Absolutely horrific. Please do not stay here. Only positive thing I can say is the flood lights and cameras made me feel safe. Otherwise, this place is disgusting with an innumerable amount of roaches, I was knocking them off of my refrigerator just to open the door! They should close their doors until they can properly exterminate at least the majority of the roaches and for the money they are getting, fix the walls and be sure light bulbs are actually working.

This is a nice home style Hotel with budget friendly rooms if you plan ahead of time. The complementary breakfast serves quite a bit of portions with variety of choices. Rooms are wide and well Maintained. Some photos are inside campus with natural foliage and they have great swimming pool too. Morning and night feeling great here, easy accessibility with the main city and the international airport makes it a good choice of stay too.

STAY AWAY!!! I can't make it any clearer. The front desk Marsha was very nice at check in but everything else went down from there. I only stayed because it was too cold and late to stay in my car. The pictures posted front the hotel are absolutely 💯 a lie. It's not a dated motel, it's a shack with a roof, bugs, mold ect! Also we were accosted several times by people selling the best chronic! I'm posting pictures. Even that doesn't really do it justice. Please don't stay unless you absolutely have no other choice! This place needs to be bulldozed!

Does not have 10 restaurants or any bars like they claim in their descriptions. But is located near many restaurants... it's an OK low end motel with probably the lowest rates in the area. Has a wide variety of rooms available from simple one beds to large suites with two beds and an upstairs and a kitchenette also has a large business meeting area for anyone who wants to have a meeting

Rates are not what's listed on Google. $75+/night, $20 pet fee per pet/night. Not worth what they are charging. No breakfast regardless what's advertised. Pool is now open but dirty. They do have a cockroach problem. Bed bugs maybe, didn't see any personally but permanent residents had bed bug bites on them. No smoke detector. A blind man installed the bathroom light fixtures (see pic). A1 electric hookup for air conditioner (see pic). Cheapest place in town and still highway robbery. Enter at own risk. I'll never go back.

This place is gutterbucket level!!! I stayed in RM 251 and there was no hot water and the microwave didn't work. The bed sheets were crusty and dust and dirt throughout the room. The bathroom smelled like the mold that infested it. When I attempted to get a refund, they did NOTHING but tell me I didn't come up there fast enough. It was late and I was tired and didn't realize most of this until the next night. Shame on this disgraceful place....they need the health department called on them, and that is my next step as well as the BBB.

Stayed here for two weeks, suite with pool view. If it weren't for the price being all that i could afford... I would never have stayed the first night. I will just simply list the issues. The front staff in the evening has no respect. There are police constantly responding to a call on the property. The rooms are COMPLETELY thrashed. We vacuumed our own room and it was a ridiculous night and day difference. Bathroom was filthy; I scrubbed it myself because of all the dirt and grime, and bathtub was no-flow clogged with hair. Carpet is obvious patchwork. Front door had been previously kicked in, and not replaced. Instead a plate was placed behind the handle mechanism on both the inside and outside. Damage was very obvious. The outlet for the fridge is unsafe. It is loose and does not hold the plug; literally will fall out if not held in place by something else. Four of six lamps worked(after i repaired one), and one of which has no lamp shade and falling apart. Another review mentioned The wiring for the bathroom lights... same situation. Cut and not capped wires. Live wires simply taped. The AC unit upstairs is no longer sealed or even secured. The jetted tub did not work upon arrival, and continued to leak throughout the stay... But not drain. The downstairs windows were , also, screwed shut. The cable cord for the tv was chewed(?) off at the end that connects to the wall. And throughout the room a previous tenant has tagged "ATF . . . NFL". I counted seven marks of penmanship. But the downstairs AC worked fantastic!

Stains everywhere. Inside door lock is broken. Filthy floors, walls and beds. Broken fixtures, missing vent cover and fan covered in dust and grime. The room smells funny and is very clammy. If I wasn't so tired from being on the road I'd get a refund and find another room. Had to sleep in my clothes and with my shoes on. Would never suggest this place to anyone. Hotwire should be ashamed to do business with this dump. Too bad you can't add photos to the review.

