Zaxby's just recently opened back up after what we though was repairs being done. Hubby took me to Zaxby's for dinner. We've always enjoyed our food from there but tonight was a different story. First off, the cashier that waited on us acted like it was a bother to take our order. No smiles, no thank you, nothing. We got our cups and went to get our drinks. Both of the flavors I wanted were out, Coke and Mello-yello! Not to mention the machine needed cleaning! Then we went to sit in a booth and I sat down and the seat half way collapsed! He got the Chicken tender dinner which was much smaller than usual. I got the new shrimp dinner which was small as well and the shrimp was way over seasoned and you could tell it was fried in the same grease as the chicken. Needless to say this was our last visit there. It definitely wasn't worth the money!

We had gone through the drive thru, The employees were rushed and rude and got the very simple order wrong so I had to go inside. Luckily I knew with the fast food track record to check the order before we left. My husband’s chicken wings were under cooked the fries had very little seasoning, my husband’s toast/bread was soggy and everything was cold. when I went inside after realizing they had forgotten my cheese an older gentleman who I believe was the manager asked if anyone had helped me and I told him what happened and there was no apology or anything. Had I noticed all of the issues besides the cheese before driving home, they would have gotten both meals back and given me a refund! We will not be back!

My family and I stopped in for quick dine-in meal around 4pm on 8/6/22. We received our meals quickly and found appropriate seating in the dining area. We were shocked with the persistent profane language coming from the kitchen. The staff wasn't arguing with each other but having a loud casual conversation with each other using profanity. I expected better. This level of unprofessionalism is contrary to what I am accustomed to when visiting Zaxby's. Will have to think long and hard before visiting this location again...

The people didn't care. Restaurant was dirty/ sticky, some food was hot some wasn't. Fries were dead...limp and no seasoning. Booth next to me was tagged out because it was falling apart. The air conditioner above it has parts hanging from it. The drinks sucked because the machine wasn't mixing them right...tried 3 different flavors. Not a good night for Thomasville Zaxby's.

Didn't have to wait long for my order. Staff was very nice. My food was also hot when I picked it up.

Food was good and hot and served fast. The drink machine was despencing to much carbinated water and tasted nasty. Had them fix my drink from behind the counter and was much better.

I haven't eaten here in forever. I figured I would grab me a kickin' chicken sandwich. Got it home and after paying the high prices of food these days, the chicken was so salty I almost couldn't eat it and they burnt the bun.... Really, you send out a sandwich on a burnt bun???? Oh I well, i won't be back for a long time.

This place is hit and miss. I have to check my food before I leave, because they make mistakes. I waited 40 min in dining area this time. It wasn't super busy, but people ordered after me and got their food.

I will never eat zaxbys again first of all my food was cold I ordered hot wings they didn’t bother to put any sauce on it so I took it back they replaced the meals as my baby girl was eating her food there was a dime in her food. I took the food back in and talk to the manager remind you I was still in the parking lot waiting on my other order to get done when this happened. The young boys that was back there cooking thought it was funny when my child could have choked on that dime. The workers there sucks everybody is so rude and they don’t care about your food at all never again.

2 southwest zalads to go... neither had tortllla strips, one was missing cheese, the tomatoes were mush. One salad was a decent portion with fresh lettuce, the other barely filled the container half way and was at least 1/3 rotten brown lettuce. Waited over 15 minutes for an order of cheese curds that were missing the dipping sauce. Gave us one fork for two salads and an order of cheese curds. Don't know why we keep giving them another chance. The consistency of ordering two salads and one looking awful and the other one halfway decent has been a long going issue along with ALWAYS missing something from the salads. Once ordered a Cobb salad, and it was missing the chicken and the boiled egg. At the price we're paying for these salads now, pretty sure this was our last time there.

Fast and good service. Also, I gave my name for my order, and they spelled it right 😭 that never happens. I was so excited

It was great are you going to drink your own with you on a mountain dew you can get water splash of any flavor you can imagine and the chicken speaks for itself

I wish this zaxbys was like the one in Tallahassee. This one sucks 9 times out of 10 they are rude and takes forever to get there food out. I will prefer wingzone everyday then this place.
