My experience was "incredible" today at Hilton Olympic casino, Taĺlinn, Estonia. Need to mention I am Olympic casino client since 90ies and used to the offer that customers are getting beverages and soft drinks for free according to casino policy.( actually I barely use this offer ever.) Asked lady in the bar for sparkling water and she was going to charge me 3 € for that. On my "why " question she replied in a very rude and inappropriate manner: " YOU DON'T PLAY AND HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING!" Firstly, how desk person could know, if I am playing or not?( meanwhile I was playing of course) Secondly, there are millions of ways to contact customer in much nicer and polite manner. For instance: "just to let you now only gamblers are awarded free drinks", or " your drink will be brought to you to the machine, etc. I supposed staff could be trained better in such place, pretending to be #firstclassservice#. It was very disgraceful and felt miserable.

This is the best casino around the area, including Old Town. At least it doesn't feel like you're walking into a trap like the others. They let you use your cell phone while playing. FREE 2€ chip for new players which I have turned into 8€ this far + FREE drink and wine counts.

Pettymys. Asiakaspalvelu todella huonoa baaritiskillä. Vaikka olisit yksin siellä niin tavikset ei palvelua saa. Odotettiin 45 Min eikä saatu juomia. Disappointment. Service was very low on the bar. Normal person doesn't get service although being alone there. Waited for 45 min and does not get any service.

Biggest casino in Tallinn although not that big if you've ever been to a casino in the states for example. A few tables, pretty low buy ins/min bets and friendly dealers. Bar/drink prices are very reasonable and you get a few free bets + a welcome drink if it's your first time. Queue to get in can be a bit long sometimes.

Nice small casino. The line to poker table was about 30 minutes. You get 2€ slot money and welcome drink on your first visit plus we got 5€+welcome drink for tomorrow as well. Staff was nice but all the bartenders looked angry, no one ever smiled.

Had my sisters birthday party there. Can be very fancy or relaxed. They also showed ua how to play and what to do. Extremely fun, loved it ☺️
