I love Jimmy John's! I have been a customer for over 20 years served at many different locations. I have had slow experiences at the Thomasville location but understand due to staff shortages but never rudeness. Tonight was the icing on the cake for me at this location. I was the only person who was in the store to order my food. I was told I needed to wait until they finished with the drive-thru orders. Which is understandable as long as they are in line before I was. However I proceeded to watch cars drive up who came after I walked in the store to get their orders taken and their food made. I came in at 7:35 PM didn't get my order taken until 7:44 PM (while I still had to wait for staff to actually begin making my sandwichs until the drive-thru was cleared). I received my food at 7:50 PM. I was still the only customer in the store. I asked for a bag to put my sandwiches and was told where the bags were. However I was also told that "in store orders are self-serve". I actually wish it was self-serve because I would have gotten my food way faster if I made it myself with less attitude. I'm really disappointed about my experience this evening especially since I frequent this store often and over 4 years. I'm sure that my review won't make any difference , however I want to express my disappointment that each time I come in the service is a little worse each time.

Water was too dry, bathrooms were too clean. Plumbing was too good, thought I would get sucked in. Cashier served blacks as well. Bread wasn’t moist enough for my liking. Bread wasn’t slice precisely in half, they were 6 and 1/32 of an inch and 5 and 31/32 inches. Terrible service.

The service at Jimmy Johns is excellent and the staff is very professional! The business is under new ownership THANK HEAVENS! The former owner was a complete idiot who didn't know how to run a business. The new owner is VERY friendly and knowledgeable. Far more than that guy ever was. I'll definitely be back with this new lady in charge!

If you've never eaten at this place before, well, in the heat, only sandwiches, soup, salad, and cold ice cream suffice in 100+ temperatures. So, how about a #16 on wheat. Yes, I recommend Jimmy John's with 2 thumbs up and a lickety split.

So friendly and food is very good

Staff was friendly and service was fast. Of course, we were the only ones in the shop. Food was good if not a little bland. A good place to eat. Not much scenery, though. Definitely a place business folks on the go can grab a quick sandwich.

Our subs were enough food for lunch and supper. Didn't have jalapeños or black olives. But had cherry peppers and cucumbers. Made a good sub better. Beware on ordering a pickle. You aren't getting a pickle spear but an entire pickle.

Disappointing, was told I will get rewards credit for my purchase just had to sign in to JJ rewards.Found out once on the JJ web site you CAN NOT get credit for purchase prior to signing on. Will not get my business in the future.Will go to Publix next door to get my sandwich,where you get more for your money. Need to re visit your policy JJ,be like Dominos.
