First, our room was not clean, trash behind the bedside table and the sliding glass door didn't lock all the way. Front desk charged my card for the security deposit twice and told me the deposit would be returned in 3-5 business days. Its been a month and the deposit has not been returned yet. Tried to call the hotel, no answer, contacted Hotels com and the hotel told them they refunded it - they have not. So if you want your deposit back after your stay, do NOT stay here!!!!

This place brings back memories when I use to go to college here back in the day. When I arrived inside the room it was cold and very clean the way I like it. The price wasn't to bad either. Affordable. A 50.00 deposit which I knew I would receive back since I am a clean freak. The hotel was always quite even on the weekends which surprised me since its a college town. The only negative thing I would say that people would not like is the pool is not in good shape to swim in.

The hotel has an amazing price-value ratio. Ofc you can not expect that everything is perfect for the price, but the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was super nice. Also I would like to emphasise how friendly and welcoming the receptionist has been, I was also able to leave my luggage there after the check-out. If you are on vacations and do not want to spend too much money, I can definitely recommend this hotel!

First floor hallway lock broken. Our screen door was broken and could let bugs in but not open. Toilet sprayed water all over the floor. You could hear music and tv thru the walls. They gave us a different room but we saw roaches in the bathroom, in the air conditioner and on walls in bedroom. One crawled into my luggage. An exterminator came who was very nice. Botha rooms we had were really dark too

I wish I could give this place a better rating except for Antonio who checked us in, this place is less than mediocre. The padding on the headboard had been removed, the tub interior was cracking off and stained, no coffee for the room coffee pot, room did not smell fresh. Antonio was a breath of fresh air, warm and personable and deserves a raise for working in this place. Wanted to stay here due to the nearest to the FSU Softball Complex do it more than meet that criteria.

Hotel was older, but clean. Room was large, bed was comfortable and TV was a little small. Overall, it's three stars in every way. Breakfast was disappointing, but not surprising. For the price, I have no complaints.

I can't say this loud enough! DO NOT stay here at all! It would be better to sleep in your car. This entire hotel is supposedly being upgraded. I do not know how or why they would not just tear it down. They have a very very serious German infestation cockroach problem. There is no helping this! NO matter how much you think you won't, you WILL bring one home and perhaps cause yourself a problem! My daughter was too afraid to sleep with a strange noise that pounded every so often not to mention the fear of a roach. The breakfast was a complete joke. They shouldn't even bother. I actually reached out to Wyndham and told them they need to get their name off that hotel ASAP! Please avoid this hotel and do not waste a penny staying there. My world traveling college son said he has never even seen a hostel this bad and he's been everywhere! They just stole 100 bucks from me!

Easy process and great amenities at its price. C9me if you're looking for a budget friendly place when traveling.

Ants in the bed, breakfast terrible, lobby under construction and looks like a construction zone, locks didn’t work well, check in took a long time. Employees great though

The room was incredibly musty/moldy smelling and I was unable to spend more than 10 minutes in the room. The floor had debris all over it as well. I had doubts after being in the dirty lobby that is gutted for renovation.... but it seems that it has been this way for months according to other reviews. I checked out immediately and went elsewhere.

Perfectly adequate hotel for seeing your student at FSU. Good location, clean room, just did a good try at a renovation. Not a resort but a comfortable place to sleep and the beds are nice.

I stayed there for two night, staff was very nice, but I must say the hotel room was dirty specially the bathroom. The shower head was not working. The room smell like cigarettes, I woke up in the middle of the night coughing because of the smell of cigarettes. It was noisy around 10pm. It say they serve breakfast that is why I choose that place, but the breakfast was just a bread.

Run not walk away from this place. The hotel has a horrible odor throughout the entire hotel. The room was dark and the bed very uncomfortable. I would never stay here again. They did me a favor when they messed up my 2 night reservation and I was only there for 1 night.

I just stayed at this hotel for orientation at FSU. The hotel had a good price, the room was clean and very nice, and the location was perfect. The room smelled good and everything looked in perfect condition. There were no signs of wear and tear. Linens were clean too and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed in room 104. I would come here again.

Not like their pictures at all. Front desk was rude, peep hole on door was stuffed with paper, bed had gross stains, disgusting! Don’t stay here, bad surroundings, not safe.

Arrived to check in. After making payment I inspected room. Two metal crack pipes, a fingernail clipper, and cirmgarette burns in the sheets. I asked for a refund and chose a different hotel.
