Masters courtyard hosts a few ateliers and gift shops with everything from handmade postcards, to leather and textile products, jewelery and wooden products. A good place for local souvenirs, just like Catherine's passage nearby. It ALSO hosts the famous Pierre's chocolaterie. All the German tourists know it. You can find rich chocolate cakes, pralines and hot and cold chocolates there.

This tiny little corner in Tallinn has a nice variety of interesting shops related to art, handicrafts, traditional Estonian clothing and accessories, and a cafe surrounding a lovely square where you can sit and chill over some food and drinks!

This was a little gem of a fund. A charming colourful courtyard with some nice craft shops and cafes.

This is supposedly a recreation of a medieval street but I felt like it was more Ren Faire and bohemian (were there stuffed teddy bears hanging out in medieval streets?) cafe than anything else. But, pleasant anyway.

Must visit Pierre's for the best hot chocolate in Tallinn.

Wonderful place, super CUTE. I enjoyed my chicken toast. In my opinion, there is only one complaint: the music sometimes sounds a little bit sinister, although I suppose it is due to my ignorance of folklore.

Like a sweet time travel. Everything (the tables, chairs, carpets, even the music) goes for invoking the roaring '20s... The small sweets and the cakes are decently tastes good, also the coffee is good. We just sat for an hour to enjoy the environment and relax. Honestly I never imagined this place can be existed in the heart of the old town. We drank coffee and eat the house's cake, also have some small extra requests. The ladies working here helped us with all of them, making this experience quite unique. I definitely recommend it if you want a hundred year time travel and want to try something special. Some tips: go inside to order, but before if you arrive, just sit down. Even there's only a bigger table avilable; you can share it with others. Also, there's a lot of handcraft shop can be found here, check them if you would like.

Fantastic courtyard, with small shops and a couple of cute cafés. All between the beautiful walls of the medieval part of Tallinn

Lovely spot to see! The chocolaterie's menu was not that appealing but it was nice inside. There was a very nice ceramic shop, but a bit too expensive.

Cute place with artisan staff, the products are quite commercial, but the corner is nice and quite close to the centre of the town

Beautiful little spot, hidden away down a cobbled alley. Chocolats de Pierre is amazing, not to be missed.

Went to one of the souvenir stores by the entrance of the courtyard and had a really bad experience. The store on the ground (with a sign that says it’s open) that I wanted to go to was connected to a downstairs store and when I opened the door to enter the ground floor store, the lady (presumably the owner) in the downstairs shop accused me of not asking permission to enter as the owner of the ground shop was not present. I asked her how was I supposed to know whether the owner is absent without entering the shop? She responded that I should have asked permission anyway. (To whom?..) She was very unfriendly and hostile. Not appreciated her behavior at all.

Lots of interesting craft shops. Slightly cheaper than the main square.

It's a quiet courtyard lined with little craft shops, away from the busy tourist souvenir shops.
