Wow,
wow,
wow.
This
spot
is
incredible.
Congratulations
to
everyone
there,
because
what
they've
achieved
is
really
something
special.
They're
located
in
the
old
city,
in
a
historic
building.
The
space
is
small
with
limited
seating,
so
I
was
lucky
to
arrive
when
I
did,
but
I'd
recommend
reservations
ahead
of
time
because
seating
is
limited.
The
experience
is
very
intimate
and
I
felt
the
service
was
very
personal
and
attentive.
The
food
was
incredible.
Rich,
colorful,
creative,
and
of
course
delicious.
I
started
with
the
beet
root
raviolis.
They're
thinly
sliced
beet
roots
delicately
folded
over
cashew
cream
cheese
fillings.
The
filling
was
rich
and
creamy,
and
the
beets
were
sliced
paper
thin.
The
flavors
and
textures
really
complemented
each
other
well.
I
followed
this
up
with
their
vegan
fish
and
chips,
which
were
tofu
pieces
wrapped
in
nori
sheets
and
then
battered
and
deep
fried,
together
with
potato
and
vegan
cheese
croquettes
served
with
mushy
peas,
tar
tar
sauce,
and
caviar
made
from
seaweed.
The
tofu
was
firm,
crispy
on
the
outside,
and
had
very
nice
flavor
from
the
nori
sheets.
The
croquettes
were
very
rich
with
the
expected
crisp
exterior
and
soft
interior.
It
was
just
so
crazy
good.
Then
for
dessert,
I
had
a
passion
fruit
bite,
that
was
just
beautiful
and
delicious
and
the
perfect
way
to
end
the
meal.
All
the
dishes
were
works
of
art,
both
in
appearance
and
flavor.
This
is
most
definitely
a
must
try
location
I
can't
recommend
enough.
