on
a
sunny
summer
afternoon,
in
search
of
an
intriguing
lunch
spot,
we
stumbled
upon
this
place.
to
first-timers
like
us,
its
courtyard
seemed
like
a
magical
mystical
garden.
it's
probably
because
we
never
expected
a
place
like
this
to
exist
right
by
the
busiest
street
in
town.
to
start
off,
the
staff
was
quite
welcoming
and
the
crowd
was
interesting
to
observe.
once
we
got
to
the
food
part,
the
magic
started
to
wear
off.
I
myself
went
for
a
pub-risky
warm
salmon
salad.
even
though
my
disappointment
in
the
dish
was
predictable,
I
still
managed
to
be
surprised
by
it.
at
that
point,
I
was
just
hoping
it
would
stick
to
this
lunch
only,
and
not
extend
to
the
days
to
come.
however,
my
co-luncher,
who
went
for
seljanka,
a
true
local
pub
classic,
was
also
severely
disappointed.
we
concluded
that
the
first
disappointment
was
pardonabale,
but
the
second
one
simply
wasn't.
all
in
all,
the
venue
was
excellent,
the
prices
were
high
and
the
food
was
poor,
but
the
lunch
experience
turned
out
to
be
intriguing
indeed.
