Really good coffee shop. They only serve drip / filter coffee. The service and ambience is so good.

Great coffee roasted in house. One of the few times where the coffee notes remind me truly of what they’re described to be. Specialty pour over at its finest. Super friendly staff and easily accessible for English speakers! Will be back for sure :)

Best coffee pour over that I've had, I'm usually a Starbucks or Peets Coffee customer sometimes Temple. But now I'm in Japan and this place was the best coffee I've had. Worth the long walk !

Amazing little coffee spot that had different coffee beans roasted by the owners. The coffee was soooo good and we went away with a lovely chat and coffee beans that I am still enjoying back home.

Great coffee. Had a lovely chat with Jinkun. If you want to try Japanese style drip coffee this is the place to go.

Kazuya and Kali, owners of Haiku Coffee Roasters, have created a coffee house aesthetic rich in artistic appeal: the art of pour over coffee and the artful play of colors, nature and imagery. It’s off-the-beaten-path, but worth seeking out. Kazuya also offers private/group lessons on proper pour over techniques. Small batch coffee roasting of Ethiopian, Guatemala, Columbian, Kenyan and more to try here. I loved the medium roast Guatemalan and the blends were great, as well. The best part: mail-order is available from their website

This is it. Perfect cup of coffee and very friendly staff. Loved it. A hidden gem in Osaka definitely worth the visit. Would come again every time I visit Japan.

BEST COFFEE IN OSAKA. The drip coffee here is insane. They also have delicious evening drinks such as coffee gin and tonic, coffee shochu, Hawaiian beer, and more! Occasionally Haiku also has vegan baked goods too! If you’re not vegan they’ve got you covered with brownies, banana bread, or blueberry muffins amongst other things. So glad I found such a good coffee place! I find it really difficult to drink drip coffee or black coffee in other cafes and for the longest time I thought I didn’t like black coffee but now I realise it’s because the coffee was so bad at other cafes!

Cozy atmosphere. Great coffee. Run by a lovely young couple. There is a neat “punch in” card holder on the wall (the 5th drink is free) as well as some other touches of Maui (the wife’s home island).

Great place for coffee, the barista is a friendly guy who speaks English. They do various hand-drip coffees and also serve some pastries/cakes.

This is totally hidden coffee shop. The shop is pretty small but it's authentic. :))

A very local coffee roaster run by an international couple and their baby. They usually have some vegan cookies or sweets to go with your single origin pour overs. They also regularly have limited run single origin beans so it's always good to follow their Instagram.

We ordered Kenya and Ethiopia drip coffee. They were literally one of the best coffee I had in Osaka and Japan. Love the cozy atmosphere, quiet neighbourhood and friendly barista there too!

Had a lovely time at Haiku Coffee! Their pour over was excellent and you could select from a range of beans. Better yet, the owners, Kali and Kaz are so welcoming and ready for a warm chat with your coffee!

Great boutique roaster in the alley off the mall. Little more expensive than some other spots (650¥ for a hand drip) but the roast was spot on, the flavours in the coffee blooming through the cup. Not a lot of seating area but if you're chasing a great specialty coffee come through.

The drip coffee is superb in Osaka! We tried Ethiopia and Honduras beans light roasted...and tried the banana cake. Thanks for showing us the operation of the roasting machine in shop! A great place!
