Simply AMAZING! I went here without much expectations, but seriously, this was one of the most amazingly good food experiences I ever had. Their starters are simply out of this world. Perfect combination of flavours, simply masterpieces. Main dishes are a bit simpler but their taste surely matches those of the starters. Insane quality, very VERY good. And then, the desert. We chose something with Elderflower. Simply magnificent as well. The combination of ingredients, sweet, sour… is truly genius. Wish I could give more than 5 stars because this place truly deserves it. Highly recommend!

Definitely top notch. Food was really delicious and well presented. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. The prices were quite reasonable for a high end restaurant. Definitely recommend 👌

Best meal of our entire trip to Scandinavia! I randomly found this restaurant on a quick Google search after leaving the Kadriorg Palace and it did not disappoint. Definitely a neighborhood gem feeling. We split the tomato ravioli and then each had our own main dish. The food was lovely and unexpected. The staff were very kind and helpful and service was quick. Prices are also exceedingly reasonable for the quality. Hope to have an opportunity to dine here again someday.

A very cozy and warm restaurant in a cute building a walking distance from the touristic center. The service was warm and friendly, thanks to our motivated waiter. The food and wine lists were short but with good choices. The menu as well as the wine list were "Italian" influenced. The food was good, some items very good and long tasting. Some minor issues with temperature of the food and doneness. Definetly a place to try and worth its money.

Simply wonderful. From the appetizers to desserts, we loved everything. Especially the black truffle arancini and the pumpkin with mushroom were delightful. Excellent service and a cozy location. Next time we will definitely take the tasting menu!

Delightful dining room, done up like an ironically over-the-top living room, warm colours and toasty sensation inside. Food went from good to knockout - arancini with truffle were rich and perfectly crunchy around the outside and was lovely, another starter of cured mackerel came with a herby green salsa that was one of the most delicious things I have had all year. Mains of agnolotti stuffed with prawns and topped with baby squid lacked seafood flavour, and the squid was a bit chewy, whisky a pumpkin vegetarian main was just a bit plain (creamy mushroom sauce, pickled root veg). Service was utterly delightful however. Dinner was 107 eur for 4 courses, 2 cocktails and 2 beers. Not cheap but ultimately not a rip off.

We happened to visit the restaurant during noisy birthday party so hard to give 5 stars for atmosphere.Maybe without it it would have been 5. Unfortunately same goes to the service as we were welcomed by the beginners taking the order with comments like "what's that" etc. ("Misasja"). Afterwords all went friendly and smoothly :) We tried wheal, cod and desert. Banana mousse had quite a strong taste.. As it happens with Michelin red restaurants, the portions were rather small though :)

Very good restaurant. Worth more than the price. In 5 cources menu all portions were very good or excellent. Pairing of the drinkables worked nicely. Our waitress did very nice job even though the restaurant was full. Defenately worth a visit 👍.

We started with house bread which was fine. However, later we asked if they can warm it up. Caramelised butter with warm bread was totally different taste. The butter melted on the bread which melted in my stomach with the same pace. My main was beef hanger steak with gnocchi/truffle/caramelised onion/madeira. Just delicious ( don't forget to have wine on the side), in one point realised that the food is over. It was a sad moment. I could eat the steak another 10 minutes, still would enjoy it. However, I am not sure my stomach would able to cope with my eating habits. Later as a desert had Pastamisu, which seems like tiramisu, however it was totally different thing, maybe similar. For me after steak it was a great final touch. Imagine icecream with tiramisu. We had Valrhona chocolate/almond/coconut/cherry too. However, if you aren't into chocolate that much maybe it wouldn't be for you, otherwise the taste is super good too. if you are vegeterian from main you may order Fregola tostata/wild mushrooms/seaweed/trout roe without trout, according to my sources it was super good too. #etibarIsIndependent #etibarOnVaba

I really wanted to love this restaurant, and was looking forward to my visit. However, issues began at the time of our seating at the table. We had to wait sometime to be noticed and then to be seated at our table. We then had to wait unreasonably long for the menus. Mind you, the restaurant was filled to around 35% at the time, and it was a Wednesday night. Further, the overall service was poor, it was impossible to grab the attention of the waiter so the only chance we had to ask for something was then he was bringing out our food. We also caught him rolling his eyes at us on one instance, maybe even more than one. Specifically, when we requested the menu to choose desserts and one of us kindly reminded him of the dessert that they had ordered with their initial order in the beginning of the evening, just to make sure that it would not be forgotten. The food was quite nice. The only issue with the main course was that our steaks and fish were cold, while the garnish was warm. Sadly will not be coming back.

We love the other two restaurants from this chain ( Kohvik Moon and Kolm Sibulat) but never visitet Mantel ja Korsten. These guys getting in the Michelin Guide was the push we needed to finally dine there. And in all honesty they didn't disappoint. I would characterise their dishea as an interesting take on traditional italian dishes but with a special twist. Tomato with gorgonzolla cheese was unexpected but at the same time perfect in every way, truffle risotto balls vere well balanced and sooo soo good. The main dishes were as good but maybe less drammatic, but still you won't see me complaining over steik with bell peppers and shrimp ravioli. Another gem in the menu are the desserts and crazy olive oil and truffle ice creams were a real revelation to my taste buds. So differently recommend.

#ManteljaKorsten is a fancy but cozy place for an upclass meal. The service is in the higher classes, but it can still go a bit higher. The waiter voice was a bit quiet, could not hear all the fabulous things he said about the food and he forgot to switch the knife out before the meal, but all is good those aren't big thing to complain about. He really knew everything about the wines and the meals so isn't that the most important thing!? The food was absolutely divine, from the beginning till the end. The meals cost around 16-30 €. The desserts 4- 12€, if I remember correctly. They have a wide range of wines, the price depends on the wine, can't say anything certain. I really enjoyed the time there, highly recommend!

Quite good food and nice and cozy atmosphere in a local neighbourhood Kadriorg. Beef tartar was delicious, but foie gras average. The best thing they have is flavoured butter ( with balsamico, etc) which they serve with focaccia. I have come back for it many times, and not getting enough of it…

During our weekend getaway we stopped by this hidden gem by the park. We just loved our dinner experience there! You definitely have to try tuna tartar! Veal liver steak as a main dish was also delicious, though king prowns pasta did not exceed my expectations, although they do have a nice wine selection on the list. Service was friendly and helpfull about the choises. A great place for a great dinning out!

Excellent upscale neighborhood restaurant in Kadriorg. A place to celebrate anniversaries or have a nice dinner with friends. Book a table in advance on weekends. Staff is super friendly and food delicious!

Best I've had it so far. // Second visit: was like 'honey maybe we should have had something simpler and just watched Rick & Morty or smth' looking at the narrow selection and highish prices. But I should have known from last time. This place doesn't disappoint. Groaned with pleasure entrée-main course-dessert.

Loved this place. All the dishes looked fabulous. They also had few vegan and vegetarian choices. The atmosphere was lovely and cozy. And the service was good. Definitely recommend both for fancy and casual occasions.

Food and service were lovely! The goose was delicious and I loved the little original touches like beetroot powder and the apple strudel accompanying it Make sure to try the mozzarella and truffle arancini starters The arancini were freshly fried. Delish 😋

👍👍 Just Super! Extremely neat and clean atmosphere 👌. Self service, enter, pick the tray and the plate and choose food/drinks of your choice by going at dishes on different tables and the person will put selected food into your plate and then you pay at the counter for the selected food items/drink...
