We went on a free walking tour around the old town and it was perfect! The guide, Kadri, was one of the best guides I've ever seen, kind and energetic. Thanks for the tour!

On our self-planned city tour, we happened to pass the Tallinn Tourist Infirmation and noticed a small group of tourists with an original city guide in Hanseatic clothing and a flag. Since everyone was German, he switched from English to German and showed us around his Tallinn. You definitely have to take part, the tour is idiosyncratic, but if you get involved, you'll have a lot of fun! I have never experienced a city tour so funny and entertaining. By the way, the city tour always has the right of way!

Hello, it's a question. Is there an academy in the city to learn Spanish? Greetings

I really recommend free tours that gather next to the information center. There are at lest two types medival and Soviet history. Medieval one was very funny, active, focused on storytelling. The guide had great contact with people and was dressed as medieval merchant. We were even improvising some events. Enjoyable for adults and certainly something that kids would like. Somewhat light on historic details. The Soviet one was a lot more detailed but less active. The subject matter is more difficult and sensitive, so naturally it doesn't bend itself to playfulness.

Located next to a sushi bar in the Old Town. Helpful English-speaking staff provide good info. Resting corner available inside the centre. Daily 2 ¹/₂ hrs free guided walking tours at 12 noon & 3 pm conducted by knowledgeable local university students. No booking required. Highly recommended. Please don't forget to show appreciations to the guide at the end of the tour.

This is a very amazing and useful place to get to know the things you need to see in Tallinn and Estonia in general. Here, you can also buy stamps for postcards/letters and the staff are proudly explaining what you should not miss whenever in the amazing Tallinn.

The people working here on Saturday morning (9th December '23) were super helpful. You can also take a free walking tour which starts outside (obviously tip at the end) which I highly recommend. I took the tour at 12pm and even in the cold our English speaking tour guide was super funny and interesting. There were also tours in Spanish.

Very handy opening hours - they are open daily, almost the whole day. Plenty of free maps and information on Tallinn and its surroundings. Very friendly staff. A spacious room. Strongly recommended, if you have questions on Tallinn and places nearby. Thank you for your work!

Super supportive! I visited Tallinn for the day and I lost my wallet in the trolley-bus with my travel documents. The 2 ladies at the information center did everything possible for me to get it back right before I had to leave. All the money was there. Thanks Tallinn people, I really enjoyed. I'll be back for longer

We had a great experience with their stuff. They explained us how to use Tallinn Card and also give us booklets to see ongoing events in town or the other possibilities to do during our staying in Tallinn.

Great TI office with information and recommendations. I really appreciate not being asked to buy a tour or card and the recommendation for the walking tour was spot on. One of the best walking tours I have been on.

Took the free walking tour with the amazing Heli.. she was everything you want in a guide in a 2 hours tour. She managed well to deal with the large group (we were at least 30 ppl If not 40).. she has perfect English - which wasn’t easy to hear in Estonia. She’s a keeper, thank you Heli.

I stopped in on a whim today as I was walking to take care of some things in town. I am traveling from the USA, and I had to ship some packages home. I saw the Tourist Information Center and decided it would be a good idea to ask if I was on my way to the right place to buy the things I needed. Katrin greeted me with a warm & friendly smile, and she was super helpful! She went above and beyond what I even asked for. She made a phone call to a business for me asking about their available supplies and services. It was a great experience and I’m grateful for her help. Thank you Katrin! :)

👍 Small museum-playroom for children, next to a big outside playground. Friendly personnel, old toys and requisite. Good place to spend 1 hour max with kid during winter time, but during summer - kid would prefere to play outside.
