Wow this little spot surprised me. Maybe one of the best iced coffees I've had in Japan? The prices are cheap because the cup size is pretty small. But the coffee packs a punch.

I love this place. It was our favorite coffee shop in Osaka. The space is small and tasteful, the staff are very helpful and clearly passionate about their work. There’s a great selection of beans to choose from. We got cappuccinos and loved it. The barista explained the background of the blend and was so kind. Great spot to sit outside and people watch. Highly recommended.

If you love coffee its a must visit! We absolutely loved it here! For some odd reason, all the patrons were foreigners, didn’t see a single locals here. Baristas were Japanese and they take are careful and serious about coffee. We throughly enjoyed our coffee time here and would’ve revisited if we stayed near by.

Amazingly good high quality coffee. If you are a coffee enthusiast you must go here if you want a good cup of coffee. It is a 3rd wave specialty coffee roaster that serves coffee using drip or a manual espresso machine. You will have to choose your beans, they have a lot of single origin coffee. Try the Ethiopia with strawberry notes, you won't regret it! Drip coffee is only at 500 yen which is very reasonable, forget starbucks, go here now!

Been here twice now and their coffee is just outstanding! Ordered latte and cappuccino so far. They let you choose a blend depending on which drink you order. So cool! Also, everyone seems to be really friendly! Staff and customers (or should I say, patrons) seem to get a long pretty well! Although I can speak Japanese, they didn't talk to me though, because I look like a foreigner (and I am one, lol), I guess. But the coffee and service is great!👌

Delicious and reasonably priced house-roasted coffee (some of the best I've had in Osaka thus far!), very friendly staff, and a cute, tastefully decorated, and clean location. You can tell the people who work there really take pride in their coffee. Definitely worth a visit for coffee lovers!

The coffee here is truly special, super smooth, not this typical bitter coffee that many coffee places thinks makes it authentic. This is good strong coffee, yet smooth and with great flavour. Also very friendly service and nice atmosphere. If you want real coffee in Osaka, this is going to be hard to beat! (And they speak English too which is easier if you are like me and don't speak Japanese)

The coffee here is the best I've ever had (and I drink a LOT of coffee). You can select the type of beans you want for your coffee, and the staff can give you great detailed recommendations on the flavor and characteristics of all the different types of beans, and help you choose the best one to suit your palate and preferred beverage. The coffee here is smooth, fragrant, and delicious. I highly recommend the cappuccino or dirty chai latte!

    - Good coffee - Has lots of coffee varieties - opening hrs from 1100-2300 - limited space for drink-in at the coffee shop. But the space is outside is cool ❤️ So order the coffee and wait for the coffee outside is recommended. The staff will serve your coffee to you. - Payment can be made by cash only - Great service. The staff are very friendly and able to communicate in English. - Lots of merchandise items and coffee making equipment sold here Truly recommended!!

High quality coffee. Hand poured by the barista. Large selection of beans to choose from. Yes, it’s more expensive than Starbucks, but you get a much better cup of coffee too. Cash only. Dine in recommended.

One of the best coffee and best service ever had in anywhere for a while. Staffs are lovely and super helpful, incredibly communicative. Not to mention the atmosphere’s also quite cozy. Great place to get gift. Highly recommended! (Also staffs are very good looking)

Absolutely amazing coffee and i really like the small and cosy atmosphere. The baristas are adorable and you get a card for the coffee you ordered and a card for the barista that made your drink. I wish they are more upfront about how much does different beans cost because the ¥500 iced coffee on the menu became ¥1000 when i picked one of the beans they recommended, but i wasnt informed of the price jump.

Wow, Lilo Coffee in Osaka is truly an amazing place! I started my day with their Americano, and it kept me energized and awake throughout the entire day. My friend had recommended this coffee shop to me, claiming it's one of the best in Osaka, and I couldn't resist giving it a try. Although I'm not a coffee enthusiast, I wanted to experience what great coffee tastes like, and Lilo Coffee did not disappoint. The baristas here are true craftsmen, and they tailor the coffee to suit each person's preferences. I told them I preferred something not too sour and not too dark, and they brewed the perfect cup for me. It was fantastic! Before leaving, I decided to grab a drip coffee bag as a souvenir for my friend. The packaging was adorable and added a lovely touch to the whole experience. I know for sure that I'll be back at Lilo Coffee the next time I visit Osaka. See you later, Lilo! You've won me over with your exceptional coffee and charming ambiance.

Best coffee in Osaka 👍👍 Despite of very small cafe but the quality is so impressive. I have hand drip of el salvadore, guetamala, barista did them great. Another day I ordered latte with house blended, it was great also. Recommended visiting if you are coffee lover.

Speciality coffee with many coffee origins to choose from. After tasting the Ethiopia i had to get beans to experience the taste at home.

Best coffee we have had in Japan so far. We are spoilt for choice in Australia and LiLo's speciality options and silky smooth microfoam brought us home. Will be back while we are in Osaka! Great service from the staff too, very friendly as well as being great baristas.

Popular place for coffee in Shinsaibashi. Enjoyed an iced oat latte and iced oat matcha latte with espresso - both were excellent. Service was friendly and the cards are a nice touch.

Our hot drinks were nice. Many options of coffee and tea, but nothing outstanding. You can also choose between 3 different plant-based milk options , for 100 Yen (-1 ☆). Unfortunately they offer vegan baked goods only on the weekend.

