The moment you walk into Farm, you feel the warm welcome from the staff. From the house made bread to the delicious sorbet everything we ate was 5 stars. Knowledgeable waitstaff helped accommodate a food allergy and gave helpful recommendations.

When you name your restaurant "Farm," it better deliver on the produce front. And this restaurant did just that. My paté was beautifully rich, and the duck fillet was succulent, with the sides of Jerusalem artichoke and berry compote just nicely complementing its fattiness. The beef tartare and lamb stew my partner had was also delightful and well executed. Service was attentive, prompt and knowledgeable without being too overbearing. The house rye bread (baked on premises fresh with no yeast) was a suprising star - packed with flavour of its seeds. I only wish there was a cocktail menu. The dessert was also a bit of dejavu and non conversation starter. Nevertheless, in a town brimming with upcoming, fine-dining talents craving for tourists' attention, Farm is able to hold it's own in representing Estonian cuisine. A delightful lunch.

The food and wine was really good but the service was even better! Had the most amazing waitress. She was super friendly and explained all the ingredients of each meal to us. She even gave us some amazing archipelago bread.

The quality of the food is simply amazing and the see through kitchen is a nice idea. The sweet bread they served as an appetizer was delicious and the staff couldn't be friendlier! We had the veal and the duck and can recommend both.

Place nice, atmosphere too, meals are a bit emphasized, having fish smell in the hall, what is not ok, service should be ok, but probably because of busy hours its s bit not ok. Cauliflower was too much grilled, well done, while we asked to keep it not black. Angus- ok. Starters a bit too sweet. Wine list -good. All in total ok, but could be better. Hope for next time to be perfect

The place was incredibly beautiful and the staff very gentle, but the food was disappointing. They had only one vegetarian option of main dish and it was a massive portion of cauliflower with salad. For the level of the restaurant I was expecting something way more elaborated. It was NYE and it got me quite upset. The starter and dessert were great, although.

Visited during Tallinn Restaurant Week. 3-course dinner menu 40€. All dishes were very well performed and flavourful. Entrée- The cod liver mousse with toast on side was very delicate. Red caviar added a nice salty touch. Main dish - Grilled lamb fillet was of superb quality - very soft and grilled, just as I’ve asked, medium rare. Celery root purée was delicate. Cognac sauce added a savory note. My only concern is the portion size. If I would order it a la carte at 35€, I would be extremely disappointed with the small size of portion. If however, the resto reduced the portion within Restaurants Week project, then it’s even worse imho. Dessert - black bread soup (though on event it was announced as pudding and those are two different things) with berry sorbet and sour cream mousse - it was good and flavourful, nicely served too. The reason I rate 4 and not 5 was because of my main dish size/price ratio - totally out of balance. The second reason was the wine list. Estonian wines are represented only by Murimäe. Being sommelier I know an array of great Estonian wine producers, that would give guests a much more exciting experience. Another reason is that the rhubarb sparkling wine we ordered was warm and if I wouldn’t have brought it to attention, the girl wanted to pour it out as it was. Moreover, she offered to bring some ice to put in a glass - I appreciate the good intention, but it’s a definite and strong NO-NO (why would anyone want to ruin a good wine with ice?). Otherwise the service was very nice and attentive. I really enjoyed it is an elegant restaurant one can dress up.

Perfect experience from beginning to end. Excepcional service, sophisticated space and amazing food. I had the venison, my lady the duck and the little one chopped meat with mushroom ragu. And we had first the starters with an amazing rabbit mousse and world class steak tartare alongside with a challenging phish ice cream ;)

While the food was nice, it was expensive for the quality. Especially when compared to other restaurant's in the area. The beef tartare was tasty, but bit small in relation to the crackers. Soup was fine, if not a touch salty. However, the bowl was an awkward shape. The lamb was cooked well, but again a bit salty and the bowl was an awkward shape. The fish was beautifully cooked, really was worthy. But it needed a different contrast, as the peas ans kale are too similar. While the mash was tasty, it loses it texture when mixed in with the hollandaise sauce. Be better to have the sauce separate and perhaps some sort of solid potatoes, dauphinoise or baby potatoes perhaps. The take on bread and butter pudding was interesting, but you wouldn't know what it was without the menu. Finally, the big highlight was the meringue. Best meringue I've ever had, earning it four stars instead of three.

I went twice in transit through Tallinn. The staff was extremely friendly both times and the food was excellent for the price. They explain what is in each dish, and it’s all locally sourced. Highly recommend.

What a great find! Quite pricey, but excellent food and great service. Each course was a complete delight and surprise. From the excellent rye bread to dessert, our taste buds were excited. Fresh, imaginative European cooking at its best. Highly recommended. Even the music was just right.

I liked Farm restaurant both interior and food. Specially nice that you can see the kitchen and cooks who are doing dishes. Service was good, the only thought is that they miss one member is waitresses crew.

Very elegant and stylish restaurant! Great service with regular table checks makes guests feeling noticed and taken care of. Food surprises with interesting flavour combinations and if you like medium rare meat, they can do it! Definitely recommend this restaurant for special occasions, dates or just special dinner with partner or family.

