Fantastic dinner and great service. Eat here!! We came here because I missed my dog (his name is Frank) on vacation. Must have brought me good luck. 🍀 The cauliflower ceviche is amazing. I know…I know…how can veggies be amazing? If I knew the answer, I’d eat them more at home. Unlike me, the chef nailed the recipe! My spouse loved his steak. Both of us adored desserts. Honestly, I don’t know how the locals stay fit with how yummy the apple pie and donuts are. PS - limoncello better than in Italy…

The perfect spot after long day of sightseeing. The food is perfect! The chef is experienced❤️. We ordered Argentinian steak and housemade pasta 👍🏻 were very delicious and tasty !

The internet said it's a good place, So I came to check it out.. did not regret it! If you come around the busy hours maybe reserve a place first. Ordered network burger (normal burger) it was good, but rather small! That's why the waiter recommended to order fries with it, my GF ordered the Philadelphia burger/sandwich and that was incredible! Really such good beef, and the sauce is sweet and good. The cocktails! So perfect! Around 9.5€ for cocktails, the bartender did her magic with the Gin, and it was worth it! Waiter was kind and helpful. Price is rather okay not too expensive, but not cheap at all. Overall really reccomand this place when in Tallinn.

We did not get all of the food we ordered and when we asked about it the waiter just said the kitchen is closed. No apologies or anything. So one of us did not get a main dish and was very hundry still. The staff ws very rude and did not want to take any responsibility for this missing dish. We also got wrong drinks and the waiter was really confused. After a long conversation with the staff we got a shot for the missing food. We payed 90 € for the ok food, drinks and, rude service. Would not recommend

I don't understand why this place is usually empty. The food is amazing, go and order the Frank salad, the portions are huge and super tasty. Great intimate vibe, super nice staff too - the waiter is now my bff. Crazy nice dude ❤️

We visited the underground cocktail bar and it was fabulous! The barkeeper was friendly, the drinks were tasty and the mood was superb. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Tallinn!

Frank Underground has great cocktails. I have been there some good times with friends. The staff is cold, but quite professional and understands the requirements fast. So, I don’t care. The only thing I dislike is this way-too-forceful tip scheme Frank has. To be frank, I give way fewer tips than I usually give. To force that is unnatural and kills that vibe at the end of a night, throwing some some 50-100 euros notes after a great night with great cocktails. We’re not in the US. Frank’s management should pay employees accordingly and let them have the tips themselves. It feels that management is taking advantage of the customers to meet employee retention worthy. Bad.

Frank Underground is the downstairs area (hence the name) with a great atmosphere, good drinks, fair prices, and wonderful staff. If they do not have the specific brand you want they are prepared to give options which is not always the easiest in a busy place.

Cocktails are not bad but quite expensive. Tried to get some small variation and there was a major price increase that just did not add up. Sadly I cannot recommend this place

Delicious food, nice atmosphere and excellent playlist.

Good food but service was SLOW although we had a reservation. 1 hour from the start of our reservation before we ever got to even order food, 2 hours before we saw any.

Great food and excellent service. And the downstairs cocktail bar is a real gem.

Great athmosphere, good food with very reasonable price. Beautiful dishes and lovely details around the restaurant. Excellent service. Will definitely be going again for a meal or an evening with friends.

Cool retro/hipster interior design, nice menu with a few options that set it apart from other places - specialty burgers, several varieties of Arnold Palmers and one of the few places in Tallinn to serve Baked Alaska. It's not the cheapest place but it's also nowhere near expensive considering the area (Tallinn Old Town), main dishes start from €8.

The prices were very reasonable, also great service and good food.
