I read the reviews about the hotel only after I had booked the room. I was concerned about the place. On the first day everything was nice: quick check-in with nice receptionist, clean room. As a criticism I could mentioned the lack of traditional, normal cabinet. We stayed here for 3 nights but it was extremely hard to put away our belongings in the room. The next day we returned to a beautifully cleaned room, even towels were changed. I even wanted to write a review there about how people complain about everything, this hotel is great! Then, the next days arrived: no cleaning at all, nothing was cleaned! As my hair fell down it was left there, the trash was not taken out froom the bathroom - but the used plastic bottles were !!! because she could change them for money :D ridiculous. The next day there was still no proof of cleaning when I went to the housekeeper to ask for at least clean mugs. She was cleaning another room when I asked her, you will never believe what happened: she grabbed the mugs with her bare hands that was cleaning with, took them to the bathroom of that room and started cleaning them under the sink with those dirty hands (and she talking on the phone the whole time of course). I rather didn't want the mugs back. Other criticism: the floor in the bathroom was fully wet after each shower but it is still OK. You cannot turn off the AC, max increase the room temperature, but the noise was very annoying after a time. To mention some good parts: IF the room is clean, it's a nice place to stay, the location is great, in the heart of Tallinn, couldn't wish for a better location. The staff was nice. The breakfast was okay too, eventough there was not many options of eggs, still everyone can find the ones they like. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel due to the location and price but the cleanness is unnacceptable if it continous in this way!

Standard room was very clean and comfortable and seemed recently renovated. Excellent location at the city center, 10 minute walk from the ferry terminals and five minute walk to the old town. Check in was a bit slow, the waiting time was about 25 minutes. Service wasn’t friendly but it worked. Only major issue was the breakfast. I can’t recommend it if you have allergies or special dietary needs. Before the trip I had asked if there are some basic vegan products available and they were promised, but on the first morning none of the staff knew anything about it. By the allergy labels it seemed that even the breads have egg in them. Next morning they had some soy jogurt, pudding and cheese so it was sorted out eventually but no one apologized at any point.

This is decent hotel located within walking distance of the port of Tallinn and the historical old town. In my experience, the hotel is perfect for families with young children. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The service was professional. The hotel has a sauna and a jacuzzi which you can book for an additional fee - it is certainly worth it.

Good place and comfort for the price. Some details need to be improved by the staff. The place is quite nice for the price. The overall quality of the facilities is good for the price, despite some less good parts. the bed is comfortable. The room is modern and the AC works well. In the standard rooms (at least the one I had), the bathroom is quite small (specially if you're above 1.80 tall-impossible to sit comfortably because of the walls). The breakfast had little to no change over the 5 days I went there. The TV system is somehow buggy and takes too much time to respond sometimes. The cleaning of the room was not the expected for the price, as the dust existing there on the first day was still there when I checked out. The view is not pleasant at all.

Good location for hotel. Short walk into town centre. Good transport links right near hotel. Buses, ferry port nearby etc. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to check in and nice inside and nice rooms. Very good value to stay. Not too expensive. Would stay again. Lifts are available to use to get to floors.

Excellent hotel! Clean and spacious rooms, very friendly staff and pretty good breakfast. They also have an ok gym which is always important for me when I'm choosing my hotel. Only thing was that the view from the room wasn't very pleasant, but I could care less honestly. Relatively good price too, would recommend this hotel

Nice hotel with plenty of space. Heated towel racks. Clean, safe, and modern. Very convenient to restaurants and shops. Close to old town.

