We heard a lot about how great this place was ... Though our visit just didn't give us a great impression. We arrived to a super long drive through line (which we hoped was a good sign) and went inside to eat. The gentleman at the register was new and having trouble ringing in our order, so it took a little longer than usual, but he was trying hard and pleasant. Unfortunately, the food was just ok, the Chicken sandwiches were decent but buns were moist/mushy. The hot wings were only partially sauced, though cooked well. Overall, at ~$65 for 3 sandwiches and 20 wings, it definitely wasn't worth it. Pros: Decent food - chicken sandwiches and wings The wait inside was fairly short Cons: We ordered hot wings, a 20 pack, and they were only partially sauced - oddly enough you can only get one sauce per order (unlike every other place that has hot wings - get 20 wings, you get at least two sauce choices). Their hottest hot wing sauce isn't very hot. When we asked for more sauce I was given one 1/4 filled container and told anymore would cost extra. They put an untrained employee on the only register open at dinner time.... The men's room smelled strongly of pee and was out of paper towels.

Call to ask for a replacement w2 for last year tried to speak to someone I think Pam a supervisor she was rude as hell!! My daughter ask her to speak to me and let me tell her what we needed .She talked to daughter first but would not talk to me even with daughters permission .again rude rude rude I finally hung up on her didn’t get what I needed tho. She said she didn’t even know what kind of system was in place last year couldn’t give me a phone number or wouldn’t . Again rude as hell won’t be going back there to eat again if this is the way customer service works think chic-fl-a looking better even if it’s out of my way think I will take my business there by

1/10 would NOT recommend; at least in the evenings. Came in on a Thursday night and placed a to go order at the counter. Brittney, the cashier that rung us up, is the ONLY reason I'm giving ANY stars. She was sweet and gave good suggestions. She also was the only front employee actually working. The other employees working the front were basically children that lacked the slightest bit of professionalism. One child was high and constantly lost his train of thought. Another was shooting her shot and holding up the line with a male customer. We waited about 20 mins for a salad with no lettuce and a order of fries with barely anything in the box.

I wish I would of gotten her name she was working the drive-thru at 730pm Saturday night but her and the young fellow had great energy and were awesome thanks😊

If I could give a zero for service I would. The manager (a lady with light brown hair) was so rude to everyone. The customers, the employees, everyone. My order was completely messed up and she gave me attitude about fixing it. They were out of whimsy sauce and cheese bites but instead of offering me something else, she simply stated they were out of the sauce FOR THE ENTIRE PLATE of Wings and things that they left off and the cheesy bites. She stood looking at me as if I was the problem for wanting a substitute. The whole front counter and kitchen was so disorganized that the lobby was spilling out with people. I never leave bad reviews as I’m usually understanding of lack of staff or trainees. This is on the manager. She can’t handle stress!

Public food service establishments which seat 10 persons or less shall be required to provide a minimum of one bathroom accessible to the public.

Waited a while in line to be able to order. When I finally got to the window, I was pulled forward while my White cheddar bites cooked. I didn’t receive any sauce to go with them. When I checked my salad, it had old dry cold chicken on it. Service and food is definitely lacking at this location!

Tried to drive through, sat in line 25 minutes. In that time only 3 cars were served and drove out. When I got tired of waiting and left they were holding a car at the menu and no car was at the window. No one in the window or register area when I drove by. They have gotten increasingly worse, but today was the final chance. Do not waste your time or money. Management change needed immediately. As an edit, I ordered Sonic on the app and had it in less than 2 minutes. Sonics Chicken Club Toaster was superior to anything I've had recently from our local Zaxby's.

Walked in. The floors were soaking wet. No caution floor sings were up. Ordered and it took almost 45 minutes to get our food. No apologies.

Lately the food has been hit or miss, but the service has normally been decent, however, I went here on 9/5/23 around 1pm and put in an order while inside, to eat there. The guy that was taking the orders was a younger white guy with a big gold chain who was not professional at all. He was wearing his pants down to his knees. After the order was placed I waited for nearly 20 minutes for the order to be called. There were 2 couples in the dinning area and about 6 cars in the drive through. After the 20 minutes I went up to the counter to see how much longer it would be. The same guy who took my order just looked at me. Another guy walked up and got me taking care of. It ended up that the guy working the cash register put it in a to go bag, and left it behind the computer. He never said it was ready or anything. He did not apologize he simply looked at the other guy and said “I’m going on break” and proceeded to walk away. The food being hit or miss is one thing but when you have someone like that representing your company it really puts a bad mark on you.

Last time I will bother with the one here in Marianna. Your drive through was not backed up but her comes a teenager with attitude and a tablet to take orders. Not letting you see the menu, ignoring things asked, then walking off mid sentence. You charge well and above this level of disappointment. Edit: This was before I got my food. It was half cooked and all my sauces were absent from the bag, along with someone salad's ranch. This was after waiting for 30 minutes.

The food and service was great. On the other hand, the dining room could have been cleaned up. Some of the tables had cups left on them, and papers on the floor. Easy clean up, in other words.

I love Zaxby's chicken strips and sauce. This location was different than others. The employees were extremely friendly. The chicken strips were smaller than usual and everything should have been friend longer. Seems like leftover food although I was there at 10:45. Drive thru was popping.
