I have been using your takeaway for years and has always tasted great. But unfortunately over the last few visits I've noticed the chicken pieces are getting smaller and the chip portions are getting bigger. Very little meat on the snack box pieces.We couldn't even see the chicken when we opened the box. For just under 10 euro a little expensive for what you get. I'll be giving it a miss for a while

Only downfall is they don’t deliver although being in the same area. Buffalo breast in a bun was unbelievably good! Like wise for their chicken which fell off the bone. Food was fresh and tasty 12/10 definitely recommend.

Have only had Hillbillys in Walkinstown the once, way back when they first opened. I had an itch only some good seasoned chicken could scratch and the food was just that, the stack chicken burger and Tenders were really well cooked, and packed with flavour, the gravy is excellent. Miles better option than KFC. The chips were the only thing I would say weren't great, they required a decent bit of salt and didn't travel too well but that's not the reason anyone you come here, an extra tub of gravy sorted out any issues there. Great spot, fast service, good food

Was really looking forward to the chicken reading all the reviews but alas, just another average place where the chicken was too salty, atleast it's not as oily as the KFCs. Service was okay. Had to wait outside in the rain to pick-up food ordered online a couple hours in advance.

Nice food if ur in a hurry and want to be full up. Was a little bit disappointed with the staff I found they were very sharp n ignorant maybe it was jus om the day but regardless u don't want to be made uncomfortable before eating ur food

It is Always busy hence the food is always fresh & hot. The staff from my experience are always friendly and helpful 🙂

I ordered a chicken wrap meal and a side of onion rings. Everything was hot and fresh. The wrap was huge. Lots of chicken in it and a nice tasting sauce and salad. The chips were piping hot and not greasy at all (as can sometimes be in fast food restaurants). Onion rings were tasty too. Just a pity there's no seating in this branch as in others like Waterford. But can't fault the food. Staff very attentive and friendly too.

Original recipe for KFC apparently. Didn't disappoint regardless. The BBQ sauce is the good stuff and the beef burgers are tasty. Just wish it was located somewhere better for parking. Very busy all the time but service is great thank you.

Always come here for a treat, food is always spot on and you barely have to wait for your food to get done. Very quick service. I’ve been here plenty of times and never got my order mixed up, speaking from experience in working in a takeout yous are doing good managing a busy shop. Definitely recommend.

Tastes is wonderful, but after eating 3 pieces of chicken, fries and that delish gravy...... I felt horrible for about 4 hours it's just so greasy and heavy with fat salt and all the things that make it taste sooooo good! But, be prepared i don't usually eat take-out. However, Hillbilly's is the best southern fried chicken buy a large margin!

Gravy so thick you could walk across a swimming pool full of it. Or do one of those floor acrobatic routines, a somersault into backflip and two feet onto the gravy and you’d actually bounce back up a bit. No give. You could lay bricks with it. Still good though.
