高山食べ歩き①／宮川中華そば この日は4人で高山食べ歩き！なかなか予定が合わなかった中でやっと行けました！ 今回のお店は、事前に色々調べたり、教えていただいたり、行きたいお店は山ほどありましたが、複数ジャンルから厳選して楽しんできました！ 約4年ぶりの高山。ワクワクします(^^) 最初のお店は高山ラーメン、実は私、高山ラーメンをあまり知らないんです…。色々勉強しなきゃいけませんね～ 宮川中華そば、というお店。此方は高山の街並みの中にある立地ではなく、幹線道路上にあるので駐車場もたくさん完備していて我々みたいな車移動にとっては行きやすいお店(^^) ここは50年近く歴史があり、今は三代目。此方のお店はリニューアルされたばかりなので綺麗な造りです。 何時間もかけて、とっても長～いドライブで到着したときの時刻はオープン2分前の10時28分！無駄のないスケジューリングでした！ さあ、待ちに待った1軒目の高山ラーメンをいただきます(^^) あっさり素朴で細麺とスープのキャラクターがマッチしており、高山ラーメンをほとんど食べたことがない私でも何処か懐かしさを感じる優しい味♪ しっかり音を立てて啜ったほうが美味しさが倍増しますので、是非そう食べてほしいですね～ これは美味い！スープを飲み干してしまいます(^^) 美味しかった！ご馳走様でした(^-^)/
