Nice hotel, in excellent location at the edge of the old town. Rooms with views towards the square are very nice, sunset is also visible. Rooms on the side road not as good, they oversee a glass building. There is a lot of noise from the streets, especially from the trams. The windows have good isolation that blocks most of the traffic noise, but since we were on the 2nd floor it was still noisy from the trams. After midnight it ramps down, so you can have a good sleep. Beds are quite comfortable. Rooms are nicely decorated, and bathroom is fresh. The spa was very quiet, operates until 10 PM, which was very convenient for us. Not need to pre-book, you can drop by anytime. There are 2 saunas, a small pool and a small jacuzzi. Not so big, but decent. Breakfast was also very tasty. No variety, so if you stay for a few days you could get tired of eating the same things. Staff at the front reception is helpful and pleasant. But the staff at the breakfast serving were always grim. They all had an emotionless air around them, it made you wonder what is going on with them. It is because of these reasons that the hotel does not get full rating from me. However, I would still not have a problem to come by again. But that time I will request a room on the higher floors which oversees the square.

Everything was perfect, we were supposed to stay one night, but we stayed three days. Simply everything, food, serive, room.. Etc.. Couldn't just be better. I highly recommend if you respect f.e. Good food & peaceful, clean hotel with great staff also.

Traffic noise was disturbing but this depends on the room's location. Good breakfast and excellent location near Freedom Square and Old Town.

Positively surprised. Great hotel, perfect location, good service. Definetely enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. I arrived 5 hours prior to the regular check-in time and got a room at once. Definetely coming back. Awesome room service. Strongly recommended. Oh, and they have a great Caesar salad too.

The breakfast is insane!!! Really good food, partly continental partly sort of English breakfast, sausages bacon etc, cereals and pastries. The staff are extremely friendly, very helpful and couldn't be any more helpful. The hotel is an easy 5 minutes walk into the old town, plenty of food places. There are bus stops more or less right outside so easy to get around, a kiosk over the road to get a bus ticket (3 day). There are shopping centers within 5 minutes walk also. Dinner isn't overly cheap, but it's good, the pizza is nice and best quantity to cost value, the Caesar salad is amazing, but I need two at least to feel anything! The next time we come got the music competition, we will come back here without hesitation.

We had a comfortable stay here right across the street from the entry to Old Town. Super convenient location with tram stop right outside the door. Its an old building and great landmark ! .Once inside the staff welcome you with genuine warmth and helpfulness. The rooms are tidy and clean and beds comfy. Need a bit softer pillows for this little head but otherwise quite cozy. Handicap accessible and helpful. Delicious morning breakfast with great variety. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly welcome another stay in the future. Laundry services also reasonable and fast.

The relaxation area with jacuzzi was superb! Steam sauna and dry sauna with a pool was a nice chill option after a long day of exploring the town. Very delicious breakfast for all tastes!

Excellent hotel, ticks all the boxes. Clean and very comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, nice pool/spa area. The center of town is a few hundred meters away, tram and bus stops right by the entrance, 15min tram trip to the airport. Very convenient location for business or leisure.

A great hotel, well located. Located close to freedom square and a short walk to the old town. We took a bolt (taxi) to the hotel from the ferry terminal. It was quick and cheap. The check in was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were super clean. Linens and bed excellent. All in all good value for money.

the location is a very big plus of the hotel, it's my first visit to Tallinn, the reception staff gave me a map and showed me where to go, they were very helpful. I am impressed with the service and support. Another plus is the delicious breakfast and a very large selection.

Wow, a brilliant hotel. The staff were excellent, they were friendly. They also had a "can do" attitude. They also were very respectful which is a credit to the hotel. The room was excellent. Comfy beds and good ammenities. The house keeping was very good. The rooms are clean and tidy. The meals were very good and breakfast was brilliant. Such a good variety of food...the bacon was very nice to see on the menu! Location is perfect for tourist to see the Old town as it is virtually at the front door. One of the better hotels I have stayed at. I certainly felt at home!

Wow. A superb location right on the edge of the centre of town with everything in walking distance. Spacious, comfortable rooms with excellent bathrooms (shower). Superb staff - knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. A very varied breakfast with something for everyone. Loved my stay here and can't wait to return! Room had some noise from the trams but I didn't have an issue with that but you may.

