Cozy hotel, with friendly staff. Clean rooms equipped with TV, AC, wardrobe with shoe cleaning and polishing tools, and liquid soap in the shower. Awesome location, beside the city center.

I stayed for three nights. The location is perfect for visiting Tallinn. The old building is very beautiful.The service was polite overall. A few notes: My trip was not ruined but the smell was a little annoying at the hotel. The breakfast- every morning something had gone out and people had to ask for food. As the other reviews have told:: the room carpet looked old and dirty. Also the AC in the room 404 was very loud. Also if you need a hair dryer- consider bringing your own with you. Or maybe they can borrow one from reception? (did not mention or ask for that ). We had a superior room and It was rather small.

Excellent hotel! In the very center of the city, where you can enjoy the beautiful old architecture and breathe in the aroma of old Tallinn. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, quality beds and bedding, friendly staff , everything deserves the highest praise. Looking forward to visiting there again.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, albeit slightly dated. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The price was very inexpensive. The breakfast had a great selection. Overall, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay.

Very good location. Friendly staff. The room was good though a bit old fashioned. But a well functioning shower is always a bonus in a hotel. A slight minus for the clicking of water through the pipes of the walls at random intervals. Breakfast buffet was decent, with both hot and cold dishes available.

Dog friendly hotel! The room (a superior room) was incredible. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the utilities I could have asked for. The bathroom was very cozy, too. The service was also incredible, with the hotel staff offering anything we needed with a warm smile. The breakfast was delicious! The location is great, very close to the old city as well as many high quality restaurants and cultural attractions. The hotel even offers (paid) private parking behind a gate for early reservertions. Highly recommended.

Located in the Old Town, is one of the main reasons why we chose to stay there. The building is fairly prestigious looking with an olde world charm. The room was on the small side, but the high ceilings did help give a sense of more space. Unfortunately, no tea/coffee facilitlies available (something that we would expect in a 4* hotel). There wasnt an iron in the room either! Other than that, the room was comfotable and a good couple of night's sleep were had (always a good sign)! The evening meal was excellent. The presentation and quality of the courses enjoyed, were delicious and very well presented. Service was second to none. Thank you. The buffet breakfast offered a good choice of feed. Unfortunately, the fried eggs were quite rubbery, so a recommendation would be to serve scrambled eggs, if eggs are not cooked on order! In closing, the hotel is in an excellent position, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was comfortable and there was a lot to chose from at breakfast. We would probably stay here again.

A very high quality boutique hotel in the heart of Tallinn's medieval old town. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is excellent, the staff is friendly. It is probably the hotel of jazz festivals in Tallinn as you see the photos of artists like Pat Metheny, John Scofield, Jan Garbarek and many more while you taste the delicious herrings during breakfast. Estonian, Russian and English are heard and spoken interchangeably both in the hotel as well as the old town...

The hotel rooms are on smaller side and carpets are filthy with lots of spots, I am not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. We had a toddler and their stairs are so hazardous, they have gaps between them so a kid can fall through it, of course we accompanied our kid but it’s best to keep doors closed. This was the biggest red flag for us.

We stayed in a superior room with our dog and I can only recommend! The staff was very helpful and did their best to make sure we are comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was also a little sound proof, which is a huge plus for the dog. The breakfast was amazing and had a lot to choose from. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Nice location. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Classy inside. Same breakfast served everyday. That got a bit stale. We were there July 7-10.

Very close to the old town and Ideal for sightseeing. Many restaurants are local. Almost everything within walking distance. Breakfast selection is amazing.

Good location on the edge of the Old Town, a short walk from most tourist locations. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Security is lax, only control is the key card to the room. Rooms are in need of refurbishment, carpet and chairs have visible stains. Rooms are noisy, double glazing blocks outside noise but you can hear draining water whenever another room uses the bathroom or showers. Breakfast buffet is OK, although the fruit salad tastes like it comes out of a can and the fruit juice is not fresh.

Good quality hotel with great location.

Right in heart of the beautiful old city center of Tallinn. Excellent check-in and very friendly staff. Room was super clean and bed very comfortable and house very quiet at night. Only the breakfast was a little bit disappointing and did not reached the standard of the hotel itself, therefor only 4 stars. Additional the Spa is under construction work and even it is available it has to be paid extra.

Perfect location. Nice old building with comfortable rooms. Sound isolation could be more effective but overall nice stay at Tallinn.

It’s restaurant is one of the best in the old town of Tallin. I dare say that no one has tasted the best food in this heritage without coming and enjoying here. Henno is very good to guests.

The booking was made for a double room and i was upgraded for free to a superior twin. I have stayed in many other hotels and cannot imagine how this was in any way superior. The size was rather on a small size nor there were anything special to make it stand out. There is no ironing board in the room and you have to call reception to get one in the morning, if you are lucky. The lift did not work for 2 days so being on 5th floor did not help. Breakfast selection was reasonable and have to say staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Staff are multilingual and happy to help! Buffet breakfast had a wide variety and tasted delicious, hallways and room nice and clean! Room service prices very competitive, free WIFI was reliable and fast and you even get a guide book to give you ideas of what to do! I would recommend My City Hotel to anybody wishing to stay in Tallinn

Nice clean place, nice enough large room and comfy bed. Breakfest got many offerings.
