Spacious gallery, good for installation, video and painting, photograph or sculpture exhibition. The light source, the wall color are convincing for interior design of exhibition.

My first time there, enjoyed the solo concert of Valter Soosalu and the exhibition, plus first encounter with an instrument called harpejji.

The gallery complex has two smaller exhibition areas which are free to visit, and a large exhibition space for shows of bigger volumen, whith affordable ticket price. The openings are free to attend, and of a high quality. All exhibition spaces focus on contemporary art, often covering topics concerning social issues (women's rights, minorities, equality etc.). I definitely recommend visiting.

The art gallery is hosting private events without informing the tourist and locals who might be interested to see some of the ‘art’... sad :(

Contemporary art gallery in Tallinn, showcasing local and international art through changing exhibitions. The full ticket is not the cheapest (8€) compared to the size of the gallery, but the exhibitions are always interesting, thorough and offering comments on the contemporary world through art. There are also two smaller (and free!) galleries on street-level!

Overpriced and quite mediocre...the reviews are out of proportion for what this space is.

My first visit in the art hall gallery was really special. The rooms is clean, not that big and enough space for meeting art. I like the old building, I can really feel how much the walls could whiteness and listend to all the visitors in the past. Changing exhibitions are inviting to come more often than only once. Highly recommend to book a tour with one of the guides. It was such a pleasure to have a informative and inspiring tour with Minni. Thank you

The Tallinn Art Hall is a contemporary art gallery. Located at Freedom Square, very close to Old Town. The gallery exhibits well - known artists.

👍👍 One of my favorite pieces of architecture in Tallinn. YES- it is kitschy and overly baroque. BUT--- the architect Jakob Rosenbaum needs to be credited for creating his own, bold, unique style of.. idk.. post-modern Art Deco meets...?!? (Plus throw in a dash of 🐸 and pharaohs) And the Tallinn-typi...