Excellent location to explore the entire city, and very attentive service. But in my opinion, the hotel design is a little boring and sterile. It’s a very historical hotel, but you can’t tell at all given the design. From the outside it looks like it’s going be very interesting, but it’s not particularly captivating once you enter. My room was very spacious and the price was very reasonable given quality of experience

Gr8 Hotel 2min walk into Old Town. Tram from airport takes 15mins and stops outside hotel..simple and easy to use. Hotel spotless clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily , huge beds , we have a room over looking Freedom Square, the room with windows, apparently skylight only rooms get very hot. The gym , pool ,steam room are a welcome relaxation at end of busy days visiting the beautiful Tallinn. Buffet breakfast is outstanding with a huge selection of foods.

From the moment of entering the hotel until the moment of leaving to come home I was totally impressed with running, ambience, and friendliness of the Palace. All the staff are exceptional and I cannot thank enough the reception staff for the help and advice they gave me throughout my stay, nothing was too much for them. This is without doubt one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and thoroughly recommend it.

Nice and peaceful hotel with a great location. Really enjoyed the spa area, which was silent and big enough having also 2 saunas. Not giving 5-stars because of pricing and a bit “noisy” room. We heard the standard volume discussion from neighbor room, because there was a door in between the rooms.

Good location, not directly in the most tourist trap. Updates rooms, ask for high floor to avoid traffic noise. Breakfast was okay, scrambled eggs made with real eggs, chia budding, smoothies. Spa and gym was nice extra. Nice and friendly service at the front desk. Felt a bit more upscale than you would expect.

A cozy and clean hotel right next to the old town. It is easy to get to the hotel. You can leave your car in front of the entrance for half an hour to transfer your luggage. The actual parking place is approx. 150 meters away. The room on the top floor was a bit cramped for two, but very cozy and clean. The bathroom was bright and spacious. The service at the reception and lobby bar was very friendly and polite. I got help with a rather difficult problem I asked for, and thank you very much for that. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious.

We felt very comfortable and welcome in this hotel. The spa was included in the price room so we could enjoy the jacuzzi, the swimming pool and sauna after a long day of sightseeing. The location of the hotel is the best, you are only few minutes walking from the old town, and the tram from the airport will leave you in front of it. The breakfast really good too. Lots of delicious food. I would recommend this hotel.

Looks a bit austere from the outside but nice inside. Within walking distance of the old town. On a busy road junction so traffic noise could be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Lovely architectural gem. Excellent location too. Pity the restaurant wasn't fully open, but nevertheless it was a very comfortable stay.

They charge too much for what they offer. Rooms were dirty during my stay (long hairs and dust on the floor). Breakfast was mediocre, most of it preserved and not rly appealing.

26.8 degrees in the room, after 8 hours of drive surprise - air conditioning is not working, the only staff cpuld offer - open the window to the noisy intersection and hope it will go silent after 2 am.... Parking the car in outsourced parking lot and paid at hotel - surprise - parking ticket in the morning... Never again. Hotel is historical, architecture is uniqur, rooms are clean and tidy, but this approach to the customer - shame to wear "Radisson" brand and 4 stars. Everything can happen, but 26.8 degrees in the room and no solution or offer other room - shame...

Arriving early I was met with a very friendly welcome by the multilingual reception staff. Check-in was quick, and as a frequent traveller I was offered an upgrade to a really nice suite with a large comfortable bed and nice sitting area. The hotel has been refurbished during the covid slow-down and has a nice fresh feel. The location is excellent with a short walk to the historic Old Town. The delicate breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of local and international dishes.

Visually appealing place. Not perfect. Some shortcuts are made when cleaning hotel/spa. Room ventilation is fair. Lighting is very good. Small gym is appropriate for cardio, includes free-weights, bench-press, crossover. Poor choice of alc-free drinks. Standard room TV is tiny. Location is excellent.

All is good. But please extend operation time of sauna till 23:00 at least =)

Beautiful hotel just on the edge of the old town. Trams at the side to get to Airport. Rooms very comfortable and spotless nice big shower heated floor. Will definitely be going back.

Spacious and clean rooms. Rooms might get some noice from the trams or cars from the street but it didn't bother us. Tasty and extensive breakfast. Hotel has spa that is also nice
