I can’t believe someone is complaining about the prices here. First of all: this is not fast food, this is a top level restaurant (maybe on of the best in Tallinn) and cost of visiting the place is very reasonable. Start with the view or rather the VIEW. It is outstanding, you can see all the city. We’ve got a cloudy evening, but even then sunset moments were very beautiful. Noticed terrace last moment, so didn’t go outside, but it looks very cozy, next time will try for sure. Now about the main thing - food and beverages. We had set menu and several cocktails. Set menu was even cheaper then usually you can meet in Europe. All meals was very tasty and very unusual. Ceviche which served as a starter tasted like a real Peruvian’s I tried in Mexico. I can describe all food but better come and try) so just have to say - everything was delicious. Cocktails were good as well, not common things, very interesting all of them. Me personally liked mimosa with lychee and something with gin and matcha. So I can’t say anything bad about the restaurant. Yes, it’s not cheap but it’s not supposed to be, and totally worth it.

Visited this place on a Friday evening. Fascinated by the picturesque views, the city feels like a fairytale. My friend and I ordered cocktails with spirulina and truffle & yuzu. Mine was even more delish, the delicate truffle notes were an unexpected touch. Will come back in the near future.

Ordered a Martini Extra Dry Vermouth and got Martini Bianco instead which is so much sweeter, that it is undrinkable for my taste. For 50 min noone came to take another order ... (Bar was not full), so I ended up drinking it still, not to cause a fuss. When someone finally came, and our table all chose different cocktails, they came back and said without explanation that they can only offer us gintonics... After we had then all ordered gintonics as only option, but before recievening them, the music was cut! Our drinks arrived after midnight and when we asked what happened to the music they said that they are closed and did not have an explanation why we were not informed about closing before our drinks order, as it came out they took the order 2 min before closing time (we wouldve obviously left, if known that). We asked if they could put music back for 10-15 min so we can finish our drinks, which ended in us sitting awkwardly, listening to the staff argue loudly amongst themselves about this matter. Never seen a level of "service" in any Radisson like this before. Very dissapointing, as the cocktail list seems nice, and the ones we tasted looked and tasted good, views were exeptional, but the service standard being below reasonable really ruined the experience.

I cannot describe how surprised I was. The suedo is a taste of wonder, the octupus is something so special, that one cannot leave it. The tacos? Skip those! But never dare to skip the yuzu banana dessert. If there was a heaven for foodies, this might be it... The staff, just amazing. I did not expect this from a hotel restaurant, but was surprised pleasantly to say the least. My personal top 5 in Tallinn.

We hosted our friends bachelorette and had dinner in Issei - so glad we did it there, as the food was amazing and so was the staff and service. They had great non-alcohol cocktails also. Our waiter was Dmitri - so attentive and great service from him! Hotel restaurant got a whole new meaning - higly reccomend to go for drinks or dinner.

Wonderful experience, food is great with explosion of very well balanced flavors. Excellent value for money (quality must be paid for). You can sense the hard work behind this fusion kitchen project. Congratulations, this was not my first time in this restaurant and it will not be the last.

A stunning terrace. Surprisingly, the best matcha in town. The Peruvian dishes are simply magnificent. I highly recommend the tuna tartare and baked eggplant.

Spectacular view of the old city center and docks, very nice atmosfera, staff super friendly and polite, location truly nice and good selection of wine and cocktails. Concerning food I was able to try only the grilled octopus but it was too spicy even if I avoided to eat peppers. Octopus flavor simply disappears, even if it has the rigth consistency and seems to be fresh..that is a pity..as well as portions which is for 22euro more like a starter than a main dish... otherwise a perfect place.

We visited ISSEI bar for drinks on a saturday evening. We had made a table reservation, which turned out to be a good idea because the place was almost full when we went there. Personnell was very kind, helpfull and made us feel welcome. Located on the top floor of Radisson Collection hotel, (24th floor) the view from this place is spectacular. Overlooking the town of Tallin, this place is worth the visit justvbecause of the scenery. If you like whiskey based coctails I definatelly recomend trying "Secret whiskey forrest". Hands down best whiskey coctail I've ever had!

Amazing atmosphere, fantastic service, and great food! The restaurant is located on the top floor of the Radisson Hotel building. I recommend you book a table beforehand as it can get quite busy, especially if you want a seat on the terrace. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! I definitely recommend it if you have the financial means to visit.

Went for a dinner last night with my friend. First impression of the restaurant was very good. Waitress recommended first beef choice, as it was more tender etc. My friend took the octopus. My beef order in general looked good (medium cooked), but the quality of the beef was below any expectations. It was chewy and very hard to swallow. My friends octopus otherwise was good. Waitress asked about the food and I told, that the beef was not, what was expected and as I had almost finished it, did not make sense to send it back (as I was hungry!). I asked the waitress to tell the kitchen about the problem, she nodded and left. After a while I did not receive any reply, so we finished with the dinner and left. So two very big mistakes: 1) This level restaurant needs to have full attention to their fresh produces 2) Service level at this price point has to be better Would not come back and recommend.

It was winter so the terrace outside was not open but the view was great anyway. The staff was helpful, letting us sit at a reserved table as we just wanted a drink and would be gone by the time the next people arrived. Good selection of beer and wine, although at prices hotel rooftop bar prices. Easy to find, just go directly to the lifts in the hotel lobby. Good view on three sides of Tallinn.

A very enjoyable ambience, with great service and a tasty menu. Cocktails, wines and Cognacs are also lovely. Very good value for money overall.

A place you should visit just for the view! Otherwise the place was okay, although the service could have been a bit nicer.

The view is amazing, cocktails and food are painfully average, prices are reasonable but that is all this place can offer. The vibe and atmosphere is very quiet and tense, there were 3 people working at the bar and the service was disappointing. I have visited many sky bars all over the world and this was probably the worst experience. We were left unnoticed for a long time, visitors at the bar were confused how and where to order and the barmen did not seem to care.

There is a great view over the city. Great place for business meeting or romantic evening. Great customer service.

Food and service were excellent! The prices were a big too high and the vibes, ok (it was a Sunday, so its probably that). I had a Barley perlotto, recommended! Great view of Tallinn!

The view is excellent. It's why you would come to this place. Food was also nice and they do have an excellent range of choice when it comes to drinks. I didn't get to sit outside which I think would be the best option here
