Ordered 4 plates of snacks and waited for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes 1 plate finally arrived. After asking where the rest of the order is, the waitress said it was coming up. We have waited another 30 minutes for the appetizers and they have still not arrived. Turns out the order was never put through, even though we reminded the waitress. We did not want to wait more for the food anymore so ordered a few drinks before getting ready to leave. It took for over 25 minutes for the drinks to arrive after reminding the waitress 2 more times as it seems that order was also not put through. Absolutely ridiculous service as there were only 2 other tables that were occupied, so it wasn't even busy. If it takes over an hour for appetizer snacks to arrive, how long does it take for a main meal? It also took over 15 minutes to pay for the bill even though we asked for it in advance. Any other place would at least offer a discount after such a horrible service but this place, as with everything else, beats all expectations. Definitely will never visit again. If you're in the area, go to Lounge Deja Vu which is right next door for great food, drinks and hookah for good price.

From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view and it is very cozy. I had my first encounter with the Baltic version of garlic bread here.. so good! Otherwise it's quite touristy, so average food and prices.

Really bad service. Never got our whole order, not even when I went to order the second time and after they tried to charge me for missing orders. There was only one table besides us, so they weren't in a hurry. The waitress didn't even know who orderd what and we got no apology at all.

Could not even bring myself to a level to review this place. Well there was no mint to make us mohitos...on a friday night...no mint...on a friday night...there was very un-welcoming and somewhat exhausted feeling woman working there. Although not many costomers. Maybe that was the reason...also they didnt have any change. My bill was 15.05 EUR and instead giving me back 5 EUR to my 20, she made noises like a rhinoceros and after I sayed that coins will do, cents not needed, she have me back 2EUR and made veird noises again. For the love of god. What was her problem. Waterpipe was okey, but they put too much cole in the beginning. Had to asi them to remove one. Also i had TO ASK, as they did not leave us the nessesary tools like in normal places. Maybe thought that I was going to steal them. Coctails...well 7.55 for coctails that taste a bit watery. Just overall...leaves a sad taste this place...not ready for the evening at all...friday and no mint, change, mood, or spirit...sad...btw...I have no pictures to offer, so i include a meme and my cats.

Nice view and different options of drinks.

Good view and good location, but the staff is rude and awkward and there are barely any vegetarian/vegan options. They were unhelpful, couldn't understand what we were saying half the time (both in English and Estonian), and almost rude at some points. Would never go there again.

Place is okay. In summer time there is terrace outside right on the roof and it's really cool. Food is so so but you can get enough for a cheap price. Hookah quality depends on hookah master but in average good. Last visit we faced newbie waitress so there was mess with a bill. It was unpleasant but bartender resolved this mess.

Amazing ! It was really good food and coctails ! I have recived very tasty pepper steake 'medium' with a pepper sauce and smoked taste. My wife ordered pork.It was tasty smoked meat,so, she was very very happy ! Unbelievable but shisha was so amazig with tasty coctails ! Очень круто, всё вкусно и всё понравилось

The security has completely risen, they choose where someone can sit on the sofa. They choose the most interesting people for themselves and throw out the rest.
