We booked here for 4 nights. We landed late at night so they told us to make the check in in another hotel named St Olav hotel. We went there and the door was closed. We tried to call like 100 times and nobody answered then we decided to go to the Three Crowns hotel but the situation was the same. After HOURS calling and walking around in the middle of the night in the cold we booked in another hotel for the night. The next day we asked for a refund and the receptionist told us to text the manager and after days nobody answered yet. The rooms are dirty, if you need towels or toilet paiper you need to walk around the hotel and find it by yourself. If you need help for something the reception is always empty. But I can say the position is really good.

We were at this hotel for Christmas, and it was a terrible and disgusting night. There was a FIRE IN THE HOTEL at night, one of the rooms was on fire. The fire alarm system DIDN’T WORK in the hotel, they found out about the fire when the whole hotel was in smoke and we already smelled it. It’s ok to let people know if you don’t have reception services but don’t put the “back in a minute” sign and leave people waiting for half an hour and hang up on them when they call… I don’t know if she ever came back during the day. Good to mention it’s middle of the week, 10am when the receptionist was not there but being rude on the phone.

Ukrainians would have the respect to at least learn few Estonian words. They give you worst room possible if you are Estonian, the walls are thin as paper, you can hear everything around you. They did not even respond in englis when asked. The admin has no B2 level estonian and was super rude. This hotel should be chekked by the costumer protection services and the staff speaking only russian and lieing about being Ukraininan should be fired. Tbh the whole thing should get new management and by Estonian laws they should speak B2 level Estonian. This is totally unaceptable to have this kind of hotel with this management existing in the heart of Tallinn. As you can see most positive rewievs are by russians.

Wonderful central location in the Old Town. Rooms were clean and comfortable but do not book one without a window - it is so claustrophobic and hot which makes it difficult to sleep. Bathrooms are very small. Breakfast was tasty and there was a wide variety of foods.

First room given was unable to be accessed with luggage as it would have had to go through two floors in a tiny spiral starcase and then only available room was a room that smells(said by the reception themselves even). Will never go back. Location in old town is the only plus.

Was expecting something standard from this hotel, but was highly disappointed. Room was incredibly small and breakfast was dull. Hotel seemed very understaffed and any request for help was ignored. Found our hotel room door wide open having arrived back after a day out walking. The whole experience was akin to an episode of Fawlty Towers!

The hotel has a historic building with an interesting layout. It is well located, but the setting isn't loud. The room was sufficient but not excessive. The same could be said of the breakfast served. The staff was always helpful and the overall comfort of the hotel was good. An especially nice feature is the inner court, the way one reaches the newer buildings in the back (one of which I stayed in). The decoration - carpets, paintings etc. - brought a vibe from 18th or 19th century which I liked. My room was small but there was no need for a large room since I was travelling alone. The bed was comfy. Now, to the negative side of things. When I first entered my room, it was like an oven. The thermostat was on full blast. There was no air conditioning so I needed to turn the thermostat all the way down and open the window wide open. I don't know how quickly hotels usually repair or replace broken things, but I was disappointed with the bathroom in my room. The glass shelf was hanging loosely and looked like it could fall off in any minute. Also the glassware one can use while brushing tooth was dirty. It actually looked like it hasn't been washed or replaced in weeks. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. Tomatoes were bland and almost mushy and coffee wasn't as hot as I was expecting it to be. So, all in all, a pleasant hotel with some minor areas of improvement.
