The sushi here is incredible, and prepared right in front of you. I liked the variety, and was quite excited to try firefly squid (hotaru ika) for the first time. The beef sushi was a fun novelty to try, but it was a bit underwhelming, so I’d recommend to stick with fish, as sushi should be.