Staff at check in were friendly. Rooms were dirty. No extra towels. Towels we did have had hair, room smelled. Bathroom was disgusting. We can hear fighting throughout the night. We only stayed 1 night. Needless to say we checked out at 7am, whom we were helped by a nice front desk staff member.

Cockroaches in the room, swarm of flies in the bathroom, and don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. the pool is black. You also have to pay in CASH for your deposit. All around BAD. Not even good enough for a last resort for me, i’d pick my car everyday over this. I’m scarred.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Room was filthy. I understand why it was so cheap. We checked in. No toilet paper. Towels were dirty. Huge holes in the wall. Smelled like smoke in a "nonsmoking room". The bathroom had muddy feet print on the toilet seat. The tub was nasty and didn't drain. There was old bologna in the nasty refrigerator. If I had any other options I'd def not stay here.

If i could negative stars I would, a true horrible experience. I booked through a travel agency and paid for my hotel in advance, the room pictures made it seem like a decent hotel at a great price. However that was not the case, this hotel is the shadiest hotel I ever had to deal with. After checking into my room i discovered dirty stained bedsheets and towels. A dirty bathroom and roaches. I requested a non smoking room because I have asthma during that night someone was smoking cause smoke to come in my room causing me to have a asthma attack. I checked out the next day I went to front desk and was completely dismissed the lady behind the counter was being rude and had a attitude. The end of the story they refused to give me a refund for the 2 nights i didn't stay and keep giving me the run around. Whatever you do please dont stay here its an unsafe dirty environment pay the extra 10 buck and go to the quality inn instead

We got the suite. It said it accomodated 4 adults and 3 children. Although it was roomy. We had to accomodate 2 adults and 2 kids in the queen size bed. There were roaches in the room. No extra towels. The pull out sofa was very dirty and stained. Plus it had no sheets or blanket. The room was very smelly. They offered to give us our money back but by the time we got found out everything that was wrong with the room, it was to late to move out the hotel. We would never go back to this place.

What a HORRID stay. The first room we got the door was wide open. No shower curtains the beds were both messed up. They gave us another room. Walked in. No lights. Blunt guts in both beds. Requested new sheets was told that housekeepers were gone and that couldn’t be done. Asked for a refund. We had two nights. Was told no. So the second day I called and asked for new towels and sheets. And was told again no housekeeper. I said if you could just set them in the room I’ll make the beds. She said okay. And ofcourse. Did not do what she said. This place is wayyy over priced CRACK DEN. Just pass it by. Seriously. Not worth a penny

Run away. This place is scary. Nice front desk lady but the rest is rough. Hoodlums hanging out all over. Drunks randomly walk up to you. No breakfast like advertised or pool opened. Room has roaches, dirty towels hanging from lamps, and I didn't dare touch the linens. Door latch broken and tv fuzzy with remote falling apart. Smells of mildew. Disgusting place. Don't go.

Pay the extra 10 bucks and go somewhere that has decent wifi and clean rooms and towels. There's no chairs to sit in the lobby and they clearly treat it like a brothel or something. The room had roaches, the shower was falling apart, the AC didn't work and they didn't have any ice buckets. Everything here sucks so please don't waste your money. Never coming again!

List of Pros and Cons -Pros •Large bed •Decent sized bathroom •Mini Fridge in Dresser •Cheap Price -Cons •Broken swivel lock •Main light switch is connected to the wall light AND the TV meaning you either have to leave it off or unscrew the bulb. •No Chairs or desks in room despite online photos •Hotel is extremely weathered and shows signs of weather damage and years of no real upkeep. •Stained sheets Over all the stay was fine the hotel while aesthetic from a historic point of view isn't upon closer inspection. There are lot of damaged areas of the hotel as well. The swivel latch being broken was a bit unnerving bit there was a bolt lock. Bed is not the most comfortable, however it's not impossible to sleep on. They have an indoor liquor store and a "bar" of sorts as well. Didn't use either. Also the rooms do not have microwaves in them. You have to go to the lobby in order to heat up anything and they only have one microwave. If I had more money to work with would I stay here again? No. Was it what good for the price? Debatable. BUT it was affordable and in that department I have no complaints.