Very good value to your money. I managed to book a room from this hotel for the Rammstein concert-night in Tallinn, and I have to say I was very gladly surprised when I checked in. The hotel was clean, modern and just well decorated. Staff was friendly and smiling which is not a common thing in Estonia service industry. Our room was cool, clean and spacious enough for the one night stay. A/C was working without any problems and was sometimes even a bit too good! The only negative thing we witnessed was the water that came to the bathroom floor during showering eventhough the shower is inside a glass cube. Somehow the door just didn't prevent that and the floor was completely wet. Continental breakfast with Estonian vibes was delicious and there were plenty of options to chose with. I especially liked smoothies! Tables were cleaned fast and eventhough there was a long line (because of Rammstein concert tourists), the feeling was still positive. And obviously the location is amazing! It's right in the middle, only a short walk from the Old Town and big shopping centers AND the harbour. We came by car so I parked the car on the yard next to the hotel and about 24 h parking was 14 €. This could've been clarified better somewhere because Google previously told us the parking would be 6€/24h. Even after the difference, it was still cheaper than most parking halls in Tallinn city center. I recommend this place gladly and I will definitely consider coming here again.

Park Inn by Radisson Central is pretty good value for the price, you really can’t complain much. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the lobby is beautiful, and the location is very convenient and central with a walking distance to pretty much any attraction and shopping center. There’s a daily lunch menu with very affordable prices and good quality. All in all, I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s seeking convenience and a suitable budget. Now, why did I give it 4 stars only. While the location is central, it also means noisy, especially on the weekends. There was a party nearby on Saturday and my whole room was vibrating till 4 in the morning and people constantly screaming in the street. The room: the room itself is beautiful and spacious for a “Superior Room” and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom though is begging for renovation. Hair dryer from the 90s the water pressure in the shower is almost nonexistent, and very lacking in amenities besides the towels. Then you have the view, maybe I was unlucky but the room had the saddest view to the parking lot and the back of buildings. There’s no complimentary “welcome” water either and you have to pay over 2€ for a small bottle from the reception. With that being said, 4 stars is a pretty fair rating.

The staff couldn't be more helpful - superb service. A wonderful introduction to Tallinn and its warm hospitality. Everywhere clean and tidy. Excellent selection of breakfast. Would've scored 5 for room but would like fridge in room. Thank you x

Average low budget hotel close to everything in Tallinn. The room was ok and clean. Nothing special. Two nights were quite nice here. There was noise in the room, normal speech could be heard through the walls. The breakfast room was quite cramped, with small improvements it would be quite functional. The breakfast filled the stomach, but there was also nothing special to mention. The staff was friendly.

Perfect location! Everything needed is near! Shops, Old Town, Seaport, restaurants. Service is super! Quality and price is in very good balance. Breakfast is amazing, have selection for every taste! Ootamist vÀÀrt! Rooms are big and family room is really amazing for that price. Have stayed many times and definetly is my first choise every time in Tallinn.

Service is pleasant, location is also very good if you want to go to different shopping malls in a 5 min walk away. Rooms arent too spacious, though still nice.

Very clean room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Location is perfect, just a few hundred meters away from the harbor and the old city. Closest to the Rotermann area. One less star because the toilet has no bidet. 😊 But will definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms, shower are not new and not clean. Pillows are made of some kind of lumps. Bed linen and towels are long overdue for new ones. Our windows overlooked the terrible courtyard and parking lot. Wouldn't stay at this hotel even for free.

Family room was excellent. Lot of space, beautiful and clean, nice complementaries. Also big bathroom, children loved the bath tub. Perfect breakfast, excellent food and service, even our picky children loved the selection. Only minus was a misunderstanding: cleaning crew started our room cleaning before we checked out.

My room on the second floor is large and spacious. Walking distance to all attractions and public transit stations. Friendly reception. The hotel offers lovely lunch menu for under €10. Paid parking is available. Even though the room has a lovely TV, it's mounted in such a way on the wall such that you cannot connect any HDMI devices to it.

Perus siisti huone, bideesuihkua jÀin kaipaamaan. SeinÀt ohuet, turhan hyvin kuului ÀÀnet lÀpi. Sijainti rauhallinen, kadun ÀÀnet ei kuuluneet. Sijainti myös oli hyvÀ satamaan nÀhden.

