Great friendly restaurant / café next to the Hirayu bus station. The coffee is good, so is the music. It feels like the decorations have been added but by bit over a long time. Bring a book, rest your feet, sip some coffee and maybe you'll feel like you're in the 1970s.

Came here for coffee and was pleasantly surprised! Delicious cheese cake that melts in your mouth. Cheese cake parfait had interesting flavors and a variety of texture. Highly recommended on a snowy winters day

Great place to chill with a small collection of manga. I was given an English menu and I ordered the omelette curry rice for JPY 880. Food is good.

At first it gave me the touristy vibe but as soon as I tried the coffee and the parfait I forgot about it. The black sesame parfait was tasty and the coffee was excellent 👌 I didn't try the food, though it looked good as well.

I didn't sit in this cafe even though I wish I did! serves a lovely cuppa cafe au lait and the lady was incredibly nice about it. quaint little space that makes you feel warm and cozy in a small town. take note that they only accept cash though!

Beautiful cafe with delicious food and friendly service! We spent four days in Hirayu Onsen and went to Cafe Mustache every afternoon. Would highly recommend the curry sausages and black sesame, sweet bean parfait- best dessert I have ever had! Thank you for having us, we hope to visit again soon!

Visited this morning with our family for a breakfast. Cafe inside is very cosy and stylish. Cheesecake and banana juice were very tasty, lady owner behaved very warm and kind. My family had breakfast sets with bread, which they also liked. Unfortunately I didn’t take photos…🙏🏻❤️nice place for a breakfast or tea/coffee break.
