It was a great experience. We liked everything in the hotel 😊 Room was really nice with a good view. We had a room on the 13th floor with sea/city view, but actually, it was just a city view. Elizabeth on the reception was very nice and welcome. Good spa and wellness centre (not so big, so you should come not in a “popular” time) Breakfast was perfect. Before we stayed in another hotel, so next time we will choose this one again 😊

The hotel is very beautiful and full of rooms. It is also located close to old town, 5 minutes walk. The room was very clean and full of comforts, the bed perfect. Also bathroom super clean and many accessories available (milk for body, hairdressers etc). The breakfast has a lot of food, I think bit less than same hotel in Stockholm but still all delicious. Only cons I found was the waiting time at the checkin, 1 hour is too much, I think they can organize better this part.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, with Old Town just a 10-minute walk away. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and offered lovely views. The bathroom was well-maintained and met our expectations. While the pillows were a bit flimsy, the bed itself was comfortable. The breakfast provided a decent variety of options of good quality. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was great, offering lovely city views and a selection of cocktails and wine. Overall, our one-night stay was enjoyable and we would consider returning in the future.

Well appointed, good location, rooms are well sized by Nordic and Baltic standards. Being a Collection hotel, a slightly higher standard of accessories, toiletries, etc. in the room. Dining options in the hotel were excellent; the buffet breakfast was extensive and good quality. We had an issue with the electrics in our room - I suspect a blown fuse. Response from reception and maintenance was quick and efficient and we had lights again within 20 minutes. This would have been 5 stars, except: Check in and check out queues were far longer than they should have been and the time taken for checkin/out was far too long. Nowhere near as efficient as other Radisson properties I have stayed at. Water bottle in the room was not refilled on the second day. Slightly lacking on sustainability; toiletries are in individual little plastic bottles, coffee pods are plastic, etc.

Hotel was new and quite nice. Spa, gym and breakfast were really nice. The negative thing was, surprisingly, drilling noises that started on a Sunday morning before 8 am. That was not really a nice way to wake up as the noise was really loud on our room. The drilling was already going on Saturday when we arrived so it was a bit weird that 5 star hotel did not even give a warning about this when we checked in. Otherwise nice stay but the ending was quite disappointing.

The rooftop terrace had incredibly panoramic views of the Old Town and the sea. The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk to the Old Town. Our room no. 1813 was perfect and connected to my parents’ room no. 1815. The king bed was big, luscious and comfy. The room was clean and cozy. As requested, the hotel provided a baby's crib, which was a huge convenience when traveling with babies. The views from each of our rooms and the window at the end of the hallway were spectacular. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with plentiful options. We had a splendid stay at this hotel.

Superb hotel. We stayed there for four nights and everything was impeccable. The room was cleaned meticulously each day, and the staff were consistently friendly and keen to assist. It was our anniversary, and they kindly brought champagne and strawberries to our room as a celebratory gesture. It was truly a delightful surprise that we greatly appreciated. The only minor drawback was the waiting time for check-in. Upon our arrival, there was only one person available at reception. However, it was quite manageable as they invited us to wait in the lobby and informed us when it was our turn.

I needed a hotel with a fitness center and sauna, and Radisson had the best bed reviews – they were spot on. Since I requested a quiet room, they graciously upgraded me, making my stay one of the most delightful hotel experiences I've ever had. The fitness center is equipped with modern amenities, and despite the pool being a bit small, the variety of saunas (women-only, Finnish, Turkish, Japanese) is truly impressive. I also thoroughly enjoyed their quality products, including body lotion, shower gel, and especially the hair balsam. I slept like a baby, and while I regret having a busy schedule today, I'm already planning to return for some relaxing sauna time. In the lobby, they offer complimentary fruits and cookies, adding a thoughtful touch to the overall experience. The hotel also boasts charming reading nooks with a captivating city view, providing a cozy and serene atmosphere for guests to unwind and enjoy a good book.

Everything was amazing! From the rooms, to the lovely breakfast, and most of all the fantastic staff who made the stay perfect. A special shout out to Johannes who had some of the best customer service we'd ever seen and absolutely made our trip with a warm welcome and consistently great service and cordiality. 10/10!

Hotel has got a nice overall feeling to it. Nice and tidy. Bar staff is good with their cocktails. We really liked our waitress Alina who came out of her way to accommodate us amd make us feel at home. And so did the duty manager Birgit who was a legit superstar and didn't let us go without our favourite dish in the morning despite the early hours on a Sunday.

Outstanding hotel in a perfect location. Standard room is spacious, with high-quality interior and a superb view. The room was packed with everything you may need from bathrobes and slippers to bath salt. Both rooms and all the premises are very tidy and clean. Conference space is great as well. They even served light snacks, desserts and smoothies there. Staff is very professional and polite, always smiling. Breakfast was very delicious with huge variety of choices. It is a real challenge to find flaws. 10/10. Highly recommended.

Superb hotel. Wonderful staff, room and location. Probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. 2 comments: 1. Pool was not in service while we stayed there. Big disappointment. 2. Concierge staff was missing for over 15 minutes, with no help from the busy reception desk. We could have missed our flight because of it. Must be fixed.

