😠 As a member of this gym, first of all, the number of staff is decreasing rapidly. The cleaning is not done well, the studio is full of dust every time, and the bathroom and changing room are also full of dust. The ladies who only come here to take a bath and sauna are the worst. It's always occupied... People often mention people, pool, sauna, sports, elderly, bath, parking, floor, bathroom, staff,

For better or worse, it is a normal large sports facility. Closed every Tuesday. In addition, the museum will be closed during Obon and the year-end and New Year holidays. The facilities include parking and bicycle storage on the 1st floor, parking on the 2nd floor, reception, gym space, and studio (2) on the 3rd floor, and lockers, pool, bathroom, and sauna on the 4th floor. As others have written, some elderly people have bad manners. In Konami's category, Motoyama Minami is Category II, which is relatively cheap, and there is an additional discount for those over 60 years old on weekdays, and there are no sports facilities with baths in the neighborhood. to 5:00 p.m.) will attract seniors aged 60 and over. These people don't come here to exercise, but rather exercise while taking a bath. Some of the regular customers have bad manners. Specifically, talking loudly without a mask, occupying the sauna, and not following the rules at the pool. Even young instructors don't pay enough attention because their instructors are older. On the other hand, outside of those hours, after 5pm on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it is a very normal sports facility. Evaluation of each facility Gym space ◯ (relatively empty, few people training seriously) Studio △ (Popular studios lined up, only regular customers) Pool ✕ (There are only 3 courses, 1 course is a lesson course and 1 course is a beginner course that includes walking, so you can't really swim) Bathtub & sauna ◯ (unless occupied by regular customers) conclusion After 17:00 on weekdays, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, it is a normal sports gym. Be careful of elderly patrons with bad manners during the day on weekdays. If you are thinking about pools as your main option, we recommend other sports facilities from the beginning. postscript From April 2023, swimming school for children will begin on Saturday and Sunday mornings. It was originally supposed to be a sports club for adults, but it's a shame that they later opened up the facility to children. Moreover, even though the pool originally only had 3 courses, one course was taken by a child, and the water in the pool became extremely dirty when children entered the pool. This is a disaster for those who can only come to the pool in the morning on weekends. Therefore, the rating will be lowered by one star to 2 stars.

The facilities are nice, but the sauna is always occupied by an elderly woman who is a regular, so you can't really use it. Do not return bills in use. The room is exclusive to only your friends. And if someone who isn't one of your friends tries to use it, they'll say harassing things, etc. There's no end to it. As for the sauna, it would be wise to refrain from using it unless you are a local regular Baba. There are a lot of posters posted about the use of the sauna, but I have never seen any staff members personally checking them out. I think this gym is a paradise for local elderly people.

As a member of this gym, first of all, the number of staff is decreasing rapidly. The cleaning is not done well, the studio is full of dust every time, and the bathroom and changing room are also full of dust. The ladies who only come here to take a bath and sauna are the worst. It's always occupied by a certain group of people, and even though it's coronavirus, they're talking so loudly that you can hear them all the way to the changing rooms, and their language is so bad that you wonder if this is the end of a place. Even if you complain to the staff and get them to pay attention to you, they only become quiet for a while, and then start talking again when the staff is gone. According to the staff, they have heard complaints from many people, and some members have quit because of this, but no matter how many times they warn them, they don't listen, so they just say there's nothing they can do about it. If things like this happen, I don't know when it will become a cluster, so it's better to quit being a member here.

Depending on the height of the user, you may be concerned about the shallowness of the pool in the walking course (I'm 176cm tall and the water level is a little below my solar plexus). I think the elderly and short people will be able to feel the water pressure and buoyancy enough, but every time I use it I wish it was about 10cm deeper. Also, this may be unavoidable, but I think it would be possible to make the studio, pool, and program schedules a little more varied. I think that the timetable structure is such that it is for people who have time during the day, so the number of people who can use it will be limited. Due to growing dissatisfaction, I changed my membership type to a pay-as-you-go membership, which does not require a monthly fee, but instead charges money for each use, and I have not used it recently.

I moved from Sannomiya to Motoyama Minami, and if I were to compare it, the open-air jacuzzi in the pool and the open-air bath in the bathroom are very good. Your fatigue will be blown away, and the reception staff will be very courteous. The young people are also a bit clumsy, but I can tell that they are working hard. Recently, there is a McDonald's in front, a convenience store next door, and a supermarket in the back, so it's a good location for those who are particular about food. It's far from the station, but for me it's not too crowded and I can use the machines. I think that can also be evaluated.

Edited on 22/9/30 80 gyms, 70 studios, 20 pools, 60 baths parking Free for up to 2 and a half hours, then 50 yen for 30 minutes All lockers are small. Although it is far from the center of Kobe, it is relatively close to the station. I think 2 and a half hours of free parking is reasonable, but depending on the time of day, I often see cars unable to park in the fully shaded 2nd floor parking lot and having to return to the 1st floor. The good thing is that McDonald's has opened across the street. Lawson is also next door. I guess the gym equipment is quite small for a rank II. I feel like the number of people has decreased since the coronavirus pandemic. Since the hours have been shortened to 10pm, many people are switching to the nearby Anytimes. I think both studios A and B are fairly spacious. The pool has 3 courses + walking course. Since the number of pool programs has increased from before on both weekdays and Saturdays and Sundays, there are only two courses available for swimming at that time. I often feel like it's crowded when I go...there are so many people that it feels cramped. It may not be enough for people who mainly focus on pools. Unlike Kobe, the bathroom has a TV in the sauna. The open-air bath is also warm, but I don't dislike it. The shower pressure in the shower booth is weak. Also, I feel like the dirt in the hot water is more noticeable compared to other Konami products. I once took a bath just as the store opened at 10am, and there were many small insects floating around. There are people like the master in the men's bath on weekday nights. An old man who dives head first into a water bath. For people who don't use the parking lot and pool, I think there's nothing to complain about at rank II. I think. All running machines are OK for 60 minutes. This is the best part of Motoyama Minami!

    近所にお風呂のあるジムがないので貴重(笑) サウナもあります。 コナミ自体の問題ですが、レスミルズ系のプログラム増やしたらもっと集客率上がるのかなぁ…なんて思ってます(笑)

The number of users varies depending on the time of day. There are a lot of elderly people. It's miserable when the bathroom is crowded. The sauna is a hangout for regulars, and newcomers can't even open the door. I think it's a good sports club as long as you don't have to worry about the noisy people who come every day.

My impression is that many elderly people use the baths. I'm talking loudly without a mask. I'm worried about infection because I see men vomiting phlegm in the pool. I get the impression that everyone is training quietly in the gym.

Parking is free for up to 2 hours and 30 minutes. The facilities are new and the bathroom is clean. Category II is now a good deal.

👍 A gym is recommended. You can enjoy it for only 350 yen per session, focusing on running and weights. At general membership gyms, the monthly fee is around 10,000 yen, which is not worth it for busy people, but this is very reasonable as it is only once per session. Parking is free for the first 30...
