Very cosy "Igokochinoyoi". The owner made me feel so welcome. She was interested in my journey and was helpful with giving suggestions on what to do in Takayama.

ドリンクの値段で、トーストとゆで卵or目玉焼きが選べるモーニングでした！ 今回目玉焼きにしましたが、半熟でとっても美味しかったです。 また、トーストが絶品でした！！ バターがたっぷり染み込んでいて、サクサクふわふわでとっても美味しかったです。 最初は誰もお客さんがおらず、落ち着いた雰囲気で過ごせました。 途中から常連さんが沢山来て賑わいの感じれる雰囲気でした。

【朝早くからオープンする喫茶店】 9時オープンのお店が多い中で8時オープンのお店。 コーヒーもしっかりした味。朝飲むとシャキッとします。そして熱々で出てくるのがうれしいです。 トーストはソフトで美味しかった。 卵はゆで卵か目玉焼きか選べます。 黄身が大きい目玉焼きだなぁと思いました。

This place serves amazing butter bread and eggs for breakfast. It’s cozy and warm, the lady in the shop is very kind. We ordered two sets of delicious butter bread and eggs, ice coffee and milk tea - and it all costed only 920 yen for two people. I accidentally broke a coffee glass, I felt so sorry for it. The lady assured me that it was okay. It’s located 2 mins away from the bus station, so it’s a good idea to have a breakfast there before heading out from Takayama. I am sorry for breaking the glass and thank you for the amazing breakfast!

Lovely cafe with good menu and food. The atmosphere in the cafe is very soft and relaxing.

Great place for breakfast a stone's throw from the station. The toast was particularly memorable - buttery and crisp on the outside and soft and pillowy within.

Very friendly owner and coffe with non-roasted bean to try. Highly recommended ❤️