Many things went wrong, but the hotel fixed it on the end. Amazing breakfast buffet. Very pricey hotel - both food, rooms - and the drinks at the otherwise super cool rooftop bar. I remember the hotel from before the recent renovation. Now it is a top notch hotel. Alas with matching prices.

One of the best hotels in Tallinn, possibly the best. Direct competitor to Swissotel. Incredible service, very clean rooms, delicious breakfast. Ideal location in the center. The hotel has been completely renovated and renamed. Definitely worth the money if you are willing to pay for comfort, good service and attitude of the staff towards you.

don't hesitate to reserve this hotel as it worth every penny you spend on! the front desk are very welcoming and Nicolas and Hugo made sure we have the perfect stay. the only hotel where you will see welcoming drink and sweets waiting for you when you are checking in. the interior is luxurious with the fastest elevator. the room was super clean with clean ironed sheet and big cozy pillows. the bathroom had a big and small mirror with lighting and the shower area was separate from the sink which made it having fry floor even after shower. the shower had temperatures on, and 2 different head with possibility to change the flow. it was the first hotel I saw they also provided body sponge which was super nice having it. the towels and bathrobes were fluffy and clean and big enough. the view to old town was a plus and the welcoming champagne made it more special. you could control the room temperature and ask for housekeeping digitally. the breakfast was 10/10 with champagne serving and fresh food and varsity of options from vegetables and sea food and a chance to order different dishes serving at your table without waiting in the geue! the place had at least 3 big coffee machine with alot of options. the breakfast was top notch! We would definitely come back to this hotel again! the only downside if I'm being peaky is the shower water pressure which wasn't that much a problem and the small pool.

This should be a 4 star hotel instead of 5. AC is not working in room & when asked to change room was told to wait the next day for a change. However in both rooms sink was blocked and maintenance is always not available. Only good thing was the lobby were they serve free snacks. However wouldn’t recommend again.

Our stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel was virtually perfect. The entire staff was an example in politeness, professionalism and friendliness and were always there to help with a smile on their face. The view from our room, towards the old town, was stunning and the beds were so comfortable that we sometimes had to force ourselves to leave them. The recommended dining in and out of house were on point. A special mention here should go to Mekk, the in house restaurant who with their truly mouthwatering cuisine and our outstanding waitress Alina, made it possible for us to enjoy two perfect dinners. We can’t say much more than that we’ve fallen a little bit in love with this hotel and are definitely planning on staying here again during future stays in Tallinn.

Best hotel stay so far for wedding anniversary. Spa had four saunas and the breakfast was quality. Most importantly, the hotel took note of our anniversary with complimentary wine and strawberries delivered to the room. Quality-cost ratio was very good.

An excellent and very luxurious hotel in Tallinn. No complaints at all with the room and bathroom, excellent tv system that I could connect my Apple TV too. Breakfast is the morning is so much choice, I couldn’t find anything to fault at all here.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Great location and nice buffet breakfast. However, we stayed in 2 rooms in those 3 nights. First room’s AC was not working (that was room 903). Second room had a clogged sink (room 1010). It seems like the hotel’s housekeeping staff don’t report such issues to the maintenance team, unfortunately.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Special thanks and compliments to the staff Annika Lindvest who checked us in, she provided us with such great service and really made us feel like home. Will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends! -Guests from Singapore

This hotel was beautifully designed while also being efficient. The front desk staff was wonderful and spoke perfect English. I was exhausted, so I ordered beef stroganoff room service. It was absolutely delicious with all the accouterments as it would have in a superior restaurant. I would definitely stay there again and also order the exact same dish!

Nice room, awesome breakfast, beautiful spa area, professional massage service. A very nice stay all in all. Just a little bit disappointed that I had to "kill" people to get a fresh towel: "choose to re-use, hang your towel on the rack and help save lives". Nothing to do with hotel profits, right? Maybe going a bit too far with this guilt trip Radisson?

YllÀtti positiivisesti! Palvelu alusta loppuun 5/5! Hintaan kuukuva Prosecco ja a'la carte listalta vapaavalintainen annos olivat piste iin pÀÀlle.

This was such a nice hotel! The staff was really friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options. I got a facial done at the spa and it was so lovely. The person who did it knew what they were talking about! The spa area was also very nice.

Rooms are great and views par excellent. Checkin took 45 min which is way too much. And I hate those mini fridges where you cant move any item without need to pay for it.

Overall stay was good except one incident which was embarrassing. At breakfast counter they could not find my name so i had to go back to reception and wait for my name to appear in breakfast area list. This should have been sorted by the lady stading at the breakfast counter and not me.

I stayed in the Radisson Blu for a business trip back in December 2019. I had a wonderful stay. The Business Class room was clean and spacious. Old city center is in walking distance if you don't mind a 10 minute walk. The views from the higher floors and rooftop skybar is amazing. Breakfast hall is large and the buffet offers enough to choose from.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at! It's design is quite minimal and not over the top which I like. The staff was friendly and helpful, both on reception & at breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The view was also great! However, there is a little issue regarding the breakfast buffet. The area is quite small and gets overcrowded and it causes big lines to coffee machines. Maybe in the future you could reorganize it in some way. Overall the stay was pleasant and I'd love to come again!

