I don’t recommend this restaurant. We ordered Biriyani, but it was a like coloured rice and the water and glasses are coming so nasty smell like as a more chlorine smell. Can see the white spots on the glass. My advice better not to visit. While coming to ambiance was good- food worst and costs was so higher price.

Was the worst lamb biryani,I ever had. Full of masala and spices and can't even taste anything. Left 75% food 😤.vann Tallinn was there good one. You might need a good cook. Sorry to say but It's a bad experience and water of money.

Veg biryani wasn't biryani. Lol. Paneer karhai was better than all. It's good to improve the quality of naan. We went because the other good resturant indian resturant was close. I The price is expensive than the quantity

We were told the meal is Tandoori Chicken, it’s a joke. Estonian speak very good English , definitely not here. Don’t understand Cider, don’t understand Indian food name, if you are looking for Indian food , this is not an Indian restaurant

Horrible experience. We ordered Biriyani, butter chicken and naan. Food was over priced. Service is awful. We wanted glass for six of us. Waitress only gave us two. We wanted to pay the bills separately. She said she could not do it and we have to pay all together once. Toilet is extremely dirty and bad smell. Feel like vomiting. I went to India many times but this is not Indian food at all. Portion was smaller. Behavior was rude. Nothing I can be positive about this place honestly. Please do not go there. Indian food is not like this what they are serving.

Simply amazing. One of the best restaurants in town. The food they serve here is authentic. The ambiance and outside view is amazing. Highly recommended.

I heard a lot about this Indian restaurant in Tallinn etc etc.. , had visited a couple of days back, the service was really bad! We had to sit outside as the seats were full inside the restaurant.. the ambience was good as it gets.. but the service and food really let us down.. When we ordered we were told it would take 25 mins for the food to get ready and that was okay. We waited for it, then 30 mins no response from the waitress, 45 mins nothing. We asked them again and again, they said it's getting ready.. after about an hour the waitress came by and we asked where the food was, she said I don't know, let me check. So finally after 1 hr 10 mins we got the food, and got one of the items wrong, to which she again took it back and returned after 15 mins and we were done with our lunch. So I would suggest looking somewhere else for lunch.. Especially Indians if you are expecting Indian cuisine food.. The experience was the same as other customers seated next to us that day..

The restaurant is able to operate only because of its great location, otherwise, it has nothing to do with Indian cuisine. First of all, we didn’t receive welcome snack. I have visited many-many Indian restaurants in my life - worldwide - but this was my first time where there was no welcome snack. We ordered samosa as an appetizer, on the menu it said they give you 2 pieces of samosa but in reality we received only 1. It was fine, better than tikka masala. The chicken meat was almost inedible, it was not well cooked and was full of tendons. What’s more, it was not spicy at all!!’ They didn’t even ask us how spicy we want it. Portions were small and it was very overpriced. Worst experience regarding indian restaurants in my life. The rice & bread was fine tho. I also liked the location but if you are in this square go to another restaurant. Waitresses were hard-working, no complain about them.

The service and food here is amazing. Espresso martini is on point! We had the samosas and naan, vindaloo, tikka masala and other dishes. Marietta and Eeva were our servers and they were attentive and super helpful in explaining the menus and dishes. Would love to return next time in Tallinn.

One of the worst Indian food I ever had. The cook has no idea what is an Indian food is. Every thing is made of tin food. The same taste for all curries. Look for alternative Indian restaurant if you want some authentic taste.

Bad service, bad food. Not worth at all. Ordered was naan, got kulcha. They didn't even serve water. Would give negative, but there is no option.

we were welcomed by a waitress whose english wasn’t really good, so it was hard to communicate. the tablecloth had a hole and une of the glasses was dirty. the food wasn’t bad but I’ve had better indian food in my life.

Pasta Bolognese is awful. Microwave heated pasta with cheap cheese and sweet ketchup. You pay for a view, not food.

I ordered chicken tikka massala with rice and got 4 small pieces of chicken, the sauce was drenched in oil. The naan bread was fine and the food overall was edible so I will give them that, but the amount was just enough to feed a small cat not a grown adult. Very unpleasing experience

There is a saying in India, if you want to have a super awesome Punjabi food then go to a restaurant owned by a Sardar but here this was not the case. The restaurant is owned by a Punjabi sardar but the staff is very rude, when we went to the restaurant it was full. We understand that when it is the situation like this then the staff is under pressure but it does not mean that they behave rude with the customers. We were placing our order and we had some questions, the tall white lady just got irritated and asked us very rudely, what is it which you want? We kept waiting for the water to be served and got the glasses and the jug after 20 minutes. We received our food, which was not great, the curry for the Paneer tasted like the one from Ready to eat packets. After we received our order, they served us with only curry and rice, no Naan bread. We kept reminding them about the Naan bread and they delivered it so late that we were almost done with our food. On top of that the naan bread was not fully baked. I won't recommend to go to this restaurant. They are just getting the benefit of being the only Indian restaurant in the old town which gets lots of tourist from the Cruise terminals.

Much better than we expected based on some of the reviews. The food was tasty (I'm not an expert on Indian food but it tasted the same as the food I ate in another Indian restaurant with my Indian friends), and the portion wasn't too small. The vegetarian lunch set was really good, and the naan bread was warm and delicious. I would recommend coming here.

I enjoyed two meals here while on a business trip. The food was pretty good, the price was ok (it is the city center), and the service was nice. The portion size was a little small. They seemed a little short handed, even though it wasn't that busy. I would eat here again if I had the chance.

Perfect place for a tourist. You can enjoy unobstructed views of the square with some coffee and snacks or with a traditional Indian meal. Food is average but less expensive. Oldest pharmacy in Europe is located next to the restaurant.

Just went there and it was one of the most spiciest food i have ever eaten. As a indian myself i can tell you that fish curry and palak paneer should not be full of chili snd spices. Those are the dishes which should be more on the sweater or mild side. So how come those dishes be that spicy that i could even eat them. Naan bread thin as f… bottle of water is 5€ more than naan breads. Please improve

DON'T GO!! Unfortunately, I have to give one star but the restaurant doesn't even deserve that. I have been to many Indian restaurants in many European cities but this has to be the worst experience ever. I ordered Paneer Makkhanwala but I don't know what I was served. The dish was served in a small bowl. Gravy was as thick as water. Per say it was just coloured water. 3 pieces of paneer and rest was the water. My friend ordered a Jaipuri dish and 90% of the dish was filled with broccoli!! The dish was served with rice and naan was ordered separately. However, neither of them looked or tasted fresh. There are some readymade food packages available in the market. They have better taste and more quantity that here. I wouldn't pay even 20% of the money they charge here.

Nice Indian restaurant in old town Tallin. Food served to us was typical Punjabi and was delicious. Ambience and interior is typical Indian traditional and good. Service was good. There is nice view of square down from the windows. We had masala tea next day afternoon which they served outside the hotel in the square. We liked it.

Quality: 4, nice food, tasty Portion/Price: 2, extremely expensive for the quantity of food - 13€ for 5 little pieces of chicken - 17€ for a tiny bowl of lamb soup Can be improved

Food was just average but very pricy, yes this what you can expect from the place because of its location right in the center of old town. Biryani was really sticky and not even taste like biryani. Lamb was well cooked and tasty. We were two person and all food is in pics costs us around 50 euros. Service was nice and he accepted feedback with smiling face. On previous visit they have had better food.
