All good but the fact that we booked on the app with a price and they charges us way more when we arrived and our room didn't have all the stuff of the room that we actually booked

- impossible to change internet booking, resulting in new booking at higher price for every one, if one person missing from original multi client booking; - defective wifi, like others already complained; - check your bill, they overcharge 10% "servicio" for already overpriced consumo - $ 3800 for a draft beer 500 cc; - also like others, had shower alternating boiling/freezing; - also had the problem of toilet flushing which does not stop; - also like others had the problem of room access card which stops working => loose 10 minutes in saturated 2 elevators for 200 rooms to go back down reception, reactivate card, return to room. Stay away, poorly managed hotel. A little research on google maps will find you a better hotel not far, for half the price, local business without the international brand name.

-Brake fast rather poor. Continental style available only. Take away or sent to the room. -Roomcleaning every second day only. -no minibar nor hot water pot available in the room. -also there is no ice maker provided in the floor. -Restaurant service available for take away or consumption in the room. The quality food poor. I have been about 2 and a half yaers ago in this restaurant and had good memory about, but actually I wouldn´t take thius hotel again. Sorry to say, but its rather poor.

This Hotel is in a convenient location with great views. The facilities are complete, there is free Wi-Fi, parking space, and breakfast is good. But there were no cups in the room for travelers and no bottle of water to drink. Hope to improve in the future.

Bathrooms are not so good... dirty shower

Ok Hotel, for the amount i payed i think it was worth it. Location is nice if you want to be close to airport and a big mall. Downtown is a 10 min taxi ride away. Breakfast was not that inpressive and not included, dinner at the hotel is not to recommend. There was a good resturant just 150 m away from the hotel that i recommend.

All fine at the beginning, rooms are quite nice. There's was a problem in my room where i reported that the wc was running with water and it never stops, so i call at the reception and they told me that the problem will be fix. After 6 hours i return to my room and the problem wasn't solved and a huge amount of water was wasted. I didn't wanted to complain for warranty but i call the reception to give a gentle warning.

The worst hotel i have ever been. I would like to have negative stars only for this place. Small rooms with old fashion decoration and a terrible small and dirt window makes you feel like in a toilet. The hotel and the rooms are super smelly and dirt. The check in is a caos, all days you have to go to the entry desk because they deactivate the key. Only the night shift staff are nice and try to help you despite the extremely bad condition in this place.

Unfortunately I have to say that it was not a good stay. Very basic room, very cold, the Air conditioner is basic and noisy.

Poor service, discrepancy on cost, food is mediocre, shower in my room was either boiling or freezing. Towels was awful. Staff were however helpful.

Rooms very small, and if it were two even smaller. They may have different floor designs but not sure. Great location with a pedestrian bridge to the mall with goid shopping and great food!

A bit pricey, but all the hotels around are as well.
