Another good thing comes to the area, This Whole Foods store is very very clean perfectly organized bright and have everything available very helpful and friendly staff, the self checkout is quick and easy as well. it must have a 5 star management team. Plenty of parking spaces available. DON’T forget the validation for your parking, or you will be blocking the exit. I highly recommend it!

Kinda understaffed, super expensive, and a fire trap. The clearly marked exit paths are sometimes fully blockaded, on purpose. When I mentioned it to an employee they told me the manager already knew. This was just one example

Mixed feelings about this Whole Foods.. we really shop all our groceries here and have enjoyed our experience until today. My parents went and the cashier scanned their $50 probiotics bottle twice. When they were about to leave the parking lot, my mom noticed they were overcharged, so they brought the receipt and bottle back to the same cashier and were met with rudeness and were accused of getting two bottles and lying. So my mom was about to go get all the groceries they had just purchased, then, another cashier came to correct the charge and the original cashier just walked away without apologizing for wrongly charging my parents or accusing them for lying. My parents went back to correct what they believed was an honest mistake because $50 plus tax isn’t nothing, but the cashier’s response left a bitter taste. Human errors and mistakes happen, but rudeness isn’t a mistake. We will continue to shop here, yes. But we will be using only self check out.

Compost rocks. Access to organic foods rocks. More Sustainably produced cutlery and eating containers are great. They have a discount rack, super yummy fruits and veggies, and bulk nuts and grains/legumes! Employees are kind! Most everything is a little over-priced.

Since there is just opened Whole Foods it’s very quiet and clean grocery store. Always good selection of cheese, easy to find everything. Vegetables and fruits are fresh.

The store is nice, but they instituted a parking policy that means I will go elsewhere. The parking garage has a $10 for first hour charge and only validate for parking if you buy at least $10 in the store. If I was looking for something and couldn't find it, that puts me on the hook for the parking charge. The fact I spent $50 this trip is not a reason to go back.

I am not from DC. I think the streets are insane, and the people who must endure the grind of living and working in a city meant for politicians are saints. The folks at Whole Foods lead the pack in making this city work. They are efficient, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about their store and the products they sell. Bravo to the WF team on Florida Ave NW ROCK! They not only run a great store. They serve the community with excellence!

Not sure if this is always the case but this Whole Foods had a uniformed DC Metropolitan Police officer as its store security guard. The officer told me to use a cart instead of reusable bag to carry groceries (store policy he said, that’s fine) but he grew very agitated and aggressive when I asked for some clarification (I did not challenge his order) and put my stuff in the shopping cart in a way he did it like as I put my whole bag into the cart initially. I felt uncomfortable to the point where I just dropped my bag on the ground and moved my items one by one into the cart so he could see. I don’t blame the officer because that’s what he was trained to do. I understand there’s a huge shoplifting problem in DC right now but if you think getting uniformed city police to guard your store is a good idea, think again.

As I walked into Whole Foods Market store #LDC5, I went into make an Amazon return. FYI, Amazon has purchased Whole Foods Market stores. I stood in line and the Lady operating the packaging mentioned to me in a sweet, warm, polite respecful fashion that they closed at 7pm, however, that I would be her last Customer in line. She, [Nicole] went on to help me more when I would have ever thought or believed. Nicole handed me in a blue chip, sterling service as she was, and is cockpit qualified for her position. I'm only hoping that both Amazon Market, and Regional Offices award her with a position with raise. It's Employees like Nicole that make businesses grow, and grow, and grow!. Nicole could also make Amazon grow. Thank you Nicole for all of yesterdays help. I've never, ever received such sterling service at any site. I'll be bragging about you Nicole, have a joyous and bliss day!!!.

Place is fine but it’s annoying that amazon returns is only open until 7pm. Came out of the way to make a return and the returns desk was closed though the store is open. This is not a small mom and pop’s shop that can’t afford to have staff on duty until the store closes, it’s expensive Whole Foods.

My first time going to this whole food. The worker were helpful, no problems there. The layout was very very confusing though. I couldn’t navigate around the store. Very clean though and the hot food was fresh and tasty.

I actually had to ask about their training I was so impressed with the staff. They take you right to the product you inquire about. Great attitudes. Super pleasant. Homemade sausages are delish. Fish is fresh. Crab cakes made in-house. Great cheese selection. Very good experience.

I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at Whole Foods. The store had a wide selection of high-quality organic products, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a pleasant ambiance. I appreciated the emphasis on sustainable and locally sourced products. Overall, I highly recommend Whole Foods for anyone seeking a great variety of healthy and eco-friendly groceries.

Mike went above and beyond to “hand deliver” groceries to my daughter who was ill and could not leave her apartment. I called the store, to see if her delivery could go out sooner than scheduled and Mike handled our personal situation with kindness and compassion. He even called me (in CA) to let me know that he got her the things she needed. I am so grateful and appreciative that Mike went out of his way to help “a customer!” Thanks again Mike! You are an incredible human!

This location was extremely under stocked. Seafood area was disheartening, coffee variety and existing supply was depleted, and had been for a couple of weeks. Bakery selection, or lack of selection, left me wondering why did I even waist my time going through the store attempting to shop.

I wish the store and management would find a solution to the 25 minute wait time to get out the store. It’s a clear method to phase out the cashiers, and it’s a failing effort. It’s a frustrating experience going to this location and working here seems like a headache. Side note - if there is a long line forming for the registers, I’m sure customers would appreciate the option to go to self checkout since it’s not clear that the register line with two cashiers will take 25 minutes.

Saw cockroach dying on the wall as I self-checked out today. Better prepared Deviled Eggs than the P st location.

Always a great place to stop in for lunch! The hot bar has a variety of choices and I’m always satisfied. Nice and clean too.

I was harassed multiple times while shopping at this location. I was yelled at and followed by security for allegedly “rolling my eyes” at him, when I never even made eye contact with the man. I am a 5 foot tall woman and this security guard was purposely trying to intimidate me for no reason at all. I was also harassed at the self check out when a team member mistakenly took items that I bought previously from Trader Joe’s out of my reusable bag demanding that I scan them, despite the products not being from Whole Foods at all. I feel very unsafe shopping at this Whole Foods location and will be calling corporate to file an official complaint. I am not sure why team members are harassing customers that are just trying to grocery shop in peace.
