Always loved the Westbury Hotel been going here for decades, with my Mum n Family, many a gr8 afternoon teas, drinks and food. I think the staff who greet you at the top of the stairs could be nicer and accommodating in their approach with people, instead of being "too snobbish" to assist us for 60th celebration drinks, it is not a nice trait to have, just a gentle point I wish to make. As I say I have been going there for decades with my family. Otherwise we have always loved the Westbury. Emma

Popped into the Sidecar Bar for a few cocktails with a friend on a Wednesday afternoon. The enthusiasm and knowledge of the staff was refreshing and they helped us pick some lovely cocktails. A complimentary Prosecco while we waited for our cocktails got us off to a great start. Great atmosphere, great service and fab cocktails.

The Westbury Hotel exceeded all expectations with its exceptional service and fantastic staff. We celebrated our wedding here in 2022 and returned for our 1-year anniversary, and the experience was truly amazing. The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and the sheer dedication of the staff made both occasions unforgettable. The elegance of the hotel and the impeccable service were second to none. We can't thank the Westbury Hotel enough for creating lasting memories. It's the perfect destination for special occasions, and we look forward to returning for more milestones in the future.

Tried to book afternoon tea and got no reply to my email, when I emailed again they were booked up for afternoon tea, I asked could I book a table for a drink instead and was told as they don't take reservations for drinks to just arrive on the day. When we arrived for a drink on the day we were told they were full but with no attempt to accommodate us as we didn't have a reservation, I understand it's a busy hotel but other hotels of similar level in the city have a much better customer service. Won't try to book anything with them again.

Our team had a fabulous afternoon tea here. Our server was Miguel, and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food is absolutely delightful, and the vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options are a breath of fresh air, making it so much easier for all of our team to enjoy a delicious meal together. Service is fantastic, if you're looking for a treat for a special occasion we can't recommend The Westbury afternoon tea highly enough. Thank you for the care, attention to detail, and delicious treats!

Didn’t stay in the hotel, only used their bar. The service and the quality of the cocktails are outstanding! Highly recommend. The bar menu however left much to be desired as the selection is rather limited… but I really loved the drinks. A must try!

The Westbury is a real gem in the centre of Dublin next to Grafton Street. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a relaxing retreat to come back here after every busy afternoon out in the city. The location and staff are definitely the strongest assets of the hotel as we were taken care of splendidly by all members of the hotel. We were particularly fond of the amazing breakfast service at the restaurant aswell as the stylish and inviting Sidecar Bar (most amazing staff there also). As this was my second time at the Westbury after around ten years I was very happy to find that it is still up to the amazing standards as it was before. The small downsides of a missing bedside outlet on one side of the bed and a 5 second accidental fire alarm during our stay did not reduce the quality and comfort we felt at this hotel. We very much look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

Excellent service all around, including the restaurant, Wilde, and our Italian server Ismael. The food was a good selection of classic French American dishes, prepared with care to detail and served with style. Your boss/partner will not be offended, even if her standards are high. Great for special occasions, we had a birthday.

We recently had our wedding ceremony & celebration at The Westbury. We stayed two nights in a Signature Suite which was absolutely beautiful. Our ceremony & celebration was in the Grafton Suite which was set up exactly as we needed across the different parts of the day. The service overall was absolutely excellent and all our guests were so very well looked after. The food was excellent also. Congratulations to all the team for the work they put into making the day run brilliantly - their experience shows through.
