Museum is very nice, there is a lot too see and as i said there is audio guid next to every display. I would recomend it both... A nice place to spend time with children.

Went to see the Peeter Laurits exhibit (temporary) and it was gorgeous. Other 2 floors of the museum are for children or people just learning about estonian nature. Adult nature enthusiasts may not have much new to discover, temporary exhibits are often great tho!

It is old and small, but looks modern and updated. Permanent exhibiton is mostly about Estonian nature, but there were two very interesting temporary exhibitions as well when I visited. If you are tired of walking, go sit in the virtual reality room. Seeing the primeval sea with my "own eyes" was very fun. A cute place hidden in the Old Town.

Very pleasant visit. I liked the exposition of the forest. Unfortunately the sea exposition was under reconstruction. The price could be lower.

Very nicely designed expositions. Lots of interactive gadgets for kids and interesting reading material for grownups while smaller ones are busy. Has free audioguide but you need to use your phone, own headphones and internet connection is required. During my visit local wifi had no connectivity. Also some screens and expositions were broken or heavily used. Parking is on the street and very expensive in front of the house and expensive within 1 km radius. Better walk or use public transport.

Nice place with a lot of information. There was a nice exhibition about Baltic Sea. You can listen audio in a few different languages for that u need a mobile phone, there is a link inside.

Small enough for a quick tour, reasonably priced tickets. Sadly the staff was hard to reach and the advertised display we came for (Discovery room) was closed. Would still recommend, especially for children!

Average museum. Little. An interesting animation may be interesting for children.

Always a nice place to go with kids. Some items from the exhibition i remember already from my own childhood (looking at you, wolves!) but they are nicely complimented with moder exhibitions using modern technologies (VR and such)

Good for kids but not that extensive. The museum also lacks English exhibitions so for expats/foreigners, it might be an obstacle.

Not worth the visit for a non-local. While the exhibits are well organized and the facility impeccably maintained, the range of exhibits is sparse and rather basic. To classify as a museum is a stretch.

It was a real good feeling to see and touch the preserved real animals without getting scared. Very well maintained. I think it's a nice place to visit for all ages. Duration of visit is 2 to 5 hours, it depends on how deep you want to understand the nature.

It is a good museum overall. Nature is well represented there. Everything is well maintained. There is audio guide in English. The downside is the museum is slightly small.

Opportunity to see life-size animals and birds. Through games, children are taught how to design an urban space, a film about underwater life is shown.

    Not big but interesting museum

Very nice display of different ecosystems of Estonia. All written guides are in Estonian, but the audio guide was very helpful. Some of the audio clips were in wrong order, but otherwise it was very high-quality and pleasant to listen to.

The stuffed animals looked great and they had audio for every thing in English just by scanning qr code. I enjoyed the VR movie as well

It was a nice experience visiting this marvelous place. An overview of Estonian biodiversity will be revealed before you. I would suggest this place as a must-see if you are coming from a tropical country.