Very good coffee and excellent service. Was there twice, had 4 lattes. 3 single origins and 1 espresso blend. The single origins had a wow factor for me.

Excellent place to visit for specialty coffee! Americano here was well extracted with pleasant notes all around, the matcha w espresso is also great. Barista is attentive and has provided a great experience, top up with the rather "homey" atmosphere. Will recommend!

It's just amazing coffee!! Highly recommend the place to any coffee lover. I had a coffee that was from China, which had flavors of lychee fruit. With every order of coffee, you get a card with a flavor profile.

A wonderful coffee shop well worth a visit while exploring this very cool, alternative area in Osaka. The staff behind the counter were very friendly and chatty, and the coffee was great. We decided to go for drip coffee and were given a range of options to choose from in terms of where the beans were sourced (Brazil is my go to so I went with that). They even give you a nice information card about the coffee you're drinking which I thought was a nice touch. The salted caramel cookie was no joke either. Make sure you get it warmed up! Delicious.

A coffee shop located in Shinsaibashi. Coffee prices range from 500 to 1,500 yen. The owner’s hand-brewed coffee is skillful and professional. I noticed that he uses a common V60 filter cup for brewing. Under these factors, the aroma and layers of the coffee are better. Get released and taste the aroma of the fruit. The latte is also great.

Gooood Coffee. I liked the style with the small interior and like how they celebrate the barista by handing the customer a card for who made the coffee. That makes the final cup so much more personal and nice. And also the coffee I had was so delicious. I can't remember the name but it is already out of stock (checked the website). The notes of passion fruit came out so well I have rarely tasted this kind of coffee in my life. Totally worth a visit. People are also soooo nice here!

Best coffee in Osaka by a long way. I visit regularly for work and have tried multiple different places. Not to say others are bad, but LiLo stands out tremendously. Get the flat white with Brazilian single origin, wow. Big shout out to Yoshi who is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Cool little place away from the crowds, nice place to chill out. Highly recommended!

A very cute coffee shop with a good coffee and nice staff. The shop interior is very cozy and is a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The counter seating is a bit small though, so it might not be the best place if you are looking for somewhere to study/work. They do have some charging outlets, which was nice. Looking forward to going again!

Great place and good coffee for everyone who goes to Shinsaibashi area. You should come to visit and chill out with this place. There are many coffee beans from around the world for you to choose and enjoy your cup.

Found this coffee shop on google map with great rating so come to have a try. The staff are super friendly and very patient to explain their bean. Except from the deco which is very cute, I love the little card that they gave us to describe the taste of each coffee bean, the different stages of taste of a sip of coffee. And I love their salted caramel cookies as well. A great start of a day with their coffee!

Cozy & gorgeous cafe that truly understands coffee. You can select a specific origin for your beans and also how it’s prepared - and it’s delicious! Enough to make me want to get more than one coffee; and they have a discount on your second coffee because they know you’ll want one. The staff were also very friendly and were happy to explain the ordering process (:

Staying in Osaka and craving a nice coffee. This tiny little shop did not disappoint. Drip coffee, single Os and a variety of beans were available. Alternative milks available: Almond and soy.

  • 5/5 Shanday 10 months ago on Google
Is a good place to look for coffee. Good quality. Although space is limited, it is still a good place to chill. Other than drinking there, they are selling coffee bean and powder as well, depending on how you brew your coffee.

I have the best specialty light roast and dark roast brew here. Kyosuke was like a magical who made the dark roast Ethiopian shining. What a memorable place. I will definitely recommend friends to visit Lilo Coffee Roasters.

Excellent gibraltar which was served with cards describing the coffee as well as the barista who prepared it. A coffee stand by name and nature, seats 6 inside (2 on a bar table, 4 on a counter) and 4 on an outside table. Staff speak English and are tremendously accommodating. Rated 4 stars only because it is quite cramped inside.

Came here in November and tried their iced latte. The coffee was super flavourful and I had a nice chat with the friendly owner. You can tell he’s really passionate about good coffee so I’d definitely stop by if you’re in the area.

Outstanding coffee, you get to choose among many types of beans that you will never be disappointed. They truly take the time to properly pour the coffee to the desired taste profile. My favourite coffee place in Osaka so far!

Small place but you can choose to sit outside on the bench or chairs while you enjoy the coffee. Staff were really friendly, will recommend the coffee based on what you prefer. And when they serve the coffee to us, they even gave us a card that tells us more about the bean that we have chosen and also the barrister that made our coffee! Nice place

A cafe with good coffee, great staff and a nice vibe. The have a few types of coffees to chose from and 2 flavors, blended and original bean, selections. The staff there are really great. They make you feel very welcomed and can speak pretty good English. The hot dog I had was decent too. The cafe is small, but there are a few indoor and outdoor seats. Very Cozy. Overall a great place to chill, have a chat and coffee!

👍👍 Go to the basement floor which has all kinds of food stalls and specialty stores. Go there an hour before closing and most of the packaged food items will be discounted like 30% or Y300 off. It’s great deal for budget travel. They also have very good yogurt drinks and other bakery items.

👍👍 Had to wait ~15 min to enter at 10am on a Friday. The beef curry rice was ok. The pancake was nothing special, borderline disappointing. The cafe au lait was decent though. The star of the show was the french toast. It has this melt in your mouth sensation which was quite unique. Felt like eating...
