One of the best indian restaurants I have ever visited, it was my first visit in Tallinn. The restaurant is well located in the old city, the place is clean and calm. The staff working there are so kind and welcoming, they listen carefully to your order with a real kind smile. The food is extremely tasty, the price is a bit high, but it's totally worth it regarding the service. I would definitely recommend it

Found both the service and food to be of highest quality. They directly offered to calibrate the hotness of a dish I was considering. I would recommend to order mango chutney to the papadam. Other sauces included, but chutney is the thing in my book.

One of the best Indian restaurants in Tallinn. Other good one is Guru. We enjoyed vegetarian samosa, dal makhni and onion and paneer kulchas. All was delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for north Indian food in Tallinn. The restaurant is inside a very old yet restored building. Very comfortable and nice warm inside.

Chakra offers a wide variety of Indian food. We really liked the restaurant sitting areas and staff service. We enjoyed our evening and dinner in their terrace. All Indian food lovers should give it a shot!

We have really enjoyed our quiet romantic dinner. Service was quick and efficient and super comfy with the available app/QR, pls have an experience to use it. Definitely recommended. Yes, there are a lot of vegan options on their menu. But they taste very boring. Normally there should be an explosion of flavors... Not here tho. The ambience is very nice and the servers are very friendly and in a good mood. The non vegan/vegetarian dishes just probably taste a lot better because it is a popular restaurant.

I am Indian so I know my cuisine very well. Loved Chakra and with the music and food I almost felt like I was in India. The over all environment and seatings are great. The service is also very friendly and welcoming. Food tastes SO GOOD. Can be a little pricier than few other places in Tallinn but it was worth it.

Very cute interior and nice outdoor atmosphere. Very warm staff. I had Murgh Achari Masala. The food was delicious, but the spice wasn't that special. Overall, I enjoyed the meal a lot. The sauces were also nice. The vegeterian Chakra Shah Panir was also very delicious.

We were very hungry when we visited this place in Dec 2022, and it didn’t disappoint. Food, service, ambience and the Bollywood music were all exceptional. We had Samosa, Garlic butter naan, Chana masala, rice and mango lassi. Samosas and the three chutneys that came along with it were to die for. Highly recommend if you are looking for Indian food in Tallinn!

This was actually some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. The lamb biryani was absolutely incredible and so were the appetizers. The restaurant itself was so beautiful and the staff here was also very friendly.

I eat indian food every week. I cook indian food and everywhere i travel i end up going to an Indian restaurant. I tried this one in Tallinn and it was just decent. Rice was not great, food was ok. I won't come again though. Staff was good, the decoration and space is the best part. If you re into indian food, i think you have better options for the price you are paying. Paying 20 euros for Indian food that is barely decent is not really something i would suggest. Other than that, it's alright. Nice guys!

The food was good. Loved the ambience of the old style building. The staff are very friendly. Service was quick. We paid 50 euro for two. All the breads were good and soft. Tomato soup: 4/5 Kadai Mushroom :5/5 Roti: 5/5 Onion kulcha: 5/5 Garlic butter naan :5/5 Chicken Biryani: 4/5 Masala Tea: 3.5/5 (It was not masala Tea but a normal tea. Though the taste was good)

The ambience when entering the restaurant is very enchanting. The waitstaff very friendly upon arrival. It was tough to make a choice but we all enjoyed what we ordered. The naan bread is so delicious!! We would 10/10 eat here again.

The best restaurant I managed to find in Talinn and probably the best indian place I've ever been to. The chicken tikka masala was absolutely perfect and the right level of spicy. There's good choice of indian and import beer. But most of all the athmosphere was one of a kind - both the cozy and stylish interior and the incredible open garden in the courtyeard of an ancient castle were a pleasure to sit at.

We went here for lunch and the food was excellent! One of the best Indian food we had in Tallinn. There is a good range of vegetarian options in the menu. Service is also great with staff being very friendly! They've very large but cozy seating area which added to a comfortable dining experience. Overall highly recommend if you're in Tallinn.

The place has an Indian warm ambiance so as the food. It was warm, as spicy as Indian food should be. Nicely cooked. The only thing I prefer to have bit more quantity. Since I had lunch meal of the day. Loved it anytime.

The best Indian restaurant in Estonia, as authentic as possible. I am happy that they are experts and willing to suggest and explain the many very well, I can adjust how spicy I want my food and the overall atmosphere is amazing. Have been in the house and also ordered take away several times.

We were so happy with the food, service, price, location, courtyard-everything, that we came back two days in a row for lunch. One day we had chicken kebab, ocra-lamb curry, minced lamb naan and spiced potato naan and mango lassi. The other day we had the veggie samosas, lamb samosas, chicken pakora, roti, paneer naan and mango lassi. Both days the food was exceptional, the service friendly, and the outside courtyard was wonderful.

The ambience is awesome! The service is great, and the food is good as well. We asked for extra spicy curries, they were moderately spicy at best, but the taste was fine. The staff offered complementary ice cream as well. Overall, the place is nice.

I had visited Chakra a couple of times before I learned that the kitchen can adjust the heat of your dish according to your taste - what a revelation! I'd only had good experiences eating there before as the food is really well flavoured, but I was missing the heat of currys I used to enjoy in the UK. The first time ordering a personalised chilli level was a hit - still really tasty and enough heat to induce some sweat on the brow - perfect. The rice and breads are the best I've had in Tallinn. Staff are lovely and the place has a nice atmosphere.

Amazing Indian food! An added bonus that you can order online to have ready for your arrival! We had chicken pakora and vegetable Samosas to share for starters which were delicious! The curry's for the main course were also lovely and came with rice so no need to add anymore unless you are hungry! Quick and friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend eating here.

Chakra wins as one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to on the European continent. Our group of three (two from U.S. and one from India) were looking for Indian options near the old town. The food is diverse and authentic, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, and it is conveniently located near the old town. We went two times. We went for dinner one evening at 73€ with plenty of leftovers and a second time for a tea/snack break at 14.40€. The staff were also friendly and helpful. This is also a great place to go for a romantic date. It feels like a small slice of India served up in Tallinn. Don't miss out.
