A nice hotel. The rainshowers would need to be serviced though. Many of them seemed to be so clogged that water didn’t come out of all the holes or only partly from some holes. This was true in our room 2509 but also in the spa area on several ones. Also you should let your customers use the spa after check out in case they need to wait for their boat later in the afternoon.

Another very enjoyable trip to Tallinn, made possible by my stay at Swissotel. Estonians are a special people to me, and represent some of the best qualities of humanity. The hotel is very well kept. The spa offerings were spot on, as well as the staff there-- the red-headed lady gave an excellent massage (thank you!). The restaurants serve great quality food, though a bit limited in menu. The breakfast however was replete, reflecting an Estonian influence, which I personally found to be quite enjoyable. I would like to mention one of the employees, Marti, a senior in high school who contributes in various capacities in the breakfast area. He exemplifies what I consider to be part of the bright future of Estonia; leadership, self-development and high acuity, industrious, and most of all, very present. Lastly, the cleaning staff for my room did a consistently exceptional job.

Not the best five star hotel in Tallinn. Pros: Room spacious and bed comfortable Air conditioning works well Breakfast has nice selection Gym well equipped Cons: Showers difficult to use :D Staff rushing around during breakfast (into and out of the kitchen, taking away plates with food on them) Spa is freezing cold No jacuzzi in spa No self checkout

One of the best stays I've ever had. Best service, very friendly stuff, 5 star breakfast and luxurious looking spa with a sauna view to the city. Definitely recommend for a staycation or if you are visiting Tallinn.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great view from the windows. Breakfast good and a lot of decision what to choose. For the restaurant, it can work a little bit longer.

I had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and we were able to use English to communicate very well. The pool was very nice. The breakfast was very good. Our room was very neat and clean. Over all, I would stay here again. Very nice hotel. Thank you.❄️

Not really 5 star hotel standard tbh, the hotel is beautiful and the views are great, but the main reason you need a hotel is because you need a bed. The bed was really bad! For a 3 star budget hotel the bed would be fine, but not for a hotel that want to reach some luxury standard. So i will leave this hotel with great views over beautiful tallinn and a back pain :) the rest was ok, bathroom a bith creepy since glass wall but maybe great for business visits 🤭

It was a lovely stay. The room had a nice design and a beautiful view, also the bed was very comfortable. The SPA was quiet and the atmosphere was very relaxing, also the sauna was with a view to the city. The gym was well-equipped. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional from the beginning till the end of my stay.

Really negative experience at the spa and non quality massagers with high prices. Breakfast was overbooked. In the sky bar was lots of unused chairs but staff said “we are full, come back later”. Not recommended. Overall hotel is clean and good views from rooms. All additional services is better to look from somewhere else. Bad quality of service with high price.

Room Type: Executive King Our stay at Swissotel was nothing short of exceptional! We were unfortunately only able to book for one night before heading off to the airport the next day, but we wished we could have stayed longer. As soon as we arrived in the hotel lobby, we were impressed by the clean and spacious environment, complete with a drinks area. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and we were provided with all the necessary information about the hotel, including breakfast times, spa access, and more. If we had any questions, the staff were more than happy to assist us. The room itself was outstanding! It was spacious, with a large bathroom that included both a shower and bath, as well as premium toiletries such as shaving supplies and skin, hair, and shower products. The view from our room was breathtaking, and my partner and I both agreed that it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The hotel is located in a fairly central area, with many popular attractions such as the old town and downtown "hipster" areas within a half-hour walk. Even though it's a deluxe hotel and on the higher end of the price range, every penny is worth it for the luxury linen beds alone. We had a super comfortable night's sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and relaxed. Overall, Swissotel exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a central location.

Super good service and nice staff. Forgot my sunglasses in a room and called 4 days later, they confirmed it was there and asked how to deliver it to me. I offered to pick it up but would call back when i knew exactly at what date to pick it up. I ended up emailing 4 days later saying that i would pick them up after another 2 weeks. the deputy manager replied and promised to keep them safe for me, which they did. this kind of service is very unusual these days unless you stay at places which are much more expensive.

Good Swissotel in Tallinn - depending on the room you might have view of the harbour or the old town but also if you go to the bar on the top floor you can see anything from there - the receptionist I feel like he was not very welcoming and maybe he was new as he didn’t seem to know a few things about the accor’s loyalty - if you have access to the lounge the food is good but I think there should be something that say what the food actually is? Maybe also with the allergies! The pool area was great and they also have a steam room and dry sauna - location is like 20/30 minutes walk to the harbour and I will say 20 minutes to the old town

We stayed at Swissôtel Tallinn back in February. Hotel staff was incredibly nice and our room was fantastic with exquisite views of the harbour. I also tried their gym and it is spacious enough for 5-6 people. The only downsides are their spa facilities and breakfast quality. I personally don't enjoy saunas, I would have preferred a jacuzzi but they're not equipped with that. Also, their breakfast selection and overall quality was 3-4 stars instead of 5. Not a major issue just wanted to mention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Swissôtel in Tallinn.