  • 3/5 Janna R. 8 months ago on Google

Kohtelias vastaanotto

First we got wrong room, we booked room for three people and got room for two which smelled so bad. After we complained we got right room and it was ok. Woman who worked in reception didn’t know anything and she was acting like she worked first day there. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

[Summary] I visited this hotel for a business trip with my husband. The clerks were really kind and professional. They speak perfect English. The room was cozy and clean. The entrance is a bit difficult to find. You can find it when you pass the small ally. (Identifying the nearest station was the other challenge for us as they did not have the English announcement in the trams, which wasn't the trouble of this place.) [Business use] The conference rooms were also clean and bright. [Sightseeing] They have bicycles for rent. That could be convenient when you go sightseeing. The old town is not that very far so that you can reach by your feet. Bicycles seem helpful enough to going around the main sightseeing spots as the old town is not that very large.

I stayed a night at this hotel while visiting Tallinn for the first time. Read on: - This Park Inn (Radisson) is a modest walk to Old Town and near several points in the modern part of the city. The location is quite nice, although more signage directing pedestrians to the lobby is needed. A light rail station is very near as well. - Staff are very friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Anytime I needed something, my needs were attended to promptly. Thank you! - The room was fine—the spaciousness was incredible, as was the furnishings and overall vibe of it all. The only downsides were the fact I could hear a bit from outside at occasional times, and that the TV didn’t contain too diverse a selection of channels. Not too big of a deal, but it will be enough to knock off a star to my rating for now. - Breakfast is included with a higher nightly rate, and Wifi is free and works well. Amenity-wise, my expectations were met perfectly. Value for money seems to be very good, and even better if noise, lobby location, and TV were addressed. Don’t get me wrong—I enjoyed my experience at this Park Inn very much. A solid four stars for now. Thank you for a nice stay!

Good hotel at an average price. They have the basic amenities and good access to the old town. The rooms are very large with plenty of space. The lighting is unusual but acceptable. The bathroom let it down a bit, the fixtures were old, it could have been cleaner and the shower just wasn't good enough. The head didn't go up high enough for people to get underneath. The parking was OK but not provided by the hotel and definitely not secure.

Horrible experience if you have a car. Do not recommend the hotel. It was Sunday around 23:00 pm. We entered through a parking lot, took a receipt at the parking gate. At the register we were told that the hotel has its own parking outside this parking lot. This one that we entered costs 17 Euro over night. So we checked in and went to the hotel parking lot. It took about 5 minutes. At the parking exit the old lady, who spoke only Estonian did not want to let us out. Probably she wanted us to pay for these 5 minutes but she did no speak English and just yelled at us. So we returned to the hotel and asked to assist in this matter. The woman at the register put some stamp on our parking receipt. We returned to the parking exit at the old lady kept yelling at us in Estonian and did not let us out. It was impossible to negotiate anything. Was it because we had a Ukrainian license plate and the old lads was pro-Russian? The woman at the hotel register was not able to resolve this issue. We were tired and decided to stay within this parking lot in hope to resolve the issue in the morning. Next day the shift has changed and we had to pay 17 Euros. We still do not know the reason for that aggression and are very disappointed with the Park Inn hotel service. Never again will we stop there.

Always amazing to stay in Radisson properties and this hotel justifies it. Location is amazing, just little bit walk you are in old town of Tallinn. The front desk was friendly and understand your needs, they were very kind enough to allow for an early checkin and late checkout, thanks for that. Breakfast was great and there was a variety of food, teams maintaining the restaurant was super, they were quick and kept it very clean. Room was good and pretty clean.

Excellent world-class hotel right next to the fortress of Tallinn. Above ground and underground parking is available. You can take a ferry boat to Helsinki in just 2 1/2 hours for about €70 round-trip including your car. Old city center is in walking distance. The old city is very charming and touristy. Lots of restaurants with excellent beer. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is out of this world. Their coffee is the best.

Nice location, good breakfast and average room. They have quite a number of rooms here. So eating breakfast could get a bit of chaotic experience if you happen to be there during the peak time. Toilets are quite small and the basin is the smallest I've ever seen.
