are very generous and fully equipped (wifi and even faster with cable). Restaurant is pretty good (sometimes some dishes are not available). Breakfast is very good too. Spa is well presented with top professional massages. Gifts shop on the 1st floor with interesting options. 10 min from city center on taxi.
