I would definitely not recommend to stay at this hotel. I found a black mold in the borders of the bath and asked to change the room. The host politely offered me another one and I agreed. Turned out the replacement room had the mold too. The info sign in the room stated that tap water is clean to drink but it smells of chlorine. But the view from swimming pool is beautiful though…

It was okey hotel... The staff was nice , breakfast buffet was amazing 🤩😍. Please Note: The standard room customers can access the gym until 11 in the morning. Otherwise it was a great stay in the hotel. The corridors are a bit too dark .. all in all the hotel is in a very good location.

The Conference Center fulfilled our needs. Good meeting technology made it possible to have participants also on distance, important during these Corona times! But, don’t ever lock the emergency exit doors that can’t be opened without a key!

Stayed here as a part a Baltics Tour package, and it was pretty decent stay from that perspective. Rooms were decently sized with a good set of furniture to use if you have some work. Bed was very comfortable, and the Bathroom was clean and had all necessary amenities. Breakfast buffet was not extensive, but all the basics of a Continental Breakfast were there and everything I had tasted pretty good. For other services, including access to Gym, I would suggest checking if there are any restrictions before booking.

I am always glad to be back to this hotel any business trip I have in Tallinn. The staff is always amazing doing beyond; facilities and restaurant are incredible great! Room always with comfortable bed, but my only concern is about bathroom appearance or shower status. It won't stop me coming back, just something that stopped me to give 5 stars for everything.

I came here for a conference and in general it was a great hotel . The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay . I really enjoyed using the pool on the top floor with the views over the city . The opening hours of the pool , if included in your room, are great Some feedback , hopefully constructive …. the bathrooms felt a little “tired” and nowadays plastic shower curtains are rare . Also my room was cleaned but the bed wasn’t really made - just the duvet pulled over . A little thing maybe but surely that’s the joy of being in a hotel ?. The shower was fine but again the actually shower head seemed quite basic . My toilet brush holder was broken which was a bit gross !! I liked the location as it is just a short walk to the old town and quick for the airport In general, a positive stay. But those bathrooms Need an update.

Nice, quiet and clean rooms with nice views. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is rich and varied as well as tasty. Possible to parking a car in front or behind the hotel. Parking is chargeable. In front of the hotel the price is 20e and behind it's 15e. The parking lot is not guarded.

Spacious rooms with all amenities. Not much storage for clothes. Very quick lifts, but difficult to see which lift is ready - could be difficult for people with restricted mobility. Shame I didn't have time to use the pool, sauna or gym. Great breakfast. English speaking reception staff.

Well renovated hotel. Superior room was excellent and breakfast was served in the room on request. Pool and sauna area on the 26th. floor was nice. Location is a little bit far, if you like to visit places like Telliskivi, Kalamaja and Noblesser by foot. Service in the reseption was slow and needed to line to get service.

For the price i paid i would atleast expect spa and gym access, but apparently standard room only includes it from 8-11 and then they have the audacity to ask 15euros for 1 time access per guest ridiculous! So be careful when you book a room from here!!!

Great place. Had a room in the upper floors where i didn't have the greatest view as there was a construction site at the side. Not the hotels fault thought. Rooms were very clean and spacious, hotel staff were nice and attentive and it was very easy to move from the hotel around the city. The only complain i have about the room was that the shower/bath had a weird window to the bathroom/common room. Other than that the room was good. The hotel had a great breakfast. There was also a "spa" department in the top of the building, but i wouldn't call it a spa. It only had one small pool and one sauna for each gender and one common sauna. Thankfully it was pretty close to other places that had better spa areas.

View from the room were great. Service was slow and without a smile. Breakfast was regular and the system didn't work for a large amount of people, 10 min for coffee. Small, good things are missing...

The breakfast is so poor and almost impossible to find anything. I’ve been to hostels that even serve better breakfast. The room doesn’t have any big wardrobe which means our bags just sit around the room. The view from the window was nice but the ac doesn’t work during “winter” its April, it feels like I was suffocating cause no change of air. The pool area was nice and clean. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel you can find other places for much more value.

Definitely worth it. Very cheap. Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. The service at the breakfast was really good. Rooms are kinda warm. Location also good. Only bad experience was buying coffee at the store. The women was very unfriendly. Expect that. Good experience. Thanks you Radisson

Location is just a walking distance away from everything. The price for a superior room on the 22nd floor with a view to old town and the port was really cheap (even in summer time) Very clean rooms; with good services and a lot of accomodation items. The lobbies and public areas are very clean and the beds are amazingly soft!

We found a new stain on our bed. I called the front desk who said she understood the problem. We called again and they said they would come up to see it. She never did so we went down. They came up and finally brought a sheet that we had to put on ourselves. We expected better treatment from a Radisson. They have comfortable beds, a good breakfast and a great location close to Old Town.

