We were extremely excited to go paddle boarding today, but after spending 30 + minutes within the view of the guard hut inflating our boards The lifeguard walked over and informed us that Inflatable paddleboard‘s are not allowed on the property for “liability reasons“ A.k.a. they want you to rent one of their boards… There was a 90 minute wait to rent their boards. There is nothing on the Rez website under the policies section or any other that says inflatables are prohibited. In fact, the Rez website shows a PICTURE of an inflatable paddleboards.

Amazing place in Tallahassee. There's a lake you can explore with a paddle board, kayak or canoe, a little beach, volleyball fields, climbing walls, high ropes! I recommend exploring the lake (~1h30) with a kayak. ~$4 per adults (if not with FSU)

I had one of the most amazing times here at FSU Rez. Kayaking 😀 was so much. The three lakes are inter connected and crossing them is like a journey through the Amazon 🌿🍃. I loved it. Everyone in Tally should go there once to be in nature.

Paid entree for those that aren't students but you can't complain about the $3 for a nice lake experience. Rent a kayak or go stand up paddling and enjoy the Florida weather. It's filled with students but since no alcohol is allowed they are respectful and not rowdy. I came alone and had a relaxing few hours before heading on my way.

Great place for family and friends to hangout. You can also reserve your group meetings. It is beautiful out here. It is gated and well maintained. Lots of fun activities. A lot of green and even sand/beach volleyball. Lots of spots to have a picnic by the lake. Plenty of parking.

Always a good time at the Rez- try out numerous activities here including paddle-boarding, kayaking, swimming, tanning, volleyball, their rope-course, and I’m sure theres more.

Very nice place for FSU students. For students there is no entry fee but for spouse the entry fee is $4. It has bbq facilities, boating, rock climbing and other activities.

Great scenic lakefront Park! Kayaks, canoes, beach, volleyball, ping pong, an obstacle course/ climbing wall (was closed when we went unfortunately). 3 lakes to canoe, we did 2 of them

Great place. We went on a weekday. Not busy. Had a great kayaking adventure with daughter. Very minimal cost for all the amenities that are offerred. Paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, boats, a rope skills course, , When I am back Florida, , we WILL be out on that lake. Calm waters since not busy. PUBLIC ALLOWED, DO NOT HAVE TO BE STUDENT AT FSU.

Too much fun! A definite must for all FSU students, and if you go to FAMU or TCC— go at least once and check it out! It’s worth paying a minimal charge to get in for a day of tons of great activities.

Amazing view and lots of activities, including kayaking and wall climbing. My only critique could be the difference between enjoying your time and being completely disappointed: It's difficult to tell which activities are operating, and the system of reserving and checking into activities is inconvenient, in that it's only in one place and you must wait in a long line to have questions answered.

First time going with a school outing, it's nice. Good parking. Lake water was nice a temperature. Seemed peaceful. The adult obstacle course looks pretty nuts. Family had fun and no one was stressed.

Took the day off to go here with the family and nothing was available to do. No one trained to do the ropes course, no one at the rock wall, no water activities due to low water level. The employees were friendly but didn't seem to know much of what was going on. It was a ghost town with a couple young workers walking around or looking at their phones. Guess it's pointless to go here in the off season even though it's very much open.
