高山駅から近いホテルに宿泊して土曜日の６時30分に予約ありで伺いました。１０分位早く到着してしまいましたが、気持ちよく奥の個室に案内してくださいました。本日は予約で満席とありました。伺う最は予約がお勧めです。
今回はホテルの宿泊プランに料金が含まれてましたので、いくらのコースかわかりませんが、駅近な観光地の立地、少人数で個室、店の雰囲気、接客、料理のクオリティーを考えるととても良いお店だと感じました。
お料理は、前菜からデザートまでとても美味しくいただきました。少しづつの量で、種類が沢山出てきますし、飛騨牛や、新鮮な５種類のお刺身、揚げたての天ぷら、箸休めのあん肝など、とても美味しいです。お塩にもこだわりがあるようで美味しいお塩を使用されていました。また、わさびもこだわってみえるのか、風味がとても良く、石焼きの飛騨牛の上に乗せて食べると美味でした。
アラカルトで、好きなものや、おすすめ料理の注文もできますが、コース料理とお酒を少しいただくとお腹が一杯になります。お酒を飲む人も、そうでない人も満足感ありだと思います。色々な料理を少しづつ食べたい女性や、個室が落ち着くという方にはお勧めです。
お酒の種類もとても多く、日本酒、ビール、ノンアルコールなども豊富です。一般的なものから、地元の地酒まで楽しむことができます。