The hotel is in a good location. The room could have better soundproofing, heard quite much noise from the rooms nearby. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary water bottles, tea, coffee, hot chocolate was nice. The spa was not that special. The pool water was very cold, even if it said it was 28.5 degrees. You were not allowed to throw water on the sauna stove in the sauna, we was missing the steam and it didn't feel like a real sauna because of this. A jacuzzi would be a good addition to the spa. The breakfast was very good.

It was a very nice stay and I will book it for my next stay. Breakfast is traditional for hotels, with reasonable selection. SPA and gym are reasonable but be mindful, for some room categories it can be used only until 11 am. It was also very quiet in the hotel!

Hotelli siisti, mennessä eivät löytäneet meidän varausta ja jouduimme soittamaan matkatoimistoon joka selvitti tilanteen. Saatiin juomakupongit hotellilta. Huoneet siistit ja aamupala todella hyvä suosittelen hotellia.

I’ve stayed at hotels around the world and never seen one before which restricted access to the fitness facility based on your room type. This restriction is not clear on the reservations page—otherwise I would have made sure to include gym access! Overall, rooms are decent but wifi (surprisingly for Estonia!) is spotty. I had to switch rooms to get a stable connection. There are other high-end hotels in Tallinn which are probably better at being, well, high-end hotels. Take a pass on this one. I certainly won’t be staying here again.

Hotelli kokenut vuosien saatossa paljon infaalitiota, erityisesti aamiainen varjo entisestään.

Nice hotel good value for your money! Rooms beds are good for sleep (blankets are way too hot) Don't expect much service like luggage being brought up. Night menu is limited and also no-one to service u during the late hours

Really nice hotel, polite staff, great view from 23 floor and great breakfast. My spouse even got a surprise birthday cake at breakfast. Perfect visit.

Very disappointing experience. Not worth Radisson label. With "standard room" booking, you can use fitness from 8 am till 11 am, this is ridiculous and Restaurant is closing 9:30 pm. 8:40 am in the lobby, where you are supposed to work, cleaning of floors is starting, with noisy big machines. I definetely do not reccomend.

This is an awesome Hotel, since you walk in you can feel good about it; nice lobby and clean.Paulina had such an awesome attitude and her service was very professional, she made me feel special; also her colleague Viika assisted some of my friends and she also had a nice attitude as well. I will be recommending this Hotel to everyone I know and if they’re thinking of coming to Estonia, they’ll stay at The Radisson Blu in Tallinn.

Nice hotel and comfortable rooms centrally situated near the old town. However only 4 stars since aircondition was switch off although it was May and should only be terminated during vinter (the room was very hot and noise from the street prevented opening the window even on 11th floor).

Superb hotel and service. Friendly and helpful staff, explained everything on arrival and even provided us with soft mattress topper. Breakfast is very versatile, they have options for gluten free people. Should really be a 5 star hotel!

Thanks to all the staff & management of the Radisson Blu Hotel for hosting today's International Christmas Bazaar #ICB2021 Embassy communications meeting. IWCT is very grateful for the support shown by the Radisson Blu in helping the International Women’s Club of Tallinn reach their charity fundraising goals. Lunch is tasty & plentiful, service is excellent. Meeting rooms are spacious & are well equipped with the latest technology. 100% recommend 👌

One of the best hotels you can get in Tallinn. The room is very wide and spacious, it was really comfortable for a week stay. Shower was Italian style which is a great balance to go with the pool at the top floor. If you're going to stay more than a few days, definitely go check the gym/pool/spa floor, which has breathtaking views of the city in different directions, plus at night it is a real beautiful sight.

Beautiful premium room we were there with 2 of my friends. Everything was pretty much perfect, they even left a nice note with fruit plates in the room upon our check in. breakfast amazing. Only 1 minor complaint is they knew we had 3 people for our room and the bed/towels were prepared for us but they only had 2 mugs and 2 glasses. However, this was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent hotel perfectly located within a 10 minute walk from the beautiful city center. Everything was just perfect, with a special mention for the outstanding performance of the staff at all levels: reception, cleaning ladies, restaurant room. Just the perfect place for a stay in this stunning City. Well done!

Okay hotel, my room felt and looked out date. When closing bathroom doors they scratch against floors and wood pieces breaks off... Breakfast very nice and good options, only very crowded and at peak hours hard to find where spot to sit. Pool and facilities are nice, enjoying that you can you them for free.

We liked it! Everything was simple and understandable. Radisson practically never disappoints, the sweetest sleep and the most beautiful view from the window of the 15th floor - a very delicious breakfast and a visit to the SPA area, thank you for the holidays.