Rooms clean and nice view from windows. Bathroom luxurious. In the Spa there is only one pool and one sauna. Still peacefull and beautiful. Breakfast was 5/5.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast had a lot of options and it was clear that the food was fresh. I'll definitely stay here again.

Have been coming here regularly for 10 years as a weekend getaway. Breakfast is now much improved after many years of being very average. Spa complex is more luxurious than Hilton but steam room was out-of-order on our trip - super disappointing. Rooms are superb - missing high tech net streaming kit for tv but just bring your own chrome-cast for now. Super cheap BOLT taxis means slightly odd location really doesn't matter.

Swissotel, I don’t if you are going to see this comment but huge thank you for not only having me as a guest but also for your attitude and attention to the details in making your guest’s stay just perfect. Your stuff is anazing. Your rooms are amazing. And the views from the 20th floor (where i was) are breathtaking. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

High standard and friendly staff. Convenient location and close to both town and airport. Rooms are great and modern the view was fantastic over the harbor from the 25th floor. Only small complain is the rooftop bar which isn’t very interesting and the pool are could have been equipped with a hot tub.

Swissotel Tallinn is an excellent choice for those planning an overnight stay in Tallinn. I have stayed at this hotel twice; once with my whole family and another time just with my wife, who also loves this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, with spacious and well-maintained bathrooms. Depending on the type of room, the views can be quite impressive. During our last visit, we stayed in a suite, which was very comfortable, and had access to the lounge on the 28th floor. The breakfast is good, offering a wide variety of foods. However, last time, the warm foods were slightly cold. The hotel features a so-called spa area on the 11th floor, but it feels more like a swimming area due to the noise level, making it hard to relax. There's a swimming pool with water temperature around 28 Celsius and two saunas: a traditional one and a steam sauna. As a Finnish person, I found the sauna temperature too mild at only 80 Celsius. Overall, I enjoy this hotel and definitely recommend it to others. I am looking forward to visiting again.

This was a 5 star hotel when it was opened but now it felt more like 4. The room was a bit worn out and the room service was bad. But the breakfast was great although the Coffee was poured to the cup and was already cold when I was ready to start my breakfast. The customer service was great, very polite and friendly staff. I also was waiting to find an umbrella from the room but there wwre only few at the reception and everything was already taken when we came down. The location is perfect, short walk to the old town and the harbour.

Perfect experience. Nice room, clean and great service. Especially Mr Kirs from the reception did a great job when I forgot my AirPods in the hotel. Best hotel from service and rooms in the hotel, I can only recommend it.

The hotel was double booked my room without any plan on fixing their mistake during the whole stay. Other person already stayed in "my room". I must be switched to another room to share the same bed with my friend (which was supposed to be a twin). The thing is that this room was for single person, only one key to be activated at the time, regardless at least 3 times we have informed the receptionists to correct it. The problem continued until the breakfast as we were suppoosed to be only 1 person in our room instead of 2. The receptionists did not do anything to ease our stay during the whole day and night. The worst part is the odd smell in our room. I called the service to fix it, a lady came in and commented "the smell did not come from the restroom" and walked out without any attempt to do anything. I asked for changing the room, but the hotel was fully booked. We have suffered the whole night with the bad smell. Terrible service ever I received from a 4-5* hotel!

Swissôtel Tallinn is a luxurious hotel conveniently located in the heart of Tallinn. The service level is excellent, staff is friendly and the venue is modern and fresh. So what went wrong? Swiss promotes their rooms in different services available directly via Google but it has not been made clear what is included in the price and what is not. If you compare booking details on their own booking platform (Accor) vs any other there is no mention of additional fees using hotel facilities like swimming pool, gym etc. which you'd assume would be included in the booking for any 4/5* establishment. They charge 15 EUR per person for swimming pool access which is not mentioned in their own website or on any 3rd party booking services. According to the friendly staff this charge does not apply if the booking has been made directly with them or some various services which have not been made clear which services these are... It's not the principle of additional cost per base service but the customer experience of unclear feeling of what is included and what is not. I'd fix the service design of the hotel ASAP. Solid and clear product design. Remove unnecessary and unclear promotions and stupid fees to avoid any further bad customer experience. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay here. Spa was nice and empty (thanks to Covid restrictions) and pool water was warm - relaxing. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Service was friendly and the view from our room on the 25th floor was engaging. Room was big and clean, the bed enormous and comfortable. Would/will go again!!

