ここでしか食べられないものを食べたい。でも観光仕様じゃなくおいしくてお手頃値段で食べたい。というわがままな要望を叶えてくれるお店かと思います。一つ一つの料理がオリジナルでどれも味わい深く、魚や肉のクオリティも高く、入って良かったと感じました。 お二人で団体客含め料理を作られていたので、提供が少し時間かかった印象でしたが、店名通り「一生懸命」にやられていて、とても感じの良い方々でした。

ここを選んでホント良かったと、そう思うお店でしたね。郷土料理のつけものステーキや飛騨牛刺身、桜ゆっけ、刺し盛りがホント美味しかった。中トロは口に入れたらとろけて、ホントびっくりしたなぁ。店主夫婦の連携、接客も心地よく、心地よく呑む事が出来ました！ごちそうさまでした♪

Absolutely amazing couple running this place. We were told that there was no English menu but with a bit of google translate and some suggestions from the owners we were able to pick out a feast of dishes. Everything was a hit and we were shocked at how cheap it turned out to be. For a single chef making so much food, the service was incredibly fast. Oishi!

「岐阜旅コイン」のアプリを使い、ホテルの近くで地元の方々に愛される店を探してヒット。偶然にも６時開店にドンピシャのタイミングで独り入店。早速刺し身２点とみずナスの浅漬けをお願いし、先ずはビールから始め、次に地酒の冷酒を２種類、そして鴨鍋を頼み、合わせに熱燗を一合、〆に鍋の雑炊を頂き投了。 皆さんの仰る通りどれもこれも美味しく、写真の飛騨牛の刺し身は口溶けの良い甘い脂が心地よく、地酒の冷酒とは完璧なマリアージュ。鍋物は価格的には一人鍋ですが、ボリュウム的には二人分は充分にあった感じでまんぷく。店は月曜なのに開店早々満席となり、何組ものお断りされているお客様（おそらく地元の方）を横目に、料理の提供時間も待たされることなくいい感じで、ゆっくりさせていただきました。ご夫婦(?)と女性スタッフ１人の３人が本当に一生懸命で素敵なお店でした。 最後に忙しい中、店主自ら店先までお見送り頂き恐縮。あらためてご馳走様でした～！
