Great service, beautiful view and place, very stylish, very friendly staff. Very considerate about each guest taste. Veiw overwhelming, cozy and comfortable, very tasty food. We had steak and burger, medium rare, perfectly done, recommended.

Service during our visit was particularly bad. The reservation system from their own website tableonline.fi allows you to reserve a table in the restaurant, but you will not get reserved tabel as restarant is closed until 18:00. Be alert! Only the bar part is open during the day. Also when making a reservation to eat on the 30th floor during the day, be prepared for it to be completely deserted! It was like that when we arrived. Fair 10 minutes later the bartender arrived and turned on the lights... He clearly had forgotten to take a shower that morning and probably the day before as well - the unbearable aroma of his sweat spread throughout the room and accompanied entire visit. Unacceptable situation! Two men arrived a moment after us. The bartender took their! order and did not come to us at all. Arriving at the invitation, we said that we would like to see the wine list. He gave us a cocktail menu. So we had to point out that this one does not have wines at all. Then he went away and started serving drinks for the men. This calmly done he bought a wine list from somewhere. Then left again for 10 minutes. The people who arrived after us enjoyed the drinks, we were still without! We finally managed to order a bottle champagne - the bartender brought us already opened one, half bottle and started to pour. Once again, it was necessary to point out that we orderd a whole bottle. I have travelled the world but getting opened bottle of Champagne when ordering a bottle is news to me! So he brought a new bottle and after serving the first glass, he took the bottle away somewhere.. behind the bar counter or who knows where and didn't use the cooler, which was next to our table! The dishes we received were at canteen level both in terms of serving and taste. We had beef steak and salmon. I guess I do not have to write out that steak was not medium rare as orderd but well done. It was honest canteen food. Good but not worthy of the restaurant's name. The bartender did not offer drinkingwater, nor did he offer bread etc. We also had to ask for our glasses to be refilled from the bottle! we ordered. He never asked about food or drink, did we liked them or wanted anything more. And not at any mistakes did the barman apologized or felt sorry. It wasn't our first or last visit, so we hope this non-waiter finds a new job very soon. A painful and embarrassing for the hotel's image visit.

Perfect restaurant with perfect food and suggesting very good matching vine to every dish.

A very pleasant surprise, staff was very helpful and quick, the food surprised me, I had a steak and I really did not expect such quality overall. The view is quite amazing from the 30th floor but I quickly forgot about it when the food came. Absolutely recommended!

Lovely place to be with your loved ones. Relaxing and chilling environment. Best drinks in the city. Located on the 30th floor of swissotel, probably the highest spot in the city for a café. Fantastic view of whole city at night. Definitely recommend and a must visit café if you are in Tallinn. This may be new generations best kept secret spot in the city. Fast service and fantastic team.

I recently attended a party "TIKS" at Horisont and was disappointed with my experience. Despite the music being okay, the crowd was lacking and the service was incredibly slow. It took a long time for drinks to be prepared and even longer to pay due to issues with the card terminal. Additionally, the acoustics were poor, which negatively impacted the overall party atmosphere. The selection of drinks was poor and overpriced. The only redeeming factor was the view, but that's not enough to make up for the other shortcomings. Overall, I would give Horisont 2 stars based on my experience.

There are no words for this restaurant. Amazing food, the head chef came out to discuss our allergies, the waiter obsessed over getting the wine right. And the view was stunning. By the way, the bar there charges normal Tallinn prices, no surcharge for the view

Absolutely amazing, compleye 5 star experience! Space is gorgeous, tables are big and apart from each others and the view is truly fantastic. Service is super professional, kind, fast and unnoticeable. Every set of food are individual pieces of art. Very fine dining experience indeed!

Incredible. The food was not what I expected. The squid was cooked perfectly, and the salad with chips and salsa all came together in a way that was delicious 😋. This place has one of the best views of Tallinn harbor and a sunset you would not believe! My second drink was a Opihr Oriental Spiced. It was a bit much after the strong spices of the Cumin Rise.

Excellent food and drink. The service was without fault. Among the best restaurants I have had the pleasure to visit. The food was both unique and tasty with the additional perk of being a surprise as the combinations was not what I expected. I will absolutely eat here again given the chance.

This high rise restaurant has everything needed for a great and memorable night, extraordinary food, excellent service and a wonderful view of Tallinn. The restaurant sports a great menu with dishes for every taste and a wide selection of wines for each dish. The staff is professional and extremely friendly and experienced. If you want a great night with a group, I highly recommend this place.

Regular food, nothing extra. View is nice, as well as service, but funny thing that we had to look for someone there for like 5-6 minutes.. Waiters/bartenders were somewhere else.

Located on the 30-th floor of the Swissotel Tallinn. This bar / lounge is a magical setting for evening cocktails . Lovely views across the Tallinn Old Town, city center and Baltic Sea.

Very nice location, great view (30th floor), very good service, food is tasty, prices are on more expensive side of the spectrum, but I wouldn't expect otherwise, given the location of the restaurant.

Great view, good service, but waiters don't know anything about cocktails, including signature cocktails of their own bar. Food menu at the bar is mediocre, especial comparing to great restaraunts around.