We made a reservation online and got a confirmation but when we arrived they said there was no reservation but sat us anyway. They have creative food but sometimes misses the mark - for example the fish ice cream which was literally fish flavoured ice cream that was frozen and served on a pop cycle stick. However the creamy soup was fantastic. We also had the lamb which was a bit tough and over cooked and the game meatballs which were really nice. The interior and atmosphere was nice and the waiter was brilliant and happy to chat and go through the menu with us.

Went with my wife to celebrate my bday. The service was great and the starters was good. For the main course I ordered veal and my wife loves fish and asparagus so she ordered that. The veal was amazing but the kitchen was out of asparagus and instead of informing us about it gave us green beans. Something my wife hates. Which really spoiled the experience. If we knew we wouldn't have ordered it.

Great food and super friendly service. Some of the menus posted are quite old though, I took a picture of the menu in October 2023.

What a pleasant experience! Tasty food and presentation beautiful. On top of the great food, the service we received from Alexander was incredible! I have to emphasise the wonderful service as I've visited quite a few restaurants during the 2+ years living in Tallinn but never had I received such wonderful service! Our waiter Alexander was kind, friendly and professional. The food was great but the experience wouldn’t have been so wonderful without his service. We will definitely visit again soon!

Unimpressed this time. Blend venison steak and very loud live music that would not allow you to have a normal conversation. Bread was advertised as being very fresh but ended up pretty dry. I’d been to this place before the pandemic and was eager to come back, but this was the last time.

Farm is one of the best restaurants in Tallinn, Estonia. The atmosphere is super upscale, the service is superior, and the food is refined. Starting with their own bakery bread, the delicious rabbit liver paté, the duck breast, and the lamb filet! You cannot go wrong. Just regarding their dessert, I loved the meringues (the cream is made with goat milk which gives it a particular taste that you might not appreciate), and finally, the bread pudding looks way tastier than it is, in my opinion; it is unique and a different recipe, maybe you might like it. In a nutshell, I recommend this restaurant if you pass by Tallinn Old town.

The moment I walked into FARM, I could tell that I was in for a culinary journey unlike any other. The ambiance set the stage, but it was the food that truly stole the show. The smoked salmon appetizer was sheer perfection - delicate, flavorful, and presented with an artistry that was both visually captivating and palate-pleasing. But the pièce de résistance was undoubtedly the grilled venison with porcini perlotto. The venison was succulent and cooked to perfection, with a smokiness that paired brilliantly with the earthiness of the porcini mushrooms. The perlotto brought a delightful creaminess that melded seamlessly with the robust flavors of the dish. It's rare to find a restaurant that nails both the appetizer and the main course with such finesse, and FARM does so with aplomb. This is not just dining, it's an experience. I can't wait for my next visit. Highly recommended.

Had the loveliest meal at Farm while visiting Tallinn. Highly recommend enjoying a meal here for an amazing modern Estonian cuisine experience. Everything we had was excellent, but we especially recommend the duck. It was superb! The service was on par and the atmosphere delightful. We will visit again when we return to Estonia.

One of the very best meals I've had. The duck was a wonderful dish. The lamb was also very well done. Every element was delicious. The creamy soup was delicious. The tomato salad was also fresh and wonderful. Great to view the kitchen, wonderful decor and ambiance. Highly recommend. The meringues dessert was delicious as was the rye cream.

Very cozy atmosphere and delicious food! House-baked rye bread including herbs, pumpkin, and seeds inside, being served together with butter and flake salt, was so so delicious and was the treat of the restaurant. Amazing start! bam! We ordered salmon tartare, was a very good choice. As a main dish, we ordered lightly breaded milk-fed veal fillet and grilled lamb fillet, both were amazingly good 👍 We asked for the restaurant advice for the red wines; and went for italian and spanish wines not bad at all. As a dessert, we tasted bread pudding together with Vana Talinn liqueor! bam! signature taste of the night ❤️

Enjoyed some pieces of the Estonia cuisine in the restaurant. You can try some really authentic dishes like bread dessert or creamy cabbage soup. Unfortunately portions were modest and restaurant toilets brought a bit of a dissatisfaction

Great restaurant of modern Estonian cuisine. Service is very friendly and professional. Menu and choice are wide enough. Everything we ordered was delicious. The restaurant offers vegan dishes and they also make their own bread and cider which are really delicious and you can buy them at the restaurant. The interior is very cozy and stylish, and you can really relax while enjoying your dinner.

Delicious food, but VERY long (over an hour) waiting time for bigger groups. Would appreciate it if they had asked us to order beforehand.

Fine dining restaurant. Recommended by walking tour guide and was first meal I had in Tallinn. Did not check the prices until I was there and I was a little shocked. But soon realized it was a fine dining experience and enjoyed it. Waitstaff professionally and helpfully recommended dishes, and explained dishes as they were served. Everything was delicious and you could tell the ingredients were of the finest quality. I hear every produce is locally sourced. Dessert was ice cream which I also enjoyed thoroughly.
