Tasty food and drink but there's a catch. If you're looking for a modern classy cafe experience then likely you'll like it here. If you're traditional you will definitely have concerns. First off, there's a tip jar here. In Japan, this is not a welcome sight. For any consumer this is a negative and everyone is a consumer so this is bad for everyone. Tip culture is innately flawed and should stay away. I don't approve. Second, waiting for food when it's sandwiches and wraps is not a good look. I waited about 15 minutes for wraps that should've been much faster. While good, I expect better speed especially if you are asking for tips. To add it wasn't busy at about 3 to 4 active orders for 3 employees. On the plus, food and drinks are good. The food has some more heat than you would expect in Japan if you go for a spicy dish. Still mild overall but a fair warning. The washroom is modern with a good quality bidet. Overall, I'd probably pass a second visit as I don't like tips as a business practice nor do I think it belongs in Japan. If you're feeling nostalgic for North America maybe hit up a McDonald's.

Bro you like coffee and burritos because zoinks! This gangster right here knows what's what. My blood runs coffee and my stomach is powered on burritos so please go here. Tomorrow if you can. Why? Because ya dingdong, if you are already looking at this, you must be nearby that joint. You will be happy you did.

Walked in on a whim and were immediately impressed by the welcoming and chill vibes. The little heaters were also very welcome on such a cool day. The star however really has to be their Hojicha latte. SO GOOD. Do yourself the treat of ordering it when you come here. The Maple Cinnamon latte was also good, but oh-- that Hojicha.... 😍😍😍😍😍

Overall great! The coffee is great and the food as well. The atmosphere is very western. Opens up early which is great before going to the aquarium or any other attraction in the area. The prices are a little higher than average however it's still worth it (in my opinion).

What a cute place. If I lived there, that would be my coffee spot for sure. The cookies were delicious. We went twice and the iced coffee was tasty! Fruit drinks delicious as well. Super friendly!

A bit expensive for just a drink and some toast, the food was alright for what it was. The drinks were watered down and filled to the brim with ice, which was quite sad for how much you pay for them. Regardless, it's an okay stop if you're passing by and happen to crave toast. The staff was very nice and spoke English well, so there was no trouble ordering.

Any one visiting form Australia will appreciate this modern coffee shop. Serving traditional Japanese coffee and more “Australian style coffee” bonus was they have alternative mills available. Including oat almond and soy. Definitely the best coffee we had in Osaka region

If you're looking for a modern café in the area, this is it. They offer speciality coffee, pourovers and matcha lattes for drinks, burritos and sandwiches for a snack. Excellent for a rest after a visit to the aquarium or Santa Maria. The roast grade for their Flat White is on the darker side, which seems to be the local preference. Sadly, the milk was steamed long over the point of sweetness, making the Flat White too hot to drink and not as tasty as it could have been. For foreigners: their english is pretty good, you'll have no problems here.

Fun little cafe shop reminiscent of a surf town establishment. It is on your path between the train station and aquarium. Drop by to grab a bite and artisan drink. Mornings were not very busy. The breakfast burrito was nicely done.

Relaxing and great environment. Great coffee. Polite staff. Enjoyed ourselves. Went on a weekday so it’s not very crowded.

Great location on the way to the Osaka Kaiyukan Aquarium. Clean, fresh atmosphere with friendly staff and delicious mocha coffee. The best part is that it was open at 9:00 when we went—it is harder to find cafes open early here. Many other international travelers gathered here while we ate to enjoy the food and drinks but it was not overly crowded.

A good rest stop before or after the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. The staff speaks good English. They serve in paper cups though but their coffee is pretty decent. They also didn’t heat up our food.

Coffee with reasonable prices. The hojicha is great. Full with aroma and also it’s very strong. The milk they used goes very well with the hojicha. Many people resting there while waiting for their coffee.

Great find! I absolutely loved my coffee. The seating areas are clean, with beautiful plants to observe. Opens early which is a bonus, has toasty sandwiches and other breakfast options, better to be here for some quality breakfast than another minimart if you are in a hurry. Sit, relax, and enjoy Osaka from a quiet place.

Pretty okay coffee with good food. Highly recommend the burrito and the acai bowl. Wouldn’t say great value for your money but the interior is sleek, impeccably clean, and the staff all speak English. Given its convenient location and all that this place has to offer, it’s easy to overlook the slightly lacking value.

Very friendly service in both Japanese and English. Excellent atmosphere. Great location and gluten free bakery items available. Breakfast burritos will keep you full all day. Great lemon and ginger tea.

Cozy cafe located in between Osakako station and Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. Quality of coffee and drinks are good with reasonable price. Even though the cafe is compact but still not too crowd. Power outlets and toilets are available for those in needed.

Home away from home! A little slice of Toronto in Osaka. Menus have English translations and all the staff I interacted with spoke English as well. One of the best Coffees I've had in Japan so far!

Incredible coffee (both pour over and lattes are amazing). I LOVED the Hojicha latte, it's very toasty and comforting and I would recommend it to everyone. The owner grew up in Toronto so it's very easy to ask questions about the menu and the coffee :) these people are so skilled and kind and I would recommend EVERYONE to come here.

Friendly English speaking staff. Good quality coffee (Ethiopia, Brazil etc). Super nice design with indoor and outdoor sitting. In terms of food you can only find scones, biscuits and muffins. A must stop if you are in the area. They also serve other things besides coffee like tea and smoothies.

This place is the only non-chain coffee place with a barista making quality espresso, pour over, cappuccino etc. within a 2 kilometer area... It's really good! All higher rated places are mom and pop coffee and sandwich places with rarely the ability to ask for espresso or cappuccino. This simply is the best coffee in the bay area. Protip: get the cortado, or flat white :)

Been here twice, always had a nice time. It's a lovely café with a nice stylish interior and friendly staff. Their houjicha latte is amazing. Will be back to try more of the menu, especially food.

I wish I lived at this coffee shop! Absolutely beautiful and the staff were so kind! Ordered an ice latte and a pretzel and I may have passed out from how good it was. I don't know if I was just starving that morning, but that pretzel hit the sweet spot! Latte was made perfectly as well!

Very aesthetically pleasing and modern styled coffee shop. It is near Universal Studios Japan. So if you're in the area you should definitely take the time out of you day to try it. It's worth it. The sodas and the burritos were delicious. The burritos were huge and very filling.

👍👍 Go to the basement floor which has all kinds of food stalls and specialty stores. Go there an hour before closing and most of the packaged food items will be discounted like 30% or Y300 off. It’s great deal for budget travel. They also have very good yogurt drinks and other bakery items.

👍👍 Had to wait ~15 min to enter at 10am on a Friday. The beef curry rice was ok. The pancake was nothing special, borderline disappointing. The cafe au lait was decent though. The star of the show was the french toast. It has this melt in your mouth sensation which was quite unique. Felt like eating...