The service is more than excellent, very courteous and attentive staff; they leave absolutely nothing to be desired! Comfortable rooms, nice view, rich breakfast. And the spa on the 24th floor is lovely.

The BEST Radisson Blu Hotel so far. A lovely, modern, big and comfortable room on the 19th floor with a spectacular view of the Old Town, a nice bathroom with a retractable clothesline over the tub, which is very useful. The room is very quiet and the bed is so comfortable. Very central, only about 10 minutes walk to the Old Town through a garden. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional especially the ones at reception , breakfast room and the Lobby Bar. A delicious packed lunch was prepared for us before our early day trip to Helsinki. Breakfast is really good with a very good choice and the pizzas at the Lobby Bar are out of this world. Radisson Sky Blu THANK YOU for such an amazing and incredible stay in your wonderful hotel. Will definitely be back!

I had a great stay at the Radisson Collection! Overall the design of the hotel was very clean and good looking. The rooms were big and the bed was very nice! Great breakfast because it had A La carte options. The staff was also very polite and kind. The absolute best part of the hotel was the gym! It was so clean and big enough that hotel gyms usually aren’t. The only negative thing that I can think of is the speakers in the toilets that weren’t so good but thats alright!

Good renovation of this Radisson but... The renovation of the previous Radisson Blu Sky has led to the creation of this Radisson Collection. Rooms are nice and the staff very helpful. Some points are however not satisfying and I am rather disappointed: - price of the breakfast is rather high (but breakfast is good), - square tables in the breakfast room, that are supposed to fit four people, are just large enough for two. I encourage the management of the hotel to try to have a meal with four people around these tables to test it..., - low quality music can be heard in the whole hotel, including the corridors of the rooms! This is pathetic. Not only it is cheap supermarket music, but it is too loud, particularly in the breakfast room. What is the added value to put Anglo Saxon music in all parts of the hotel? We want to rest in hotels, they are not discotheques, - no visible care of the environment. No organic products in the bathroom and the coffee machines in rooms are using large plastic pods, - bad conception of the bathroom with almost no space for the towel rail, stuck between the wall an the sink, So not exactly what I would expect in 2022 in a new luxury hotel in such a nice country like Estonia.

Visited just after they reopened in May 2022 after renovation. Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Great gym. Did not get a chance to try the spa but might do so the next time I travel there. Breakfast was awesome as well, with both buffet and a la carte. Friendly and helpful staff.

Just rating this as a conference venue: for vegans not recommended. We attended a gala dinner here, first of all, we needed to get our beer ourselves at the bar downstairs, no service for that. And the vegan dishes were... Simply said, a joke. First of all, they always brought me a non-vegan dish, and I had to send it back. Not reasonably priced for such a bad meal, unbalanced, badly executed (main dish was deep-fried tofu in a batter of which the flour was still uncooked). Dessert was a kiwi ice cream, not enjoyed it either and they said it's with tapioca pearls, didn't have any inside. My partner who had the beef and cheese cake was also not really impressed. Rating it 3 stars as the staff was still very friendly, and brought an extra plate with just a few veggies additionally when asked.

It was okay. Keycard didn’t work after one day, even tho we were staying for 2 days. Also rude staff in breakfast. They were literally laughing & gossiping about me when i just was taking food. Kind of left with bad taste in my mouth about this hotel.

I know the hotel since the time it still was Radisdon Blue. Compared with it its present look and feel is much better and posh in any sense. The service as well is very good and matches the 5-star status. As a whole good value for money. The only little disappointment is the roof top restaurant. While it is advertised as one of the top locations in Tallinn service there needs some improvement since yesterday we were refused to be served with the argument that 'there were too many clients and only one waitress' although it was not even half full and we had reservation.

  • 5/5 Ella 1 year ago on Google
Incredible ! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was warm - not freezing cold which I find can be quite common. The rooms were always maintained to a clean standard, and the amenities were very useful.

Very beautiful hotel in a lovely city. The room are spacious and the bed is very confortable. The hotel is very close to the hold city as well the modern one. Very close to the ferries harbour. Just only 15min far from the airport.

Hi highly recommend this hotel. Well situated in the beautiful city of Tallinn. Clean and classy. The best part of the experience was the awesome service of the bar's waitress, Svetlana. On the 2 nights we were there she was alone tending the bar and manage to stay calm and smiling. On top of that she makes her own vodka-based drinks that where delicious. 10/10

An excellent, central hotel. Somewhat hit and miss on service, especially as a loyal radisson rewards customer. But mostly fine. Location is great. Hotel is comfortable and the design and decor is on point. Hotel lobby and pool / spa facilities are very comfortable and worth a try. The restaurant on the roof top floor is absolutely great, with fantastic service, food and drinks. Well worth a visit. All in all, probably the best value for money option for hotel accommodation in Tallinn. I just wish they make radisson reward customers feel more welcome / special.