Stay away. The most disgusting place I've ever stayed. Didnt sleep at all because of the loud people above and next to us.

The front desk guy says that I have been here before with my husband and dog's when I have never been to this hotel at all before and that one of his employees says that she knows me and my husband yes she only knows my husband Robert I don't know her at all and I supposedly committed fraud which is a big lie because I told him we were trying to gather up money for the pet deposit which I did pay for one night but I couldn't come up with more of the pet deposit and there for they kicked us out and now we have no place to go to and they only refunded me 324.00 and they took out the money for the pet deposit on my card when it was supposed to be cash only, and also they kept my 20.00 cash deposit which I was supposed to get back, and the staff looks like they are on dope especially the guy which is Indian and half of their guests are on dope because I always smelled it going up to my room. So I do not recommend this hotel if you have kid's or pets.

This hotel has a lot of potential, but needs updating, repairs, advertised items in rooms, and MAJOR improvement with cleanliness. No items advertised (ie phone, coffee pot etc) were in the room, just furniture and TV. Couch was dirty and stained, no towel racks, dirty used linens, blanket had many cigarette burns and blood stains, mattresses were lumpy, springy and very uncomfortable, floor was extremely dirty (I had to mop 3 times to get it clean and not sticky) and the ac didn't have filters so there was thick layer of dust stuck to it and blew dust out continuously. However, the room was very spacious and the courtyard was beautiful. With a little attention and tlc, this hotel would make for a very nice stay!

On my second day I couldn't get sheets before my housekeeper came. It's vintage but doesn't mean the rooms shouldn't be properly cleaned. Smells musty and moldy and dead but once it gets a good clean it comes alive. Had a wonderful housekeeper!

Room wasn’t cleaned whatsoever. Used towels and rags left behind. No clean towels. Shower doesn’t even work nor does the hot water. Mold. Mildew. Trash was left in the trash can. Junkies hanging around outside. If you really need somewhere to sleep you’re better off sleeping in by our car or outside.

Absolutely disgusting. 2 roaches were in room, had to kill them. 1 appeared within the first 20 min. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in years. There was no toilet paper. Stains all over sheets and floor. Fridge did not work. Hair in shower from previous guests. Everything was dirty, looked like all they did was remake the bed. Multiple things in room being held together by tape - not even white tape to blend in. Avoid this place - stay ANYWHERE else.

Not a first choice after the first time you go there. The staff seems more concerned with each other than the guests. Changed rooms soon after arrival because of cleanliness concerns and had to walk around a big pile of stuff that appeared to be someone's leftovers from an explosive and uncomfortable defecation on the walk way leading to the office when it was time to check out. Other than that, the second room was cozy. I would strongly suggest that you watch your feet on the way to the in house liquor store because (1)... either the stray animals that live there seem to have issues with finding a restroom or (2)... the people who frequent this outhouse (I meant outpost) can not restrain their bowels. I know accidents happen but I can't imagine how none of the staff noticed the smell or the pile of wierd brown mud from which said smell spawned from sitting near the exit signs posted in the poorly lit corridor across from the pool area. Needless to say, I don't think I will be complaining to anyone there soon. I should have retreated at the sight of the first filthy room instead of taking a chance at spending the night only wake up in the morning to a nightmare.

It's an older hotel so it needs some work. Marsha at the front desk was amazing. It's a very homey, classic looking hotel. What made it perfect was that they have a bar on site and happened to be doing Karaoke the night I arrived, Monday. Tuesday there is a drag show, Wednesday it's Open Mic and Thursday there is a comedy show. They also have a liquor store on site that sells cigarettes too. You don't really need to leave.

Not a bad place for an overnight. Had to clean it up myself a bit the shower was not cleaned up before I checked in. They still have smoking rooms so that's a bonus to me. Plan on having a cash deposit when you arrive. There was no details online so that surprised me. About what you'd expect for a cheap place. Staff was nice
