携帯で調べて評価が高かったので、行って見ました。店内は10名も入れないアットホームな感じでしたが、雰囲気があり懐かしい感じの店内でした。 塩ラーメンと肉入り焼きそばを注文しましたが、大変美味しくリーズナブルで、いいお店を発見出来て良かったです。駐車場は1台のみで少しだけ離れたところにありますと親切に案内して頂きました。 また、行った際には寄りたいなぁと思いました。ご馳走様でした。

2022.11.28 高山ラーメン食い倒れ旅。 第3軒目は 『ひのき』さん。 街から少しだけ離れた場所にポツンとあるお店。鉄板焼きがメインのお店で 16:00ごろ行くと 「いま仕込みしてるから少し待てる？」との事で 少し待って着丼。 見た目の通り醤油と、コショウのパンチが効いたスープ。嫌いでは無いが、今じゃなかった。呑んでる最中に食べるやつなので、お店のスタイルといい、私が悪い。 食べおりに「紅茶飲んでいき」と優しいお言葉と紅茶が。 ホッコリしたなぁ。ご馳走様でした。 もし、高山に来る事があったら鉄板焼きを食べたい。

Nice traditional Japanese food and very friendly hospitality! Highly recommend you to try this restaurant! This is a native restaurant and the price is very economic. There were several local customers visited when I was having meal there. However, there is only Japanese menu so you might need to bring your own translator for ordering if you can read Japanese.

Stoped by for a late lunch. This is a classic old school place, don’t expect anything fancy. Owner is absolutely charming, genuinely welcoming. She did not speak English and no English menu but she went out of her way to accommodate us. We has ramen miso, grilled chicken with cabbage and the pancake. Food was outstanding, we especially liked the chicken dish. Wonderful local place to check out.

An amazing find with an excellent meal and sake. Extremely friendly hosts. At first we didn’t understand them and they didn’t understand us but with google translate and their translating gadget we got along fine. This is a night we will always remember

We recently came across this restaurant operated by a wonderful duo, the sign on the door stated "by reservation" which we didn't have. The older gentleman noticed us outside and welcomed us in immediately. He recommended their ramen in the photo attached. The ingredients were fresh as they prepped and cooked everything in front of us as we waited. During our meal they gave us complementary earl gray tea which was super cool. The atmosphere was very homey as the other patrons who came in seemed to be regulars. The owners were very welcoming as they made small talk despite the large language barrier. We used Google translate for most of the conversation. If you want to experience local food and atmosphere this is the place to be!
