Elegant nice place. Expensive nice looking burgers used Aged meat. I guess burger is recommended. Nothing more special. If Wana spend money for a better quality you can try. :)

I am staying here and had the breakfast and the executive access which is worth it. Premium finger foods and the drinks are good. They are bottomless which is an added benefit. The food smells and look amazing from the restaurant, so far unless something changes I would definitely recommend it.

The Able Butcher is our go-to place in Tallinn for celebrating occasions! For the 2nd time in the row they exceeded our expectations - we got welcomed with a glass of bubbly on the house, the service was very high class, Adriana was taking care of our table again and she was wonderful, thank you again from our side! When you choose your steak then they'll let you choose your own stake knife to go with the meal, classy touch. And the carpaccio is world-class!!! It even beat all the carpaccios we tried in Italy, so carpaccio here is a must as a starter. And the steaks are top notch as well. Overall, amazing experience all around - a definite must go & we will be back for sure!

Conveniently located inside the Tallinn Hilton. Beautiful hotel, great restaurant. Dined on the terrace. Enjoyed the views and summer weather. Our party ordered the charcuterie board, salmon and a burger. All delicious.

Reserved a separate room for a team dinner. Tried rib-eye medium steak with pepper sauce. Food came fast, service was good, we enjoyed our time. P.s. they also had a nice selection of knives to choose from, which was a nice and unique experience.

The atmosphere was elegant, I liked the interior design. But the service was kinda aggressive, she seemed unhappy to serve 😄 But I liked the food, burger was okay, but steaks were delicious. A nice place for date ;)

I like the stylish atmosphere of this restaurant. It is a good option for some celebration or just a nice brunch/dinner. If you like meat, it is a place for you! You will find a lot of options. If you do not like red meat, there are fish dishes with salmon, fish soup, risotto with lobster. Also, there is a separate menu for kids.

For steak enthusiasts, this is the place to visit in Tallin. We shared the Dry Aged cowboy steak for two (1kg), accompanied by red wine sauce and fries, and ended up full. The meat was tender and well-seasoned. The array of steak knives to choose from added a special touch, elevating our dining experience. The friendly and accommodating staff enhanced the overall warmth. Lastly, the appealing interior design and cozy atmosphere won us over. We're eager to return and explore more dishes on the menu.

Excellent service and great food quality. I had one of the best Beef Tartare(s) ever. Roasted beetroot and avocado was also not bad. A bit pricy.

Very decent steak restaurant. Been there a few times during my stay at Hilton. Their burgers are mind-blowing - probably one of the best you’ll ever try. Had Estonian steak with potato purée - was really good. Caesar salad also good same as deserts. In general I’d go back there. Pricing is reasonable although some steaks are extremely expensive.

I went here for dinner during my first night at the hotel because I didn't feel like venturing out after a long flight. The service was great but I thought the food was a little over priced. Maybe the restaurant is focused on high ticket items and not so much regular sized dinner entrees? I ordered the 8 oz. steak and it came on a really large platter. To me this was odd because it made the steak look even smaller. Sides and sauces were extra so this will add to the overall cost. If you have the energy, you can find better value around old town. Otherwise this is a decent restaurant.

Food was so good, I literally went into a coma. The scallops were fantastic and the tartar was some of the best I have had. The fresh sourdough and dark breads worked really well with the charcuterie

If looking for excellent food and ambiance outside the Old Town in Tallinn, this place is a must. The food was superb - Chateaubriand cooked to perfection, paired with an excellent wine. The service was on par and the atmosphere perfect. Highly recommended for a date night or simply if looking for a great meal.

The best service I had out of the many restaraunts I have visited! We felt like royals with this kind of attitude. Combined with the great food there I think this is a must viait. Tartar is to fie for, so highly recommend. For steak we took the striploin and we were offered a selection of knives and salt to go with it, and the desert was just perfect. Presentation of all food was top notch! If you want to feel special and be treated to outstanding food i recommend you visit this place and see for yourself how great it is!!

Price was a bit too high for the quality in my opinion. The menu seems reasonable until you realize that every piece of the plate has to be ordered separately. The price would have been fine if the food matched it. I had duck, and was not very impressed (and I really like duck). There is tastier food in Tallinn for a better price. The restaurant is otherwise cosy and nice. The drinks were also good.

The atmosphere is ok. We waited for a little too much seating. They had only one option for dry-aged steak. Brownie was delicious. Waiters were positive. Overall not bad.

If you love meat and choice, this place is for you. Food is really good, but somehow a touch away from perfect. The service is great. But the interior lacks this special feel, that makes a place excellent. Somehow it's dim and blurs the colours of servings. And last but not least, would the place not be that expensive, the small grievances could be forgiven. But here they cost a star.

Lovely ladies service

Service was very nice, one dish came a bit chill but they replaced that with a new one with compliment wine. Taste of food is really good. View to city is nice too.

Nice hotel ,good location but BELOW expectations was food, hostess (middle aged ) who had false kindness, neither a little warm nor pleasant. The blue waitress was only kind.

Absolutely amazing experience. Very interesting tastes combined with stuff I would not come up myself but everything was delicious. Friendly staff makes sure you feel good about every aspect. Definitely will come back some day.

Amazing restaurant inside the beautiful Hilton Park Tallin. The food its unbelievable, great staff which treat you as royalty . Try the Glazed Duck its unbelievable.
