Hands down the best recovery location in dublin. I've been using them the last couple of years while training for marathons.

Unreal spot, didn’t get to play ps5 but Tony running the place is great craic.

Went to the Royal Recovery Rooms after out last long run before DCM Aaron looked after us so well after he finished laughing at us in the cold bath but had a lovely cup of tea while relaxing in the compression boots felt brand new afterwards and slept so well that night would highly recommend a visit to them 😀