The infection safety of the people, visiting hotel restaurant and bar, was verified. Suitable for verification: - Valid vaccination passport - Covid -19 antigen-negative rapid test The cost of the test is 8€ and visitors can buy it at the lobby.

We were able to check-in early before our wedding day. I booked a Swiss Advantage Room but we were upgraded to Executive King with a view from the harbour. On top of that, they also let us check out late. I highly recommend staying here. This hotel is superb and we will definitely stay again when the restrictions are lifted so we can enjoy the amenities.

Our stay was okey, but for a 5 star hotel, we expected a 5 star hotel. The parking is in a different area, across from the hotel, it is up to yourself to get there with extra cost (20€-24h) When arrived to lobby, nobody offered to take the bags to the room, expected from 5 stars... The receptionist could have made a better job explaining what is where and what options are in the hotel, everything was on the leaflet but whats the point. For example( would you like to book dinner? Where is smoking area, spa, breakfast, bar) had to ask for all the information. We stayed on the 20th floor, the view was very nice. Mini bar had only two waters... Bed matress was very hard, struggled to sleep. In bathroom there were 2 screws sticking out from the wall, we reported about that, they sayd sorry... Decided to go to a spa, finnish sauna could use a renewing, steam sauna had bad smell and missing couple of tiles wrom the wall. There is no music, no aroma, pool area has water machine and sunbathing chares, no relax area, no coctail options, no cozy feeling, there were candles though. One of the worst spa's we have been to in estonia. On the 30th bar, the view is amazing, we found out the dinner is full booked. They were understaffed but they were friendly. We ordered coctails and tapas, tapas never made it to the table, nor to the room. Breakfast was okey, noticed that when finished eating, the runners cleaned empy bottles but not empy plates, nor classes. When we checked out, never got asked how was your stay, just bye. Every time conversations started in english, expected to be in estonian. All in all everything was there but not for 5 stars. We have experienced 5 star service and that was not it. Can find better experience with less price around tallinn.

Good hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious (especially the bathrooms) and the bed was amazing. The views (17th floor) were great. Showers unfortunately didn't get very hot. Breakfast selection was good and everything tested was tasty. A selection of plant milks aside, not very vegan friendly. The breakfast room seemed a little crowded and not very relaxed

Stunning views and exceptional service! A trip we will definitely remember for the rest of our lives. We got engaged last Saturday and the hotel made us feel so, so special! We are so grateful for the lovely staff of Swiss Hotel Tallin! <3 Thank you and we can not recommend this hotel enough.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is amazingly designed with tasteful rooms and a fantastic pool / spa area. What really made the hotel was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

It was a lovely stay at the hotel with a very professional service, friendly staff and fast response. Very nice leisure area and facilities. Highly recommended for families and kids. The atmosphere is very cozy and it has a nice restaurant on the top floor. I would like to specifically mention about one staff Mr. Abdul, who was very polite and welcoming during my whole stay. He was so eager and happy to help us in case of need. Staff like him are indeed an asset to any organization and I would like to wish him the very best.

Good hotel. On the reception they usually speak English only. Beds are nice. Also if you take higher floors, there is a beautiful city panorama. The restaurant on top is amazing! There are only 3 vegetarian dishes but they are tasty. 1km from the Viru (old town)

Right in the middle of the city and super close to the old town (maybe a 10 minute walk), we loved this hotel. The staff was very nice and we also got 2 vouchers for free drinks because of our Accor membership ☺️ We didn’t get to try to spa or sauna but it looked beautiful as well. Totally recommend

An amazing hotel with the best views of Tallinn, great smell and amazing customer service. A place to have meeting and conferences. I reccomend getting a room on the 28th executive floor.

Great hotel with friendly professional staff. Experience was above board from check in to check out. Breakfast with a view and very good variety of food. Gym and spa are well equipped. Top floor lounge has a great view and very good selection of food and drinks. My only recommendation is for the hotel to replace their towels. It's long overdue and some of the towels I had in my room had holes and others were thread bare.

Modern business style hotel. Big breakfast! Nice rooftop bar with nice view over the financial district and more. Clean big rooms. Service is a bit up tight.

Absolutely outstanding. Incredible service in all areas. Thank you to the Rooms Division Manager Kristina for such detailed and wonderful care. The room was spotless. Not one speck of dust - thanks to a clearly professional and great housekeeping team. A special thank you to Johnson the greeter at breakfast. Each guest is met with such a genuine and welcoming smile and great energy and taken to his table. Johnson's level of service and care for his guests is a sign of a true hotelier. I sincerely hope that he is moved up and that he ends up in a guest services related management position. What a wonderful way to celebrate my 40th birthday. Thank you Swissotel Tallinn.
