昔から何度か通っているジムです。 最近は健康の為か、ご年配の方もけっこういらっしゃいます。 器具の種類が多く、様々なトレーニングができるので個人的には良いジムだなと思います。

もう３年くらい通っています。週２くらいは行っています。施設は清潔感あって良いですよ！ あとプログラムは楽しいですね。 良い汗かけるし、スタッフの方も盛り上げ上手で元気もらえます！ 身体づくりとストレス発散と元気をもらう為にこれからも通わせて頂きます😊

退会したのですが。駐車場自転車置場完備で一階にATMもあり便利です。決まったクラス？に所属するコースを勧められて入りました。合う人には良いけど合わない人は退会してました。サウナや更衣室は時間によっては社交場になっていて賑やかでした。でも悪口とかではなかったですよ。また時間ができたら入会したいです。
